John and his team have fixed two of my cars. The first in 2015 and the second in 2021. I have been impressed both time. He pushed back on my insurance company when the insurance company wanted to cut corners. He shop is top notch and would highly recommend them for body work on your vehicle.

Brought my Prius in for some repair work. I went to a couple other places for estimates. EZ beat the other estimates by quite a bit. The repairs were done in about a week and my car looks good as new.

I talked to different body shots all of which gave me crazy estimates because I have a BMW. I saw EZ Suto Body while driving and I pulled over looked them and decided to talk to them. John was very professional knowledgeable and even brought the body man out to look at it. We discussed repaired and I decided to have some extra paint issues done as well. I was told up to 2 weeks and my care was done on time in perfect condition. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a good body shop. My car looks like new after 8 yrs. I am very pleased.

I walked in on Mon morning right when they opened. The hinge & latch were broke on the drivers door of my 2500HD Duramax. I had to have my truck back by Friday morning because we were going quail hunting(opening weekend). John tried Mon & Tues to get a used door. They sent him 3 wrong doors. My husband said to go ahead and get a new one. John ordered it We’d and called me Fri around 9am to pick up my truck. I was hit by a guy in my apartment parking lot who had no insurance, while I was on my way to the hospital on a terrible day for me, and I actually couldnt have been more lucky with that accident. Surprisingly, the guy who hit me actually was nice and understanding, took full responsibility, and recommended I take my car to EZ Auto Body and get it fixed. EZ Auto couldnt have made the process easier, they corresponded with the guy who hit me and took his payment to fix my car, and even got me some cash in my pocket afterwards. I love my Mazdaspeed3, she is my highly modified, 400 horsepower pride and joy. EZ Auto made my passenger side look like new again and in less than two weeks too. Being a car guy and an engineer, I know a thing or two about shop rates, fixing cars, and how mechanics work. I phoned John andright away I knew this is where I will bring my Toyota to get my roof re-painted. At first, I was apprehensive about even getting my roof re- painted. Had a great experience with EZ Autobody Chandler and would highly recommend. I was quoted a reasonable rate and timeframe (5 days, other shops quoted me 10+) for a fender, headlight, and bumper. John ended up calling me the day after I dropped of my car (less than 24 hours) and to my surprise, the work was completed. When I dropped off my car for repair, he let me know there could be more damage, as the other company I didnt use had advised, so I was expecting cost could be higher. John promptly called me once the car was disassembled and was prepared with the cost/breakdown of each part. They were reasonable or less than what the other company had quoted. I was also told by the other company I didnt use, that basically once they take the car apart Ive committed to the work, because they didnt know how much hidden damage there could be. So basically I had no recourse, they wouldnt just put the car back together if the cost was too high. Not John, he let me know up front and let me know that if it was unreasonable he could put it back together or at least try to barring no major damage, with minimal charge (they would have to take it apart so labor costs would be obvious and expected). I knew I could trust him after that point so after I got the updated quote, I was all set. I am comforted to know that my son is driving a safe car and the work was completed with care and quality.

Took my car to their shop after an accident. They did a great job super friendly . When my sensor didn’t work the owner Shirley personally came to my job and dropped a rental off and took my car to the dealership to get the sensor fixed. Once my car was done she went to pick it up and brought it back to my job and returned the rental. The best service ever.

This body shop is THE EXAMPLE of every last stereotype of shady, shiesty, con man disguised as a business. I took my vehicle to EZ Autobody after having worked with Rod at another body shop. I was rear ended on the freeway and had a decent amount of damage, and hoped that the relationship would ensure the work was done to the best possible extent. God, was I wrong. John, the owner, and Rod advised me everything was good in their hands. Since the rental was being paid for by the other party’s insurance, I didn’t think to worry when 4 weeks had passed and still no car. I contacted them and was told they were waiting on this and then that. Finally after 7 weeks, I received my car back. Unfinished!!! The front bumper was sticking up, their were paint issues in the rear bumper, they failed to replace a whole part, the back up camera was disconnected, on top of several other issues! I should have taken head when while I was sitting their, another customer was irate that her car hadn’t been properly repaired after 7 weeks. But, giving the benefit of the doubt, I allowed them to complete(or so I thought) the work, and was in a rental for another week. Okay, get the car back, and it’s sill not fixed. Mind you, they provide a phony 1 year warranty covering any work done on the car. The bumper is popping out the other end! So Rod then begins blaming his old employer and tells me they were “bad guys” and that I need to get their work fixed that’s why the other parts weren’t fitting correctly. They blamed the insurance company, then the adjuster, then Ford. Never taking responsibility. They refused to take responsibility at any turn. Now, I have brought the car back 5 times, and the owner lets me know that I should sue him, as he refused to repair the bumper which is now buckled. When I referenced the 1 year warranty, John said, go ahead come after, I’m not fixing it. I’m done.... I have been in the automotive business for years, and have never been unlucky enough to personally experience the worst of the stereotypes til now. Do not trust these people. They are frauds!

John and Rod at Ez Auto Body made a stressful situation so much easier after getting into a car accident. They were on top of contacting my insurance to make sure I got my jeep back in a timely manner and kept me updated throughout the entire process. The day after getting my jeep back I noticed that my license plate was missing. I called Rod to see if they had taken it off for some reason during the repair, and he assured me that they had not. He directed me to call the police to report it and even offered to help in any way that he could. I have never been more impressed with such thorough and genuine customer service as well as quality work!

Rod and John are amazing! I was rearended in my brand new 2017 Jeep Cherokee, And buy brand new I mean 3000 miles on it I made my 3rd car payment was in the shop. I was shopping around to get some body work done on my 08 Cts. I had some really deep scratches and a few dents on both sides that I could not stand to look at anymore.I googled and came across EZ Auto, which was down the street. I went on to their website and read a statement of what they stood for. It appealed to me and sure enough, the owner John, is a really great guy. He stands by his word, has integrity, and will always tell you the truth. In the end, I had the work done and it came out professional. Went from customer, to friends now. They stand by their work and warranty.A few years back, EZ Auto body repaired my 4Runner after an accident. Fast forward to 2019 and I noticed the paint was starting to peel and fade on some of the areas that had been repaired by EZ Auto body. I took it back to EZ and asked about their warranty on the fading and peeling. John from EZ auto body stated that the fading was expected, especially in Arizona. However, he said that the peeling paint should have not occurred. Apparently the base coat had failed. The base coat is made by a company called PPG. John contacted PPG about their product failing. And just as stated in the warranty, PPG stood behind their product. Now, thanks to EZ Auto Body and PPG, the paint job has been redone with no out-of-pocket cost to me. It is not very often that I come across a company that 100% stands by their warranty without hassles. I am in AWE of EZ Auto Body and PPG. Should I ever need body work on one of my vehicles, I will definitely return back to EZ.

I was rear ended in my Luxary VW on I-17. Rod of EZ Auto Body came highly reccomended by my VW Dealer and Im so pleased they were. Rod was sooo helpful. He made the whole process with the opposing insurance company seamless. Opposing company didnt want to approve a rental and was jerking me around. Rod was like a pit bull and set them straight immediately. He even made special arrangements for me to drop off on a Sat and drive me to Enterprise. I honesty dont know what Id do without his help. He made the entire normal headache an easy process. My car looks great, my sensors are perfect and his communication skills were spot on. THANKS!
