Theyre very friendly, but they dont stick a lot of stuff. They did not have P.E pipe or socket fusion fittings

5 stars for service and supply. No stars for COVID protocols. No one but us wore masks.

We were excited to shop and spend thousands of dollars for our bathroom remodeling, however the staff was so rude and unpleasant that we had to leave. So unfortunate. I wasnt surprise to hear later that we werent the only one with this experience :( the staff defiantly needs some customer service training!

Beware they have a serious cash flow problem

Update: I did speak to Holly, the manager. She was very professional and got everything taken care of. Holly was wonderful! Thank you.I have waited 6 weeks for a pop up drain and now have received the wrong tub faucet order 4 times. I need TUB handles to finish the install on the tub. We need the correct parts shipped. I have been out of my master bath since Thanksgiving! The team approach is not working here. Someone needs to be responsible. I would like a call from the store manager or district manager to get this resolved. Please help !!!

The staff was extremely helpful at the store and over the phone. John and Fabian walked me thru the purchase of the required water heater for our restaurant. Great service and they best price, actually less than prices online.

Greg and his team bring outstanding customer service everytime I go into their store. its my customers which to pick out their own product I only send them to see Greg and his team and the feedback Ive gotten is amazing I never hear a complaint they always get the very best customer service. it is always a pleasant experience Im always greeted like a family member. I ordered (12) - 2 slip/FIP Sharkbite fittings and they were able to get them faster than any other plumbing store in the valley. They didnt mind me calling to check on the status of the order on a regular basis.Great company to deal with.
