There service was great! They arrived at our residence on time, early to be truthful. Both individuals, Ryan & Stuart, were quick, courteous, and professional. The windshield replacement and calibration took less than 30 minutes from start to finish. I highly recommend this business.

I would like to send a shout out to Monte and Christina for the excellent service I received on getting the fog lights repaired on my Nissan Juke. The passenger side light was replaced in 2019 by T & S Auto Glass. When I had to call again in 2021 for the drivers side light, Monte had remembered the challenges regarding the first replacement. He immediately ordered the exact part needed and the repair was completed quickly. Excellent customer service.

Had the windshield replaced on the company vehicle. I was in and out of there within 45 minutes. I did have a appointment.

I was a little late for my appointment but they took care of my car right away. The staff was friendly and easy to communicate with. If my windshield cracks again I know who I will call.

My back window was busted in and I called T&S to replace it. They were amazing. They were quick to schedule me, they were professional, they communicated well and the technician was great at making sure I knew that the damage wasnt caused by the tech, but from my window getting busted in. He was great at explaining the process as well. Awesome installers and they dont cut corners. The biggest thing from all the windshield replacement companies is their install jobs. Dont be lured by the companies that offer cash back, free gift cards or free steaks. Get someone that can install your replacement windshield without missing clips, broken engine trims or scratched plastics from junior (amateur) installers. They also were able calibrate all my windshield sensors so I didnt have to go to the dealership for it.

Shady business - uses after market products. After they replaced my wifes ford flex windshield it leaked when getting the car washed. Now the car has water damage on the roof and floor. Not nice getting a car wash done and trying to drive home with a wet roof, carpet and saturated seat. They scheduled a tech to come out and his excuse was they used aftermarket parts and not ford recommend parts. Pretty shady considering its an insurance claim job. And for an employee to be proud to say it out loud... hmmm what else are they cutting corners on to make a fast buck. To be continued to let everyone know if they are willing to replace the roof felt water damage and rug water damage portions on the vehicle.

Both the person who called me to schedule the appointment and the technician doing the replacement were super courteous and professional. The actual replacement took less than an hour, everything was perfect!

My door glass splintered on my way to work so I gave T&S a call and they had me all taken care of that same day. Their tech Thomas came out to where I work and took care of it all efficiently and made sure all my questions were answered. The glass has worked out great and Im very impressed with the quality of the glass as well as their techs workmanship.

T & S is wonderful! I just had a couple rock chips in my windshield and they were prompt and very helpful with getting the repairs done quickly. I have had rock chip repairs done in the past and sometimes they would come out yellow or you could see the chips, these repairs are pretty much invisible! Would Highly recommend them to everyone!

Joe came out to replace my windshield. Called ahead and was very professional. Did a great job on install and I am very pleased with quality. Joe even returned to tuck in a small piece of foam that was slightly sticking out from under the dash. This company stands behind their work. I would highly recommend.

I had a huge crack across my windshield, T&S came to my office and replaced my windshield in 30 min. So helpful & amazing. Monte owns this business. I had a few chips in my glass and thought I needed replacement. He sent one of his professional techs over right away. He gave me an honest assessment and told me I did not need glass replacement. He fixed the chips in my glass and to this day they are holding well. He does any and all repairs. Luxury cars to non luxury cars.

While their Customer Service and Installers are great, thier windshields are BRITTLE.....Not sure they are really OEM.Windshield #1 Lasted 7 Days before it cracked out with a chip.Windshield #2 Lasted 14 Days before it cracked out with a chip.My insurance only allows for two windshields a year, so I manged to go 12 more weeks before it cracked to the point it was scarry to drive down the freeway.Just spent $450 out of pocket to get an OEM windshield installed from another installer.

T & S Auto Glass is great! Monte is awesome. The tint company (Real Cool Tinting) they sent to do my brow replacement... not so much. Hopefully they dont use them for future customers to spare the customer from having to waste more time to get it redone.

This company deserves the best rating-- from Amber taking my call and arranging the work directly with the insurance company to the fast courteous and professionalism of the the technicians- this is the only place I would take my car for a new windshield -- plus they have the equipment in house to reset and recalculate the distronic system my car has

Today (5/13/16), Marshall came and installed a new windshield on my 14 Mustang. He arrived earlier than the time that was given to me over the phone and finished the install in about 40 minutes. Everything from the molding and glue looks perfect and from the factory! I highly recommend T & S if you need glass in your vehicle replaced!

I had my window smashed in and they tried everything they could to get it fixed as soon as possible. Their customer service is awesome. They even got back to me asap about getting my window re-tinted.

Got my second stone chip on my windshield in the last 5 months. BUT I am glad I found and use T&S as they are out to do the repair quickly, and my Tech JJ does a great job and even remembered me from the previous appointment.If you are looking for the silver lining in a cloudy day, use T&S for fast professional service.IMHO do NOT use those guys at the car wash standing there like carnival scalpers, its not worth the perceived convenience, get it done right by a glass company.
