They have better deals here compared to other outlet branches. Also, good selections of clothes on discounted prices. Not crowded. Very easy to navigate and place is clean and tidy. Got some jackets and polo shirts for $15. Helpful staffs.

The store had designated spacing on the floor for check out. The friendly clerk and register was behind plexiglass. The credit card machine was cleaned between each customer. They are vigilant in keeping business open AND protecting their employees and customers!

I am a big fan of Columbia clothes, especially their hiking/fly fishing shirts and pants. (I previously posted a review here that was intended for a different store).

Great place for all your outdoor clothing needs. Always a great selection of mens, womens and kids items from shoes to hats, backpacks, coats, pants, shorts, shirts and whatever else you might need. Also has a great location in the outlets at Wild Horse Pass that are easy to get to.

Closest factory store from Phoenix metro area which makes it very attractive. Always find something for me. Shirts, coats, many others. Good prices and good service.

Great selection and good deals. Most of the styles they carry are not the same as you will see on the Columbia website, patterns or color ways are slightly different. Quality is still top notch.

Quality materials. Fashionable styles. Fair prices. I usually shop their sales (which is almost all the time) and avoid regular prices which isnt difficult, then its a great deal!

Actually really like the prices more than anything else in this store. Your never know what you will find from tents to jackets shoes to shorts but the price will be good.

You can snag some great deals here and in Phoenix their warm weather long sleeves can be a life saver for those who have to wear collared shirts in the summer

I like the products, but was dissapointed during a recent visit. During the checkout process, I was neither greeted or thanked after the transaction. And what made it more tense was that the person checking me out was the store manager! I guess he was having a bad day. But that being said, its a fun place to shop.

Great deals on outdoor clothing. While most of the stuff is just similar to sale prices there are always a couple racks that are discounted more than that and those often have the best deals. Always worth checking.

There is ALWAYS a golden item found here. You can pick up $175 jackets for $40 and those stretchy Columbia pants I love so much for $20. You just gotta play the sales and clearance racks correctly. But anyway you come, there will always be an item you can find.

This is one of my favorite places to shop! They have a classic modern style and their products are 2nd to none. A great value!

Black Friday shopping on Thursday night. Bargains, although not as many or as good as last year, especially on shoes. It was a mad house, but staff were friendly, helpful, prepared for dealing with the rush & lines of people.

Racist employees. As soon as we walked in, all eyes were on us and were treated as if we were going to steal. The older female manager with black hair was the worse..she even walked by us a couple of times to keep an eye on us.. she couldve done it in a professional discreet way by saying, do you guys need help with anything? Next incident, when called to approach the next opened register (with our over 100$ items that was suspected we might steal), the manager told the employee who was already there to go to another register and since no one signaled us to follow him, we stayed put. The manager rudley signaled with her hands as if she was shooing away a fly for us to move to the next register. This lady needs to get it together, this is Arizona! Theyre Latinos everywhere and we arent going anywhere anytime soon.. Get over it!

Enjoy shopping there on our excursions to Phoenix. Wish we had an outlet closer in our part of the country.
