I used to be a customer at the Michael Kors outlets and I had a horrible experience. After that I wanted to stop buying Michael Kors in general. Welp that didnt last long. I walked past the Michael Kors at the chandler mall and fell in love with the set they had displayed. I walked in to get an up close look and I fell in love. I was helped by Frankie and she was the sweetest! Not only did she provide excellent customer service but she took the time to get to know me a little bit, which made my shopping experience a lot more comfortable. I didnt feel like she was trying to just sell me on a purse. She actually took the time to put together a nice set with the purse, a Pom Pom and a matching wallet. At the time when I walked in I didnt have the money to buy it then but I had gotten paid 2 days later. She put it on hold for me until I was able to come in and get it. When I came in she remembered me and made me feel welcome. When packaging everything for me she took her time and made it cute and neat. A month later (Today) I received a letter from Frankie. I was in shock because never had I received such good customer service like that! It definitely makes me want to shop again at that location! Frankie I truly appreciate everything! Thank you so much!

Ive never had an issue with any purchase until I purchased at this location. The bag I bought less than 6 months has cracking and peeling on the handles. Being told that its normal wear and tear because leather doesnt peel. Working in furniture I understand fake leather does, very disappointed

BUYER BEWARE. I’m surprised to learn that many of their handbags are made of a “HANDMADE MATERIAL” Per Jessica the store manager at MK in chandler fashion, these bags AREN’T even real leather. With the exception of their saffiano leather products, everything else, including handbags with the signature MK logo are PLEATHER!! I’ve always noticed that their bags would bend out of shape and the straps would peel after 9-10 months of use. I just thought my wife was hard on her bags. Now I know the truth! There’s no wonder their handbags end up in places like Ross and TJ Maxx. I used to think that their products were very inexpensive for real leather. Finding out that they aren’t real leather has changed my perspective. Their bags are MUCH too expensive to be fake!!! Handmade or not!! The world needs to know. Ladies you’re walking around with fake stuff!! Save the money for a real luxury leather product. MK isn’t it.

The girl i always dealt with moved.... I prefer online now. Kimd of annoyed last time i went in. I bought 6 bags online this past month. Im a backstage member so boxes are free but i didnt want to store all those boxes yet. Went in to get a box and was given a hard time about it. Like really???? Not cool. I am Not happy!

I I purchased a bag online and recently went in this store to return it. Although later due to my method of paying (Paypal) I had to return it via mail. The bag was bought using my $50 birthday gift and of course the rest was my money. I asked the associates to make sure that I would be getting back my birthday gift. Both store associates said yes and that this is only natural. I dont like it, I return it, I get all my money back. Simple as that! I mean who would not do that? So with the confirmation of both store associates I returned the pursed. 3 weeks later, I got part of my money back but no gift certificate. I emailed and apparently they said since I have USED it I have to wait for another year. I was like WHAT? Use it? Mind you I didnt use it. If I have used it then what did I get? NOTHING!!!! I wasted my time doing the return to get a more expensive purse from Michael Kors and I paid in full! I was planning to use the gift for my future purchase but now Michael Kors STOLE my birthday gift. I cant believe this. Who would steal a birthday gift after saying that they would NOT do that? If your own people dont even know the rules then dont say it. Both of your people confirmed it and talked about it like of course it is gonna be like that and why are you even worried??? Oh this is why I worried. I have a solid reason to worry. It is because your people go back on your words. That was a gift given only once a year after I spent load of money on Michael Kors and earned my status.If you have said it was gonna be return to me then back it up with action. One says so and one does another? This is even worse than any small retail store I have visited before.Michael Kors...Shame on you for stealing my birthday gift, my money, my time and my purse!

Great customer service here

Have only been in Michael Kors in the Chandler Mall twice, both times after my Pilates class. They never judged me by how I looked. The second time I was in the store I needed outfits for a shower and wedding. Joelle and Dana were WONDERFUL! Great customer service. It is my new favorite place to shop. Keep up the good work ladies.

Love, Love, Love my Favorite place to Shop! The Sale Associates were extremely helpful too find my right size in the M Kors Bootie. I chose the Black with Brown strap with Gold MK letters! Im a 6 and a half in M Kors Shoes, but I had too purchase a 7 and a half in his Booties! Love my Favorite designer of all times.

Lord forbid that youre a minority buying nice things...I walked in set on buying the full sized MK backpack with the studs until this blonde sales associate indirectly told me that I most likely couldnt afford anything in the store and left me mid conversation to help a white lady that walked in. I figured my money must have not been green enough and walked out. I love Michael Kors but I WILL NOT be returning to this location.

Stopped by here a month ago just browse around to see what Id want for Christmas (possibly). The staff flock to you like vultures after a dead animal, preying on you to purchase something -- mainly very high priced items. I told one of the girls that my budget is $200 or less and she looked at me like I said the dumbest thing on the planet. She then stated and I quote Well, you probably wont be under $200 because youll need a care warranty for anything... I dont know if I can find anything for you in that price range... with a snarky attitude like I dont belong there or something. VERY RUDE for one, and second, if you wait a couple more months you will most likely find the same thing for half the price at Marshalls once the season is out. I get better customer service at very top dollar stores, like Chanel and Prada! Disappointing to say the least.

The location on the maps was off but finally found it closer to Nordstroms. Staff nice and helpful.

Wanted to surprise my girlfriend with a bag that she really wanted. Went in with my girlfriend and had the accociate whos name is cant remember help me secretly do the transaction. He helped out a lot and I wish I knew his name but thanks again for the help, will continue to go back to this location.

Worst Michael Kors Ive ever been to in my life. As soon as me and my two friends walked inside one of the guy employees stared at us up and down with the dirtiest look ever, didnt even greet us, just said what brings YOU guys in here? While his face just looked disturbed as if he was disgusted to see us walk into the store. I very much regret not saying something to him and also not getting his name. He is a disgusting person who killed my intentions of ever buying anything from Michael Kors again.

My husband and I went for shopping spree we purchased 2 purses at the Coach store because their service theyve provided was pretty good and professional thats why we purchased couple of purses there.. My husband and I noticed Michael Kors store their having great sales just though might as well checked it out. They approached us ok because instead them saying Hi they noticed my appearance and how cute my size of my shoes. My husband is very tall and Im very petite.. Anyway, After they helped us I was not needing their assistance but I feel force to buy something because of that but I told them kindly Ill think about it.. So after browsing were headed on our way out this Asian lady approaches me I think shes a manager or works there because her outfit wasnt appropriate enough she wore above knee shorts and sleeveless blouse to work so hard to tell.. I was surprised she said my god you are so tiny said that from out of the blue.. So because of that hubby and I weve just decided to find another outlet mall around town or in Texas..

They are so nice and professional in that store, so clean and very nice sales .

It was not a good experience I love Michael Kors and alway buy never walked out of the store with out something from Michael Kors. But when you have employees that are hungry and only pay attention to ppl they have money is so sad. When the saw that I had expensive taste and only noticed when I was walking out lol shame on them I left with nothing and told them Ill spend my money else were like Glendale. They lost a sale but coach got a sale and a good one at that.

My mom had the worst service at this location. She went in with full intentions of buying a new wallet to match her Michael Kors purse and the girl working looked her up and down, gave a nasty look and told her she would be better off buying elsewhere. I will never understand why people working at a store will think less of someone wanting to shop there.
