Ive been going to Firestone for a year but this location is great. I had to go in to get a battery today and being that it was a quick and easy task I was in and out of there and under an hour. The staffs always really friendly helpful and its a comforting experience because they care and understand that people dont always have the money to cover the bills. Staff take the time to give you an accurate breakdown of where your money is going, prioritize the list, and keep you safe on the road!!

I recommend you go visit Patty. She provided excellent customer service. I did have an issue with the car still not being aligned and a ding on my drivers door. My car is a week old, so the ding totally stands out!The manager was supposed to call me, but still havent heard from them.

Jarrod (the manager of Chandler location) and his team (for example Burt) are always the best!. They’re respectful, kind and they always feel like my family and I can trust them. My dads a mechanic, but has been sick the past 5 years, so we have a hard time finding mechanic services and locations we trust but this particular Firestone location is our favorite. (We have tried many other locations, and none compare to this one because of the staff). We literally drive out of our way, for the last 4 years, (there are 5 other firestones closer to our home) to this location over others, because of Jarrod and his staff. Appreciate all of these fellas help, respect and thankful we feel like we are getting the service we would normally get from our Dad, so that makes them just like family! Thank you Jarrod and team!!

Came here after getting a flat. Seeing as I was out in the city when it happened, I used fix a flat so I could manage to drive the 3 miles home without damaging my rim. Employees told me since the flat tire had fix a flat in it, there was “nothing they could do” except to sell me two brand new back tires. What a joke, I know that statement is untrue and just a desperate attempt to turn a $30 sale into one well over $500. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere, thanks for nothing!

They are the best !My AC went out . I had gotten an estimate prior to going to Firestone and it was outrageous!Firestone was $350.00 less and Guaranteed the work for 12 months !They also were able to get me right in and fix it in about an hour and half !!Fantastic crew ! I left them extra money to get pizza for themselves!!They deserved it !Will get ALL MY WORK DONE THERE !!!Thank you to all of you !

Stay away!First, they make it sound like theyre giving you a great deal when you drop your car off and then stick you with a $75+ bill for an oil change and tire rotation.Second, they screw up your vehicle. I told the my car fan was acting up and asked them to check my radiator. Told me they didnt see anything wrong. Didnt tell me the put over a gallon of the WRONG coolant in my car or that I probably have a leak. FYI, adding the new green coolant to the older cars orange coolant equals sludge. Which caused a whole new set of problems.BTW....They claim they didnt do it.This now was the most expensive oil change Ive ever gotten.Cost for a new radiator to fix the mistake $1200.

I first brought my car to this Firestone based on a friends recommendation, and have had nothing but great experiences with them (as great as possible when your car is having major issues!). They are reliable, accommodating, and have great customer service. They also have one of the most important qualities any business can have, which is honesty. They are upfront about which issues they think are critical to have addressed, and which ones should be monitored, and they dont make up answers just to get the customer out the door or try to make a sale. It is great to have a local car care place that you can trust!

Jared was amazingly attentive and seemed to genuinely care about my car and safety. I came in last minute and had a very short window but they were able get me back on the road in 30 minutes less than I had requested. The competition out there is on every corner and they earned a customer for life. I live in Scottsdale and have no issues passing 4 other Firestone’s thanks to the timeliness and impeccable customer service.

I live in Tempe but I make the drive out to Chandler to get my car taken care of by this awesome group. I usually go in knowing what I need done routine maintenance wise but theyre pretty good when I stop by with that stuff in mind and ask them to check out an abnormal noise or issue with my car. I read up a lot on what potential issues could be before I go in so I dont usually have any issues with perceived up-sells. Most of the time I know what could be an issue and am not surprised when they bring it up. I feel bad for automotive workers when someone is simply not expecting to have to take care of their care and they consider anything other than an oil change an up-sell. Overall, great, efficient service over the last year and half. They let me know ASAP if its going to be an overnighter for a part so I can make arrangements for a ride to work or to pick up. Bought some tires a few years back from a Firestone and get great deals on rotations and alignments, havent upgraded to their service programs, just individual packages. Loved when the mechanic came to talk to me about a weird blower A/C issue I was having that turned out to be moot but led to the discovery of a freon leak. Cant remember her name since it was awhile back but wanted to give credit that she was highly professional and knowledgeable about the issue. Brought my car in today and popped out back for a few to get some air and make a call and the guy at the front came around back to speak to me to make it easier on me. Great job everyone at Firestone - good client experience here and never any unexpected problems with staff or my car so Ive come to trust them. Best to you all.

