They are amazing! My first time too, at this location since I moved to Arizona. My car was having a bunch of issues that have been on going for awhile and I received my car back as good as new. They also washed my car and made it look super shiny which I appreciated because at the previous dealership in my hometown, they wouldn’t care and return your car as it looked before or sometimes even dirtier when construction was going on outside of the dealership. Jill helped me the entire time and never left me hanging for when my car would be ready. She was fast and efficient, always kept me up to date which I also appreciated. Their service overall was amazing!

Earl is just the best, from the gentlemen who greet you as your getting out of your car to the service advisors to the people who get you set with a loaner. All total class acts. Really poor service. No one is willing to help. It’s so frustrating buying a car. They wanted a down payment on a car that’s a service Loaner. I wanted to see the car before I put money down. Had an appointment for Saturday to see the car and Friday they sent me a text car was sold. I understand cars can be sold at any time. But Isaac our sells rep didn’t give me a follow up with different options on different cars I was willing to give more cash on the deposit but they didn’t want my money. Or help me to find a car

I purchased in Arizona but live in another state even with this he made the purchase seamless! Just unimpressed for a higher class product service. Like pulling teeth to get any assistance in ordering a vehicle. There is no comfort and communication. Poor quality standards. This process has been more than dissatisfied. It’s like the intention is not really to be of service in selling vehicles unless you’re willing to pay with no information details without seeing any vehicle and can’t tell you when it will be in. Many times a sold text was sent way too late and without providing any help or aid. I do not take this company very serious which is sad cause I assumed moving up to this sort of brand would bring new luxury.****still haven’t heard from ownerUpdate- After checking in a few times finally got the refund we were asking for now hopefully everything processed fine-in final happy with outcome, fixed issue at a base level by just coming through with a refund so at least not all is lost although it’s a huge bummer as we were really excited for this vehicle! Too bad they couldn’t just step up to level of respectable service

When I told him my problem he simply said “Don’t worry, we will find it.” JT the best dressed and most professional valet there is takes special care of your vehicle. Jim the service director has a good crew there. Then the sales side is impeccable. Robert their senior sales advisor knows everything there is to know about a Land Rover or Jaguar product. While I appreciated the service and friendliness of the staff, I was disappointed when I got in my car and my Sirius system was rebooted (lost all prior settings) and my phone was no longer connected on Bluetooth. I’m ok with new software installation but would just like a heads up it was done so I could fix before I drove off. Moreover, I asked them to look into my Bluetooth speaker when I brought in, that will cut in and out on occasion...no attention to this request. So overall an average rating on this occasion.

Michael Young was a pleasure to deal with throughout the process. He is responsive and straight forward. He kept me informed through the four month order/delivery period.I started out looking for my Defender at the Scottsdale Road dealer ( both owned by Penske ) I found the sales person less responsive, and learned they require twice the downpayment upon ordering. In addition, while I suspect that with some haggling we would have gotten to the same or similar price the Chandler store offered, I found the whole experience to be better at Chandler. They probably have to try a little harder and it shows.My only disappointment ( but I decided to give the five stars anyway ) is that it took two weeks to have the accessories installed and bra and coating applied. That’s just too long. You get enthused to pick up your new car you’ve waiting for for four months when you are told it arrived ( two days early ) but it all quickly deflates when you are told it’ll be two weeks before it will be ready. That’s not a Michael Young issue, that’s a management issue. I suggest they get to work on tightening up the delivery process.

I recently had my Range Rover in for service, a minor repair and I ended up purchasing tires. They beat my Big O tire estimate. Earl Miller was my service advisor. He was very thorough and more importantly he took the time to explain exactly what was needed and why. I don’t know a lot about car mechanics or tires and I wanted to ensure things were done right and that I was getting the best deal. He was easy to talk to AND I had a nice courtesy car for a few hours to run errands in while they worked on my car. He even checked personally to make sure the best spare tire was reserved for my new spare. Additionally, Sue was pleasant, helpful and personable when ordering parts and accessories. I actually enjoyed my short wait time in their reception room with Sue and my ice cold RR water! The store is impeccable, including the restrooms. They are very Covid conscious and I did not worry in the least about any health concerns.
Steve in service is awesome. I was annoyed the the Dealer charged me $20 bucks for a loaner car I drove 32 miles to cover gas, etc. Realize I just spent a 100k on a Defender thats been in there twice in 2,000 miles. Both minor software fixes but still annoying! Penske needs to rethink this policy! Petty but WTH!
I hated the “service” I got from the service department. I brought my Jaguar in for a recall service and diagnostic for the service engine light. After Mel claimed to have had fixed the car’s issue, it was not in fact fixed. I assumed bringing my car in to the actual Brand dealer would provide some type of expertise of product but I was extremely disappointed. I was told that they could not get a reading of a code when both an ordinary AutoZone and a import mechanic were able to read the codes just fine. JLR of Chandler had my car for over 11 weeks without hearing any form of communication. All of my calls went straight to voicemail or I’d receive a call or text stating that the car is a nightmare and that they are still working on it. And those communications were weeks apart. They finally after 11 weeks of my car’s paint and interior rotting away in the AZ sun suggested that I buy a new ECU module for over $2k and that they weren’t even sure if that would begin to fix it. I WASTED $500 for the repair they claim to have done but my car is not fixed, it still runs rough, the service engine light is still on, and now I’m forced to let this car sit because it will not pass emissions rendering it useless. I will never ever buy another Jaguar nor will I ever use this service department again. Not to mention when I returned their “Courtesy” vehicle in exchange for mine, I took the time to wash it and fill up the tank, my car came back to me with water spots and a dirty dash. And also they were quick to charge the $500 to get me in and out when I still had questions. Held my composure but I expected a lot better customer service. I would not recommend this place to a stranger nor an enemy.

