My boyfriend and I recently had a trip to Mad Hatter and our experience was quite memorable and informative! Kody was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful whenever I or my boyfriend had any questions. We had the chance to speak with the owner and he was both warm and welcoming to his business. He knew just as much as Kody and happily backed his merchandise. We will certainly make an effort to revisit and say hello to our new friends at Mad Hatter!

I moved to chandler and couldn’t find a smoke shop tht has my favorite vape til i came to Mad Hatter!! i actually called and the man who answered said he had two left and even put them on hold for me! service was great everyone was so nice and knew what they were doing. this is def my new favorite smoke shop i highly recommend to anyone in chandler!

Incredible smoke shop! Wide variety of everything from unique glass to any juice you could need. The employees there are incredibly welcoming and nice to talk to. Not to mention the atmosphere within is outstanding as well with the hand painted art murals! Will certainly return in the future.

I came into the shop to get some vapes for Country Thunder and he hooked me up!!! Even got me to try a flavor i was not interested in and I liked it. I walked out with 7 different flavors. Now to find a favorite. Super friendly and took time to explain everything to me. Everyone in the shop was friendly and funny. Will definitely be going back.

Been on the road a few weeks and this is the only place that had my go to liquid in stock. Also the only place that said if they didn’t have what I wanted they’d be happy to stock it for me. Super helpful guy behind the counter, and much better prices than I’m used to paying. One of the better vape shops I’ve been in.

I found this awesome CBD Bar and Smoke & Vape Shop nestled in the corner of this awesome Chandler Plaza. The owner is amazing and even offered to order anything I need in shop. They have everything from CBD, Cigars, and anything else you need to have a killer kickback. 100% recommend this vape shop.

A must go to smoke shop! Not only do they have the newest and BEST deals around but they have coolest most down to earth employees and owners. I started out the day buying a battery for my cartridge, I ended up going back because I thought it was broken. I talked to one of the coolest dudes named Ryan and he gave no fuse at all even let me try out a couple to make sure it actually worked. Good thing too, because I ended up finding out it wasn’t the battery but my cartridge that was broken. Overall every time I came to this location I was treated very very well and it’s just outstanding that there’s smoke shop that actually care about your need haha.Thanks guys! You deserve the best!!!

Came in later in the night for a vape coil and was greeted with lovely service from Drew. Left with a tasty flavor and a taster of the on tap kombucha which was so delicious! Very unique shop with a range of products for vapor and cbd. The prices are more fair than most shops i have come across. And the staff/owner is very friendly and knowledgeable. I recommend it to everyone! I also rarely feel the need to rate places but i have made an exception here.

Ive been to the mad hatter multiple times and I have to say Im not sure why it says smoke shop because this shop is more of an herbal store. They have kombucha on tap that is to die for! And their cold brew coffee is just as good! The owner has always been super helpful when it comes to my needs and remembers me by name. I will always come to this shop for all my herbal needs.

As many other Vietnam veterans I returned to the USA with a cigarette smoking habit. I stopped about 5 years ago thanks to vaping. I found and began visiting Mad Hatter a year ago after my regular vape store changed ownership along with products and policies.For awhile I was buying online and looked for a local store due to shipping fees.Mad Hatter has been one of favorite businesses and only vape store I frequent. The store is always clean and the staff friendly, courteous, and helpful. They get 5 stars from me in every way.

I love this shop and the variety of vapes they have. I go in at least once a week if not more to get my disposable vapes that I buy and cant find anywhere else. They are super friendly and welcoming. One thing I would enjoy more is if they could do some type of rewards things for customers besides the certain percentage off if you by a certain amount or more.

THANK GOODNESS I absolutely HAD to go to this smoke shop one morning because it has exceeded all expectations! Every single person that works there is BADASS! They are friendly, knowledgeable, and the best at finding exactly what you want/need. I’ve been coming to Mad Hatter for about 6 months now and couldn’t me happier. I initially came in inquiring about Kratom for some chronic pain I was dealing with. My doctors were trying to push pain medication and expensive procedures that I didn’t want but I needed some relief. I started googling alternative pain solutions and came across some websites about Kratom. I was a little overwhelmed because there were so many different strains, brands and methods to Kratom. I had visited two other local shops and was about to call it quits because of rude customer service and lack of knowledge. Thankfully I made the decision to come here because it’s been a huge game changer for my life. I was immediately warmly greeted and the owner took the time to hear me out about what I was dealing with. I explained that my chronic pain was leaving me exhausted and full of anxiety and he was able to recommend a product that would be able to help all of that. My life has drastically improved now that I’m able to focus on the things that matter. One of those is making sure my amazing 8 year old autistic son gets the best version of his mother. We will be trying Cbd with him soon and will definitely be coming to Mad Hatter since their they so much selection. Don’t leave the shop without trying their kombucha and Cbd coffee!

Been going to this smoke shop for a while now, and Its the best one Ive been to. It has been a quality experience every time I go in. The employees are awesome, rigs and pipes are hand picked so everything is unique. A very clean and organized environment with a small lounge and some tvs. Its also cool to see that a smoke shop also contains a variety of kratom, and cbd fora healthier option. 10/10