I Loved the customer service Patty offered today! She was slammed answering calls and helping customers inside the store and still reminded friendly and caring the entire time. I arrived around 5:30 pm and was told I would probably have to wait an hour to get my tire fixed (because they had people before me)but they worked their magic and got it done within 20mins. Hands down the best Firestone ever!!

Very disappointed with this location. $92 for an oil change?! I had a time constraint and they were the only place open early enough, so I had to get it done but I will never ever be coming back here. Not only was it expensive but they said it was going to take 2 hours even tho I was one of two people there that early... then they neglected to even inform me that my coolant was very low. They said they were only doing an oil change... I don’t expect free stuff but I do expect to be taken care of when I pay $92 for an oil change. Take the time to at least look at my car since you claim to be a complete auto care shop. You’ve lost my business Firestone, and I will be letting my friends and family know about my experience so they can find real service elsewhere.

Totally great! I have purchased tires here and they are fast and kind. Today I just dropped in to get my tires checked out as well as my fluids. They were right on the task and were able to answer some questions I had regarding the care and needs of my van. Being disabled they are able to help me out with any car issues I have. The management at this location needs to take a hard look at the girl working their front desk and phones (name is Bree). She gives out incorrect quotes for work done (excludes hundreds of dollars) and is one of the most unprofessional people I’ve encountered in a long time. The rest of the staff seems knowledgeable and friendly but I can’t believe they would allow someone with so much rudeness and someone so immature to handle their customers and be the direct point of contact. When I called and asked to speak to the manager she said she was busy in a meeting and that I would need to talk to her. I refused and asked to speak to anyone else but her, she demanded to know who I was which I refused and was told I would have to call back 4 hours later or come into their location. I will NEVER do business here again or recommend them. I feel Firestone needs to know what kind of employee they have representing their company!!

They declined to rotate my tires bc at each wheel the tires need to be taken off the rim, turned around and remounted. Since my car from the factory has some negative camber and squats a little for handling, the tires wear on the inside of the track quicker than the outside. I was surprised bc its a freaking tire shop. They should be able to pull tires off rims in their sleep, and I was willing to pay more than the standard tire rotation price. Real head shaker!

I can not thank the Chandler team enough for the outstanding experience I had. I had car troubles during the most inconvenient time, a holiday weekend. I brought my car in first thing in the morning, expecting my car to take at least a day or two. To my surprise, they had my car ready for me the same day! The team valued my time and I could tell they did not want me inconvenienced any more than need be by not having a vehicle. My main point of contact was Wayne. He was outstanding! He kept me informed in every process of my vehicle repair and informed me of what was necessary for repair, what he recommended, and what I should plan to repair in the future without pushing me into anything. Ive always used firestone for routine maintenance, but this is the first time Ive used them for repairs. This is also the first time in 11 years of driving that I have never felt pressured, uneasy, or questionable in the person responsible for repairing my car. Wayne was compassionate in my situation and did not make me feel guilty about potentially not being able to afford to fix everything in that one visit. I did everything that was recommended and, the best part, my car drives better now than it ever has! I will definitely be returning and recommend the Chandler Firestone company to everyone. Im truly grateful and appreciative to Wayne and the rest of the behind the scene team that helped with my exceptional experience.