Exceptional experience! I worked with multiple Landrover dealers across multiple states trying to procure a specific Landrover Defender style. I was having no luck with any dealers until I called Jeff Souders at Landrover Chandler. He was able to track down the style I wanted on an in-route boat to the US and do a trade with the dealer that had ordered that Defender to shift it to come to him for me. I wouldn’t buy bowling shoes let alone a $100k car from Gavin. Zero respect, kindness or professionalism. Now Mike our sales guy was top notch, attentive and detailed. We drove 45 minutes to go see him. But Gaven ruined that. We’ve done business with Brian at Land Rover scottsdale and will go back to him to purchase. Word to the wise Gavin, customers don’t care if your gm gets mad at you. I expressed interest in buying g a Vehicle and asked for the same treatment at their other store. His remark is, “ they sell 3 to 1 more cars than I do amd your lucky it’s not over msrp like some dealerships and I have t answer to my gm”. With that attitude it’s easy to see why they outsell you 3 to 1. And to be clear I don’t care about the lack of discount. I’m a free market capitalist.

With COVID-19, Michael & I were easily able to negotiate almost all details of my purchase transaction via email. I had an appointment and I was taken right away. I waited since I was in for only an oil change. The task was completed efficiently and the staff were very friendly and attentive.
Here is the strangest part of this review. I was not a customer of any sort, in fact I work for a Nissan dealership. I was in dire need for an original MSRP or invoice to sell our pre owned vehicle we just obtained. The sales associate was very pleasant and said no problem I will email the information to you. This is a culture all dealerships should follow whether a customer is purchasing or not. Give them A-1 service. Good job!

Using my spare YouTube account for this. I purchased my M4 mid August, delivered toward the end of August. Delivery delayed due to covid, but rectified by the dealership. Today is now December 8th, 2020, and I have STILL NOT received my license plates. I have not heard from Bobby Perich (general manager), nor Chad Hansen for a day shy of 3 weeks. No answer to my last email nor calls since then.Initially, I called for an update since I had not heard anything in regards to my plates for the whole month of September. No communication, no reply. Then October 2, 2020, and confirmed on my Ring doorbell, I received an envelope reading I need to send in my car inspection, which I didn’t even know I had to get done, and current insurance, which I of course had. Sent back with the overnight envelope. Thing is, the car addressed in this letter was a different car a Mercedes GLC. I purchased a BMW M4.I email and call several people to find out what is going on, to see if I was accidentally sent someone else’s paperwork. No answer for several days. I am then emailed, to follow the instructions since the paperwork was actually for me. I was out of town at this time. I had my inspection done when I came back home. I overnight the envelope. It is delivered October 14, 2020, and signed. Confirmed with tracking number.Since then, I have had to resend my inspection and insurance several times. No answer as to what exactly is going on, what happened to the original paperwork. I call DPS to see if they can see anything pending and if so, how long until receive my plates. DPS alerts me that aside from my state inspection, “nothing else has been started on the seller’s end.” I am livid at this point. I am also at the point where my temporary tags is almost expired, I have no answers. Communication on the dealership’s end has been vague, evasive, and borderline dismissive. If it’s taking this long to get regular tags, how long will it take to get temporary tags? I DO NOT have faith in this dealership at this point. I am about to leave for another covid contract, and need transportation with proper, legal tags. This dealerships actions and inactions have led me to see them in a very suspect, deplorable manner.One other issue I called in September that may have been fixed JUST THIS WEEK, is my loan needing to have the correct car listed. A different car is listed than from what I purchased.UPDATE 3/18/21: I’m just posting this because I keep getting messaged concerning the outcome, or if I ever received my plate.PURCHASED: 8/14/2020DATE PLATES RECEIVED: 2/04/2021

As I walked into the dealership I wasnt really expecting to drive out of there in a Range Rover. But my salesperson Michael Young had knowledge of their inventory, answered all my questions and concerns. It so happen I was at the right place and right time because I made the decision to purchase in less than an hours time. The staff is courteous and kind. And of course their showroom is beautiful.
