Brent and another girl (i’m sorry i forgot her name lol ) were so helpful to get the shoes that i needed after i bought the wrong size and gave me a discount on the difference that i had to pay! they were so sweet and one stayed past their clock out time just to help which was amazing!

Cole is by far the best when it comes to customer service. He not only tried to order a set of sandals that were not in stock but went above and beyond to go to a different mall to personally pick them up for me. This means a lot to me as I know how it is to work in retail and I will continue to do business here at this journey. Thanks Cole!

Clean store, very helpful staff!

They did not have my sons shoes in stock so they offered to order them online for me. I agreed. It has been 14 days no shoes, no conformation email, text, nothing. I called today and they state they were delivered a week ago via ups and some stranger signed for them. Now a ticket had to be opened with ups and I have to deal with them. Journeys is saying they do no follow up with me. It is between ups and me. What terrible customer service. There are many other stores that carry vans and converse, I will not be shopping at journeys any longer .