Preface: In the Firestone waiting room is a picture of Harvey Firestone and this quote: I believe fundamental honesty is the cornerstone of business. I could not agree more.I went here with my mom, who turns 80 tomorrow. She has been a loyal customer at this Firestone location for many years. They always follow through, she said. She went for an oil change and also asked to have the brakes checked too, saying that they made a grinding sound when she once had to stop suddenly. Otherwise they seemed to be working fine. I didnt think to counsel her ahead of time: Never tell the mechanic you think your brakes might need work. Ask them to inspect them and tell you if there is problem. According to the inspection, Mom needed both front and back brakes and rotors done. $850 quote. My brother (by phone) thought that sounded high, so he checked with his own trusted small-shop mechanic, who agreed, suggesting it should be about half that. So we paid the $70 for the oil change and then took the car to the independent mechanic. That mechanic said the back brakes needed NO work at all and charged us $225 to do the front brakes.Oh, one more thing. The cabin air filter needed replacement. Part $35, labor $21. I asked the agent if that could be a DIY job, mentioning that I do all the maintenance on my 37 HP tractor back home. He discouraged me from doing so--due to risk of breaking the plastic behind the glove compartment. Mom agreed. When we decided to take the car elsewhere, I YouTubed it. Easy 2-minute replacement. Online prices for these filters average under $10. If we do the math on $21 for 2 minutes of labor thats over $600 per hour. Thats probably more than Moms cardiologist charged to implant a pacemaker.In fairness to Firestone, I am *not* an auto mechanic and I have no way of knowing for certain if my brothers mechanics assessment was more accurate, but my mom is never going back to Firestone because she cant afford to. Its fair to at least share that. I will leave it to you to decide what Harvey Firestone might have thought.

Nothing wrong with the people who work there or the work they do, however I purchased a 330 gift card 2 years ago and it is no one can figure out why it doesnt work. In the past two days I have spent about an hour waiting in the shop for someone to figure it out. There was no problem taking my money, the problem comes when you try to use the gift card. Whatever you do dont buy a Firestone gift card.

Outstanding service! Ill be a lifetime customer!These guys have taken care of me and OLD trailblazer since the day I moved to AZ and my air conditioner exploded. They replaced it and when it was found that a faulty part resulted in the unit not working, they replaced that part at no cost to me. They also spent about 4 full days hunting down a random draw of current that kept killing my battery, once again, charging me only for the initial service. They are thorough, kind, and honest- a trait that I value above most when choosing an auto shop. Im so glad I chose this store!

I have been at this location twice now for a 4 wheel alignment. I had installed a lift on my trailblazer with concerns that they would not be able to align it correctly. Not only did they align the vehicle perfectly. I felt a vibration when I left. I called them, brought it right back and the service balanced all 4 tires at no additional cost. The vehicle drives great and I will definitely bring my next vehicle back!

I HIGHLY advise everyone in the area to go to Firestone Complete Auto Care on Chandler blvd & 56th St. If you need ANYTHING with your vehicle. They had absolutely the BEST customer service and was treated great from start to finish. I have been dealing with about 5 other shops in the area and putting money and lots of time for other shops to have me throw them a few hundred and then it wasnt actually the problem. These guys were honest and kept me updated the whole time and found the problem the other guys clearly couldnt find or didnt want to find because they wanted to fix something I didnt really need and get a quick 500$ from me. This place was a life saver...Save your time if you have any car issues and go here FIRST!!!!!Or even just for the simple oil change or tires they are by far the quickest and friendliest group Ive found by FAR!!!

I have been going here for several years and up until the last 3 times have been satisfied. Now it seems either they overbook or have slow techs or something. I went in for an oil change (had an appointment) and asked them to check my tire tread and let me know if I needed new tires. After 2 hours of waiting I asked about the oil change progress. Was told they were looking at other locations for tires! I told them I wasnt buying tires today. So they finally did the oil change and gave me 10% off for the wait of almost 3 hours. Second time I dropped it off (with an appointment) and it never moved from where I parked it for over 4 hours. Last time I also had an appointment for a new battery terminal. After 3 hours again of waiting, I asked about my car as it had been parked in the back for 2 hours with no one around it. Guy said the tech he put on it was unsure what to do so he put another guy on it. It finally got done after again 3 hour wait and another huge (?) 10% off for the wait. An appointment does not help anything. I will find another place to go.

I am a regular customer, usually oil changes. I dont like the policies on some things, but Ive found they do the same everywhere. I feel comfortable at this shop, excellent service and polite reps. When I decline an offer they dont push, an issue which has caused me to get loud in other places. Work has been excellent, no issues cropping up or re-works.

