JC Penney has lasted through the ages! Ive always found nice dress clothes here for my boys. They have a great line of jr mens suits in slim sizes and some fun prom jackets. Good quality suits, shirts and ties. Ive found some fun clothes for myself as well.

I like both in store shopping and on line. JC Penneys has my style of clothing. Not too young and trendy not too old lady. Their return policy is generous. They have great 👛 s nice travel suitcases, fun T shirts, dress up clothes for boys and Disney theme clothes.Their gold jewelry is high quality. And their makeup line is better than most. Checkout takes longer than most stores 👎. Still I will continue to shop at Pennys.

Went to photo department. Running 1/2 hour - 45 minutes behind. With a 2 year old it was hard to keep him occupied while waiting our turn. Didn’t get the pictures that we had hoped but they still came out beautiful. Scheduling needs to be adapted.

This place is an absolute mess! I shared some pics (located in latest pics) and could have taken a dozen more and thats just in the mens section. I walked by 3 employees who looked at me and couldnt greet me or ask if I needed some help, which I did. I left without buying a thing.

Went to the photo center here. The photographer did an excellent job and got great photos of our family.

Tried to walk into the store and the entrance doors were still opened. The store had just closed and honestly had no idea and all the store’s lights were still on. This lady rudely yells at me when she was only a couple feet away from me multiple times “Ma’am we’re closed!” After the second time, I stop and turned around to leave. As she tells me they’re closed again, I said “OK! I get it.” If you can’t talk to people in a calm voice, you shouldn’t work in retail. You would’ve thought I was stealing the way she was yelling at me. I won’t be shopping at this store ever again

Couldnt cancel my order thats 12 days out in time to get a refundwhen its been a hour since the order was made

Surprisingly, the store is clean-ish. Not as good as most retailers, but better than it was a year ago. I could browse the areas better. Their regular pricing is decent and the sales can be good at times. Im not impressed with their clearance tag system. It feels like Im shopping at a thrift store. Pink tags and green tags are for the goodwill, not a department store. That being said, if you enjoy wasting time searching the clearance for pink tags when they have the extra % off days, youll love this place.

This is a great place to come if you like hunting. So many times people compliment me and ask where I got my outfit and theyre surprised when I say JCPenny. Found this cute flask, bath rugs, towels in the perfect color, cute jeans and sandals all on sale.

Atmosphere was average, some areas were sloppy and cluttered, all items I purchased were on sale or on clearance.

Returned a dress to buy a smaller size. Couldnt find the same dress but found another by the same maker. Was charged $10 more for less of a dress. She wouldnt give it to me for the same price. 😥

I’ve come to buy jewelry here multiple times, I like their styles and their sales are usually nice, but every time I do there’s some kind of problem. They’re either putting my jewelry under the wrong account, ringing things up wrong, or messing up paperwork somehow. They never understand what the problem is and I have to explain to them multiple times what needs fixing, always. There’s never been a pleasant experience with their jewelry counter besides the very first time I came and worked with their male attendant. I hate this store.

This location no longer carries IZOD. I usually have to do Ship to Store orders to this location or go to the Superstition Springs location to get IZOD, go to or order from Kohls, or order from Amazon or IZOD directly.EDIT: Lowering my rating to one star, since customer service is awful. They never pick up their phone. I had a ship to store order that was in limbo, and they wouldnt bother to pick up for me to ask for an ETA.

Best place for mens dress clothes. Im a tall guy and they always have shirts and pants that fit just right.

It was a very different feeling to shop in the store. The merchandise didnt seem to be appealing. The prices were hiked upIt looks they want to promote more online shopping. Not many deals were available. The experience at return was time consumingHad to return multiple items of clothing from online shopping. The return associate was taking too much time to type every single item and look up, however each item had tags and receipts. The whole point was to have short interaction. The employee s are only wearing masks not the gloves. Its high time jcp should be able to scan returns fast and efficiently by saving the receipts with members phone number.

I was hoping for a bit more of the Christmas products to be out, as well as sales. I had heard they would be doing that earlier due to covid. No luck. Guess Ill wait till after black Friday.

Giving 3 stars because i went in for twin sized sheets and the selection was very limited and not the higher quality i wanted. Some shelves were empty. Store is clean and seemed to be otherwise well stocked in other departments. Did not encounter any sales associates even though i walked through several different departments. I went to JCP.com and ordered the linens i wanted and they were on sale. I hate that the shipping costs are so high unless you spend a higher amount. I have always liked JCP so will continue to be a customer.

