I would like to take a moment and give props to a company and individuals who I can say are AMAZING in what they do.FASTSIGNS (Chandler) I contacted them for a project that I had (wrapping my food trailer) I was helped by Hali. Let me tell you the BEST in customer service. I had taken my unit to 2 different locations prior to FASTSIGNS. These other locations did not care about my ideas or my logo that I had. They both wanted to change what I had because it was to small of a logo and they did not want to deal with it. Not only that, but pricing was 2 to 3 times more expensive than what I spent at FASTSIGNS. Hali took the time to listen to my ideas and she ran with it. Never once did I hear it cannot be done. Nor did she sway me from my ideas, instead she built on them and she came up with something that I loved. Not to busy, not to little, JUST RIGHT.She worked closely with her designer Kelly and they both did an amazing job. Kelly took a very small logo which was smaller than an inch and worked it, transposed it, to a file that she could work with and cleaned it up. She added and removed things I did not want and made it so sharp that it looks amazing on my unit. I was shocked how clean it was not only the main logo, but another one that was on my back door of my unit. AMAZING!Then I met Michael the installer. This young man was also so professional and friendly and caring about my project that he made sure to go over each and every detail prior to installing. Even when it was time for pick up all 3 were there to greet me, to make sure I was 100% satisfied. I can tell you 1000% satisfied. These 3 individuals went up and beyond. I am so pleased and I felt it was important to pass on this knowledge because I experienced 2 other companies that did not listen, they both told me it could not be done and they were charging me through the roof and had the worst in customer service.Thank you Hali, she was given a task and she did it with a smile and patience and with me she needed it. My company has been doing business with Fast Signs for a few years now and have been more than satisfied with the product result each and every time. This last time I needed 5 10x10 company branded hallway signs for the inside of my 3 buildings notifying No Food or Drinks Allowed. And the time prior to that was a 3x5 company logo flag and as always they nailed them all perfectly. Their name says it all, my items were done in approx. 1 week each time. I worked with Ashley on a interior sign project and she was great working with. Ashley is very knowledgeable, professional and kind with great communication skills which is important to me since I manage multiple projects. She gave me multiple design options with strong recommendations based on my needs and cost and consistently updated me each step of the project. Installer Cole also was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous, he did a great job with the installation, showed pride in his work and displayed great character while working in our office.

Your name says it all- FastSigns! I was trying to complete a very simple vinyl lettering decal, I was using several online services who only work through email, no Bueno! I just needed my logo turned into a wall decal, other companies couldnt wrap their head around the simplicity of the order/design. 2 weeks like this! I felt I was going insane. I couldnt take it anymore. Luckily I found FastSigns and Amber was on point! Within a few hours, she was able to deliver EXACTLY what I wanted. Then came James the installer, WOW!!! Our company recently moved into a new to us office building, and we needed a monument sign for the existing frame in front of the building. We contacted FastSigns, and Ashley was always exceptionally prompt and accommodating in her responses. In order to remedy a scheduling miscommunication, one of their managers was sent to do the installation. We could not be more thrilled with the final product; it almost looks as if the sign was part of the buildings design, it fits so perfectly!

I bought the same real estate signs with Fast Signs in Scottsdale. For some reason within a month I had peeling at the corners. Now the holes are almost worn through at the top where they hang from the real estate sign post. Since I had no issues with my prior signs that I had purchased at this Chandler location I went back even though it was an hour drive one way. My new signs are perfect and the Chandler location put rivets to keep the holes from stretching and eventually making the sign useless without me saying a word! Way to go! I had an excellent experience with FASTSIGNS. I had a Corrugated Poster made while I was vacationing in Cancun. I sent the graphics and assumed that I would need to manage the project from the beach but they were able to handle the project and the poster was great. They adjusted color based on their knowledge of logos.

The folks here are willing to take on short notice jobs and deliver right on schedule. I found the staff to be knowledgeable and courteous. Theyre our one-stop shop for signs and printing and well keep using them for all our needs. Excellent job!
