Wow!! This was the absolute best bra shopping experience Ive ever had in my life. Shanaya was so helpful and did an amazing job finding the right bra size for me. I knew I wasnt wearing the right size bra, and I have always had trouble finding a bra that fits right and actually supports me. After having my first baby and breastfeeding I had the hardest time finding something that fit right. I walked in wearing a 40DDD and left with 2 beautiful nursing bras that were a 36H. Talk about wearing the wrong size!

Cute shop but don’t buy here. Horrible return policy and they DO NOT post their policy. It is only printed on the receipt. The receipt for my purchase was was not in my bag and never provided to my email. Do not trust your size, every bra is different. I was fitted for a bra and came back later that day to purchase another one. Purchased my size without trying on as I was limited on time. The bra did not fit when I got it home. I thought there was a 30 day return policy... makes sense right?! They refused my return because it was outside the 14 days. They wouldn’t even let me exchange it for a bra that would fit. Now I’m stuck with a $100 bra I can’t wear. Never shopping here again. I would give it a zero stars if I could.****Thank you, Karla, for your quick response and willingness to make this right. Since your associate did not leave the receipt in the bag, nor did I receive an email option, I only had my credit card statement to determine the date. The charge posted to my account on 4/19. I attempted my return on 5/18. Your associate reprinted the receipt and then pointed out the return policy on the bottom of the receipt. Since your return policy is outside the customary retail policies, I would suggest posting it in a prominent place at the register.

This store is amazing! They have all sorts of sizes and styles. They really care about making sure you find the right fit for you.I went in and purchased two bras but after trying one at home I realized it was uncomfortable for longer periods of time. I took it back to the store (with the tags but they werent attached) and Carla let me do an exchange and refunded me the extra amount. She helped me find an amazing bra that is so much more comfortable. Hands down the best bra shopping experience Ive ever had. Most stores dont even have so many sizes.

The employee insisted she knew my bra size after measuring me, yet clearly didn’t. Even said she didn’t she the bulges I saw. The bra was too tight and unflattering. I ended up with one that was more comfortable in the store. However, it did NOT fit my needs in daily wear, which is why I went there and spent $70 in the first place. Guess what??? No returns for something that has been worn. AND only store credit. Very disappointing.

This fitting experience was wonderful. The owner, Carla, was great. She was so helpful and friendly. I finally got a great fitting bra(s). I am very thankful for all her expertise and the time she put into finding the right fit for me. I highly recommend Belle Lacet and Carla.

My wife shops here for her bras as she is plus sized and hard to find size (you dont have to be plus sized to shop here though). The owner is always super friendly, knows how to properly fit a woman for a bra, and the prices are not outrageous. In fact, this visit was during a special 50% off sale, so my wife really made out this trip. My wife always looks good in everything she gets from this shop, and feels great too, and for me thats worth every penny. Support a great local business and treat yourself or your special person!

This is a comfortable and cozy shop. I was fitted and given a large variety to try on that fit my preference. The person working listened to my needs and was very helpful. Prices are reasonable especially with the level of service. Ill be coming back.

Staff is so friendly and helpful. Will do measurements on site for bras. Does custom orders. Carries very large sizes or will order them in the style you like.

The personal service you get here is amazing. I love this place. They always have my size in a variety of styles, which is great when youre a full figured size H. The prices and get you if youre not prepared. However its worth it! You really do get what you pay for. In the 3 years Ive been buying my bras here Ive never had any if them break, or become worn to the point they serve no purpose.I cant say enough good things about this shop!

This place is wonderful! My daughter is large chested and we were worried we might never find a bra that fit her properly and they not only had one she bought 6! The ladies were SO helpful! It’s completely worth the drive for us to go here! The bras are wonderful and so pretty! She is already saving up to buy some more! If you are hard to fit no matter your size you should definitely have a look!

The way some ladies feel about their hair salon is the way I feel about Belle Lacet.... The energy is just so awesome and the ladies are really fantastic. They help size you correctly, they get multiple styles for you to try on, and its just such a good time laughing and joking with them. They are really down to earth and make you feel so comfortable. Also, they dont try to upsell you or get you to buy something that doesnt look great on you, a huge plus in my book. Theyre not afraid to say, no that doesnt look right, and they will hunt down the perfect item for you so it DOES look right. This place is great for regular sized women and women who have difficulty finding sizes in regular lingerie shops.

I drove all the way from Goodyear, just to get a bra that fit. Im a double J so you can imagine how difficult it is to find a bra that fits! The owner helped get me fitted, and helped me pick out a few colors and styles. She is very knowledgeable and oh so helpful.

After my kids and weight gain my self esteem took a big hit. I walked in and was greated with a smile and genuine courtesy. The fitting was phenomenal, she helped me try on at least 15 bras to find a few with a perfect fit and look for me. Best experience I have ever had. Thank you so very much.

Affordable bras for the weary!

The owner is super helpful and patient. I tried on bras for 1.5 hours and found some that i just love! Go support this independent store! It beats VS any day!!

Felt like we werent important, the person fitting us told us that bras are suppose to be on the very last hook and all medical professionals say middle is best. shoved my 14yr in several sizes too small. By the time we were done she was scared to say she didnt like the bras or that they were hurting her. She has had cuts under her arms from the bras that are too tight and there is nothing we can do about it. I spent $100 with discounts that the fitter gave us but it was very unpleasant and will not be back.