Great guys, Danny and Tyler honored their satisfaction guarantee.Camelback Subaru Dealer told meThe issue was a problem with a warped rotor making contact with the lug nut (which meant it wasn’t covered under my warranty) actual issue was the half shaft.However, I took the dealers word and asked Firestone to fix the rotor and pads under that pretext. Not only did do that work, but they fixed the actual issue (at no cost) and provided me with information I need to get the work covered under my CPO warranty.Oil change and alignments are alittle pricey, but the other work was very reasonable.

I had a great experience with this shop. Walmart auto informed me they could not balance and rotate my tires because the front tires were bald on the inside and i needed an alignment. I really only needed the two fronts (to match the rears) and an alignment. Walmart did not carry them but Firestone answered their phone professionally, had the exact tires I needed and a reasonably priced option for an alignment. They completed the work in a couple hours from my call and were completely professional. Great job, guys.

Ive been going here for a while but might not be going back after my last visit. I was under the assumption I was getting a free battery check and ended up being told ok everything is good that will be 24.99.. I said well it would have been nice to have been told that, I thought is was free The guy said yes since we checked your whole electrical system it is 24.99. After complaining the guy dropped it down to 20 so I just gave up and paid it but i am still pissed off enough to write this review. Next time I will be going to auto zone where this service is free. I just still cant believe I was charged for something without being told beforehand!

Went to get a tire checked there is a nail in it, couldnt repair which I understood its to close to the edge to plug. Guy proceeded to tell me I have the completlco wrong tires on my car which I recently bought. I advised I would talk to the dealership, I dont have the money to buy 4 new tires right this moment. He proceeded to tell me my tires are supposedly separating and not safe to drive with and I could hey their credit card to get the tires. I advised him again no not today I cant get the card and cant afford it. He than tells me that I need an alignment, no I will just take my car thank you. So I finally get him to understand that I cant afford anything else today and someone drives my car around. The guy handed my husband the keys I said thank you, which he ignored and rushed by us. We get in the car and it smelled as if they put a stink bomb in my car or the person farted badly!! Mind you we had just got car washed at Cobble Stone and new air freshener in it. Than I pull in the parking lot at the store and my caps to my lug nut came off and I am missing a air stem cover too. I am so disappointed with my experience! I called and had some not so nice words to whomever answered the phone. Im normally not that customer to curse you out but really because I didnt buy 4 new tires you act like that...... Never again will I use a Firestone or any of its affiliated places!!!!

I went her to get a inspection done and they told me I need tires. Ok cool so of course they gave me some prices . Well they were way to expensive, I asked about some cheaper tires and they didnt have anything good in my price range . So I want to discount tires and got some top of the line tires for the same price range ($550). I went back and got the inspection and the guy says you went to discount, Im like yes you guys were trying to give me some trash tires for my price range. He says O we could have gave you some thing better. Im like well you guys should have took the time and told me all of my options instead of brushing me off when I told yall I dont want to spend $900 on some tires . They did inspection and I left. The Store manager will lie to you to get that upsale. Bought 4 new tires and he told me that doesnt come with a tire balance. WHAT! I had to buy a package in order to get my tires balanced. Then I was informed that it would take 4 hours to get my tires done. 7 hours later I go get my car, in order to be able to drive home later that night. My car was still in the work area with the old tires on it. Only 2 people working on all the cars. The Locaton manager left his crew. So not only was he a liar, but a poor leader. Then to top it off, I was informed (by the night manager Im assuming) that they usually give discounts when things like this happens but since we were both black he was scared that the company would think I only received a discount because I too was black. WHAT!!! I will NEVER spend my money here or any other locaton. Ive been dealing with Firestone since 2012 when I purchased my car. I didnt ask for a discount, I just wanted what I paid for in a timely manor. Garbage!

Just returned from getting a headlight replaced, original quote was $80 with labor. I have an Infiniti and I knew it was a hassle to change the bulb. They then inform me its a HID bulb and will cost $160. I asked for the bulb and box. The bulb sells for $45 on Amazon and I found it for $30 on eBay (after the fact of course). Be careful you dont get ripped off people, $60 bucks an hour for labor is pretty steep but marking up a piece of equipment that much is robbery; I mean how can I have more purchasing power than a huge company? Maybe I dont and it cost them only $20 for the bulb and they feel fine marking it up 700%.