I ordered online to have them shipped to store. So I was only in the store for a short moment. The atmosphere was nice and clean and inviting. The website was easy to use. And they always have great savings. 100% Recommendation!

I saw Mary at the salon and she was amazing! She was so friendly and listened to what I wanted. She also gave great advice when I asked her. Id definitely recommend her.

I stop here for great deals on the basics. I can always find Levis and tees here at great prices. I usually also pop in here for the Sephora too, so I really like that its close to home!They also have a great mens department for the basics here too...you cant beat the quality and price point of the St. Johns Bay polo shirts for men. He loves them!!

It was pretty pricey compared to BBB, Target, Amazon, etc. even on sale. In general I like this store more for clothing & other home good items. Its definitely best to hit the sales & use coupons to get your moneys worth!

We went to but a couple mens dress shirts and they had a great selection and a buy one get one free sale as well. The employees were all very helpful and the atmosphere in the store was nice. I appreciated that the employees were helpful without being too pushy. And they didnt all disappear when we needed help either.

This particular store is pretty huge, and it was very clean. But it was very disorganized on black Friday, which I get, but when I asked one of the floor workers for help when she was stocking the shelf, she barely understood my English, and she didnt know where the item was that I needed and walked away and refused to get other help or even try to direct me to someone that could help. I like the selection here, and they have good prices, need to crack down on employees more, and make sure the people they have out are actually able to help.

Like most jcpenney stores this one was organized clean everything was easy to find the employees I came into contact with were very nice and help full the checkout line moved fast considering it was pretty busy being the day after black Friday they have a great selection of bedding, purses and clothing for all ages. They also had pretty good sales. Ill definitely return to this location if Im in the area again also its easy to access you see it from the main street and theres ample parking.

We purchased an appliance from this location. They scheduled delivery for a Thursday. The night before the delivery department calls and gave a window of time from 4pm to 8pm. My husband tells them we are not living at that location, to which he was told they are fastest crew and it would probably be earlier. They do not show up with the appliance, and when we call we are told they have no idea where it is. Thirty minutes after the expired window of time, we get a call informing us they are running behind. Shouldnt that call have come before you are running late? I inform them we do not live there and have already started our hour long drive home, so reschedule. I tell them we want a morning delivery, to which I am told we cannot have. They cannot guarantee anything in advance. It is handled by a third party carrier. We cancelled the order immediately. We cannot do business with a company who does not prioritize good customer service

Its a lovely place for shopping. For all generation you find anything. Very friendly staff and they also very helpful.

JCPenney is not organized when it comes to their photography section. For example me and my family organized an appointment at 1:00 p.m. when we arrived we had to wait ten minutes, after that ten minutes however we ended up waiting twenty plus minutes for our appointment, then we decided to leave. Another event occurred two year ago when my sister arrived early and we came later( but still before our appointment) and the JCPenney staff announced that we had missed our appointment and we had to wait. My suggestion to you is to get your photography department under new management and organize the process and the staff.

Very disappointed. Did not realize this store was a clearance Pennys (it looked like one, clothes piled up or stuffed on racks) I would have gone to the Superstition Springs store, saved driving 10miles out of my way. Guess Ill stick with Amazon, less stress and returns are easy if something doesnt work. Customer service has went to the crapper, I know its Christmas, but no wonder Pennys is going under.

Wished there was a store closer to us in San Tan Valley.

I have been in the store 3 times this week and it is a mess. It is the holiday season but there is no reason for the unorganization. If you are looking for an item, keep searching. They didnt have any on the table that was a mess but I found it, randomly in the store.

The changing rooms were dirty, the employees were sassy and they only accommodate small sizes. The jewelery lady however was very friendly. She was the good kind of sassy that made my day.

I am a huge fan of JCPENNEY. I can always find good deals on exactly what Im looking for. I love getting their coupons in the mail and the rewards program saves me a ton of money as a frequent shopper. Never had an issue with customer service and I love the GM, Chris. He is extremely personable!

I feel so sorry for the employees who work here and I dont know if they are just understaffed but it is nearly impossible to make sense of finding something in your size. If you like thrifting then you wont mind sorting through the disaster of the clothes. There are definitely some good deals to be found but not without a great deal of searching.

Very few personnel on the floor to assist customers. Packages of mens undershirts were a jumbled mess. Very few Big and tall mens undershirts. Very limited selection of flannel sheets. New store design reminds me of Target.

The photographer was awesome. But I could not believe how we where followed through out the store and out the store like we stole something after spending well over $350.00 on pictures! I will only visit here for the portrait studio but I will never buy anything out of this store. Apparently our money is not good enough.
