I bought a purse here yesterday for my friends Birthday. I wanted to give a huge shout out to Michael. He was so helpful and eager to help us. I went to the coach store across the way and not one person offered there help although there was plenty of employees on the floor. Customer service is key and MK really has it.

I wish there was more stars to be awarded to this location. I cant explain the excitement Ive had since I was able to find a backpack Id been looking for, as a Christmas present for my mother. My local outlet was out of the item and all hope was lost after contacting 4 outlets in other states. I finally got courage to call one last one and to my surprise this one was my lucky charm. Not only did they ship to me they made the entire transaction and experience easy and amazing. They even remembered the reason for my purchase and attached a card with box. One of the best customer services Ive ever received. Thank you all so much and I will definitely be in this store when I go to Arizona. Special thanks to Aaliyah 🥰!!!

I have been to this location a few times. I havent had any problems with the wallets or the bags I got here. Customer service was good and the selection. On the weekends is busy. But when weve gone during the week it was slower so it was nicer. I recommend checking it out and I will be back.

Horrible the mall closes at 8 and the only store that closes at 7 is Michael Kors 6 people outside of the store and the manager explaining that they close at 7, Ths funny part all over including Google it says that the close at 8pm everybody when to Coach great job MK

Walked into my first michael kors store yesterday at the chandler mall. It was a very perfect experience the lady was all smiles and great help with what i was looking for and the color I wanted with a wallet. She did i perfect job by making sure the wallet went well with my purse. Very welcoming and very clean and nice in the place. Always wanting to help or see what ypu need. She even let me try on the purse and see how i like it and let me held the wallet. She went in the back to get all brand new bag and wallet. That no one has ever touch. She even wore gloves to protect the bag and wallet for any anything getting on it. Very professional there. So going back again. Well worth the money since they are having a great deal going on right now.

I go to various Michael Kors locations all over the usa, and everyone is always so stuck up, and not willing to help. Cami helped me, and she was so amazing!! She helped me with clothes and purses. My dress broke, and she helped me fix it!! Michael Kors needs more employees like Cami. She is an asset!! I wouldve never spent this much money, because no one is ever willing to help a lady out!! I went shopping tonight to find a new blue bag since I have recently found out I’m having my first child and it’s a boy. DUE TO MEDICAL REASONS I am not able to wear a mask. Not only were there employees willing to help me with out me wearing a mask, but the manager had come up to me and made it very clear I could not shop in store unless I wore a mask. I then explained I could not wear a mask due to medical reasons, the store manager said it doesn’t matter and still asked me to leave. Due to this, Michael Kors has lost me as a customer. Guess I’ll be sticking with Coach from here on out.

Most items are 60% off and the times I went I always get an additional 20% off on top of the 60!! The store is super clean and the staff is really friendly! Staff are very helpful in finding alternate sizes and styles of bags and clothing. Quality of bags has gone down in the past few years with more outlet styles available and less transfers in from the full price MK stores. Sometimes you can find a hidden gem around the big US holidays but the store in general has become busier with less selection.

Fellas, you know your girl likes purses.... this is a go to for that. Word of advice: take pictures of your girls purse inventory so you can see what she has and what she doesnt. I love having an outlet close by because a Michael Kors purse or wallet gift goes a long way. Keep your eye out for the sales fellas! Trust me, youll look like a hero when she opens that Michael Kors up. Great place to shop, and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Be warned, this place is sometimes packed so you have to wait outside at times.

Not to friendly, felt like I was getting stereotyped. Sales reps looked past us several times. Must be commission sales, maybe I didnt look like I had the money to buy MK bags. So we went to Coach nearby and dropped a few c notes on 2 bags instead. Much friendlier there.

Weve been shopping here for some time and today was so disappointing and quite embarrassing that Walmart would have better customer service! First of all, they were limiting customers to go in and made us wait out in the heat. Secondly, I bought a watch a few months back and wanted to exchange for something equal or even for something with increased value that I planned to pay more on and they completely said they couldnt although the receipt specifically said at the stores discretion. Ive never had issues at stores like Coach for similar issues. You pay money for better customer service and in this case NOT SO! So unfortunate because youre definitely losing a loyal customer after seeing how customers are treated!

Just had a great experience here today! Walked in with my bag that was purchased in July that had some fraying on the handles and asked if there was anything I could do. They looked up my account and gave me a new bag just like that. I have bought many MK bags and will continue to do so!

Where can I go and get my wife a $400 purse for $130 in a wallet on top for an extra 40 thats like almost $500 for not even a hundred bucks Ill go there anytime she likes

So my cousin got me a MK bag, and she gave me the gift receipt for it. So I go in there thinking I can exchange the bag for no cost. So I pick out a bag and wait in line. When I get up there I tell the employee that I’m just exchanging a bag for another bag, and that I may get a wallet but I want to see how much it cost first so she rings me up and says it doesn’t cost anything. & wraps up the wallet and gives it to me.. and I told her that I was exchanging purses.. and that I just wanted to see how much the wallet was cause there’s a sale and see rudely comments back you you didn’t specify and getting a attitude with me.. so she puts back the wallet and gives me another gift card. Then she finally rings up the purse I wanted that I exchanged.. and she tells me it’s 128$. I’m so confused so I have to pay again to get an exchange on a purse??? NEVER EVER shopping at Michael Kors ever again ! Lady was rude and rushing my order and didn’t seem to care that I was unhappy. So I just gave the purse back and left I’m not gonna pat 128$ just to exchange a Michael Kors bag when I already had the gift receipt for an exchange in the first place. DONT LIKE MK, will not shop there ever again

So its like 95 degrees outside and the store has ppl standing outside before you can enter the store, so that a sell associate can help you before you enter. If you are so afraid of ppl stealing your merchandise then hire more ppl to work your floor. Dont have your customers standing outside in the heat to get in like its the club. Very unclassy