Im hoping this is a isolated incident. Purchased for new Firestone tires earlier in the year was time to get them balanced and rotated along with a full synthetic oil change in my SUV. I know they carry the Pennzoil line of full oils and I made sure this location had Pennzoil full synthetic after I made my online appointment. I also noticed on the window that they use Pennzoil and I also asked the service rep that I will be wanting Pennzoil in my vehicle and he showed me the Pennzoil products in the service pay. When it came time for the oil change they tried to put in Amalie full synthetic and I did not notice this tell about the third Court and inquired on what was being put in. They said they were out of Pennzoil. My concern is had I not been watching I would not have been informed of the oil they put in, so yes I was a little upset when I left the store and wrote a review. The manager Wayne responded within 24 hours and they are going to put in Pennzoil full synthetic this week to make it right, but bottom line it is a complete inconvenience for me to go back to the store and get this done. Word of advice for any shop,always watch what the mechanics are doing and make sure you get what you request.

I had a great experience at the Firestone Complete Auto Care on Chandler blvd & 56th St. I had the road hazard which I thought was free replacement, but they explained that it was actually prorated on treadwear. Anyway they ended up replacing the tire for free, and replaced a few cross threaded lug nuts also. This far exceeded my expectations. Great Job!!

Made an appointment for an alignment check. The alignment took about an hour. When I got in my car to leave, the transmission wouldnt go into gear. I went inside and spoke with the manager. Someone came out and took the center console apart and told me the shift cable was broken and that it would be over $400 to fix it . THIS was Sunday, they told me they couldnt get the part till Tuesday and that they wouldnt pay to repair my car because its a wearable part!

They maintain a standard of excellence, cleanliness, thoroughness, timeliness, fairness and are always courteous and careful to explain repair needs in a manner that allows me to understand all aspects of the services rendered, as well as maintenance issues that may need addressed in the near future. Never feel pressured by the sales rep/service writer for uneccesary repairs - in fact, they always throw in additional courtesy checks and services to curb overall costs. Cathy is great, this is where I always bring my fleet car. I used to take it elsewhere and those places always had problems with payment from the fleet company or couldnt get ahold of the fleet company etc. This place never has any issues with my fleet company and they are pretty fast and busy.

Dear Firestone Manager,Last night at 6 oclock my girlfriend got a flat tire from a razor blade in the parking lot. It was a simple puncture thru and thru and just required a patch. So I got the tire off and started to head to my nearest store at 40th and Chandler. I called on my way (about 630pm) just to let them know I was coming. They told me they sent their technicians home early and couldnt help me. Recommended I called the location at 56th and Chandler. I called them on my way again and now this store was repeatedly hanging up on me. I could tell because the amount of rings I was getting on the phone was different each time. I called six times for 2 reasons. 1 - to make sure my phone was working and it wasnt a dropped call, or maybe they couldnt answer at the moment. 2 - so that they would know someone really needed their services and that the person calling was a motivated person and PISSED. Well you should know I was completely livid, it is very stressful trying to get tire assistance as it was the end of the day and apparently it is Firestone policy to close early. Maybe you guys have been given direction to close early on slow days to save on labor and if thats the case just assume Im some psycho unreasonable customer who cant be pleased. But if thats not your business practice, you should know whats happening because you have lost my business.Regretfully,Cole Lastovica

I had a 2 pm appointment. Arrived at 2 pm. Waited 30 minutes. And was told I would be taken care of after the next car, because they would be there in 30 minutes to pick up there car. My invoice had been hand written with a promise time scribbled in. I guess appointments mean NOTHING TO AT LEAST THIS STORE. DONT PREPAY FOR ANYTHING! ESPECIALLY TO FIRESTONE!

Bought tires there (4) michelin, when it was Fletchers tires. Firestone bought fletchers, but they did not honor any warranty from Fletchers. Had a slow leak in my tire and was told that I would have to wait and leave the car till 5 pm. Not happy with firestone at all. Went to Discount tire and they fixed it at no charge. Love Discount tire.

They lied right to my face saying there was a car the alignment rack I waited 30 minutes and checked the rack and there was not a car with in 3 bays mind you I had an appointment set up 3 days in advance and they still havent gotten my car yet but not telling me the truth after reading a sign on there wall do not come here
