Unfortunately I can only rate based on my experience for the particular service I went to this store for; an amazon return. The return itself was easy enough. I handed over the item, they scanned my return code on my phone, I was given a tracking number as a receipt and left. After about 3 weeks of not getting my refund I checked the tracking number. It said label created not yet shipped. I called the store and spoke to a woman (assuming it was the owner same voice as their voicemail message) who seemed annoyed I was calling about an amazon return and kept asking did you read the back of the receipt it says what happens Well yes I read it can take up to 2 weeks for amazon to process but its been 3 weeks now and the tracking number shows it hasnt been shipped... She claimed it was not an actual tracking number just a reference number so it wouldnt actually tell me anything. She grudgingly took the number I was provided and simply said yup its just a reference number you need to speak to amazon about your problem. She couldnt confirm whether it was actually shipped or not and didnt seem interested in looking into it further.Long story short about 6 weeks after I dropped the item off I complained enough tot amazon that they issued the refund without ever getting the item. Based on other reviews I am not alone in this experience here.
Had to return something to Amazon and Kohls was not able to process it for whatever reason. UPS charged for label and packaging to send my stuff back.Mostly Amazons fault because if they advertise Kohls as an easy return center then to get stuck paying its just not good.
I was helped by Joseph at the store and he was super friendly. I was shipping internationally so it took longer to help me. The store had customers coming in and he would help them so they didnt need to wait for me to finish. There were also calls coming in and he spoke/explained things to the customers very well. Overall I had a great experience.
The owner here (Ann) has an attitude and refuses to provide any assistance or information on an Amazon return that I dropped off back on December 22nd that tracking information on the UPS website states “Shipment Ready for UPS. When the shipment arrives at our facility the delivery date will be updated”. Label was created on 12/18/20 and UPS customer service confirmed that it was mis scanned at the facility I dropped the package off. Both Amazon and UPS customer service recommended I take it up with the facility I dropped the package off at and they would be more than happy to assist me in locating the package or guiding you through the steps in filing a lost package claim with the carrier. After work, I swung by the UPS STORE in Champlin on 1/13/21 at around 3:41 pm and asked Travis if I can speak with Ann.Ann came over and I explained to her the purpose of my visit was to locate 3 missing packages that I dropped off at her store on the 22nd. Tracking information on the ups website does not indicate that the carrier has possession of the item or that there was even a delivery scan that confirms it was delivered back to Amazon Return Center Warehouse in Indianapolis, IN. Ann was annoyed and irritated with my presence and her resolution is “Sorry, but I cant help you. Contact Amazon”. Uhhh hello? I did that and Amazon recommended I contact you.Note: Just because your UPS Store has a high track record of packages being lost and mis scanned once it leaves your facility does not mean that 3rd party senders are liable and held responsible for mis scanned and lost packages once it leaves ones’ hands and enters your store’s hands. Its common sense. So dont give me that “I cant help you” narrative garbage.
My packages are always shipped and delivered on time. I would recommend directing people to the BCA in St Paul for fingerprinting services.
Brian of the UPS store was absolutely fabulous! I had made a mistake and he had me come back on a different day to personally to make sure everything was taken care of. Thank you!
Brian worked hard with difficulties with the fingerprinting system and stayed late from going to his lunch in order to get through customers. His excellent customer service was VERY appreciated!

Very rude lady talked to me today about packaging an item I brought. she was shouting on me over the phone, very rude cant believe shes still employed never using this location again.Ann: You definitely absolutely shouted on me.you shouted at me for asking you politely, would you please try to package the item now that I have dropped it and you accepted the item?You said NO I CANT PACKAGE IT in a very loud and rude tone. you need to read the other reviews below, multiple people are complaining about you.
Rude to customers. Would not recommend coming here ever. The staff is slow and talks badly about customers infront of other customers.
I went to this location in 10/2019 and what stands out the most was how clean and organized the store is.The lady who helped me was friendly and professional and given how much I needed done the price quoted was very reasonable.Thank you! I look forward to returning here in the future.

I wanted to share my experience at this store. I think too often, people simply report the negative. I mixed up my labels for an Amazon return. The young man working tonight took the time to help me sort them out, ensure my two items matched the return labels, and helped me ensure they were packaged correctly. I really appreciated the customer service and going above and beyond for me. Great location! I would come here again.
The UPS store saved me! I had several boxes of important papers that had gotten wet. They were able to photocopy them and neatly re-pack them. They were very friendly and efficient. I would recommend them to anyone who needs any type of printing and copying services.
Went to this shop to drop off couple of books that were delivered by Amazon. The shop person was quick to handle the return and gave a quick turnaround. No hassles whatsoever. My time at this place wasn’t long enough for me to write a detailed review. Nevertheless, this is another UPS store that offers the standard UPS experience.I’m giving a star less as it was Google Maps that didn’t help me find this location as how I wanted. It took me to the backyard of some set of stores when I drove from Brooklyn Park that I had to exit from there and had to reroute to get here.
Im surprised by some of the negative reviews of this store. I have come in many times over the last several years. So, Ive both experienced and observed many transactions between customers and staff.The staff always makes an attempt to be helpful. They are at least courteous and most regularly very friendly. Starting with the person who first greets you, on up to the owner, everyone is great to work with.Yet, they are human just like the rest of us. There is no to predict when there will be a small rush of people coming in for service. Its not always possible to run in and out.Life happens to small businesses, too. Every once in awhile, there is an unavoidable reason for short staffing. Or a piece of equipment may hiccup.Fortunately, there are good systems in place where employees can resolve most issues either through the computer or by phone, to speed your visit along.If you are in a real hurry or have a complex project, consider calling ahead. Quite a few questions can be answered over the phone.But, as you may infer, its not always able to provide the level of service to satisfy both UPS corporate standards and yours by simply answering a few questions over the phone. If there are too many variables or a situation thats either unclear or has never come up before and you just want a fast quote, you may have to bring your item in so they can see it.P.S. If you just need to drop off an Amazon return that youre confident is ready to go and you dont need a receipt, just walk on up to a scale and say so. Dont be shy. Everyone at this store is there to help.
The young gal working at this store, Kelly, was unbelievably helpful with my wedding invitations! I didnt have a clue of what I wanted and she suggested things that I could do... my wedding invitations are perfect! The prices are reasonable and they are fast!I highly recommend this store for invitations, etc.! I am going today use this store for all of my printing and shipping needs.And to that gal, Kelly, that helped me, my favorite part of walking into the store is seeing that cheerful smile of yours!
Yesterday, I arrived with my five piece luggage set to be shipped. Mike happily helped my son and I make sure that the labels were secured and even laughed at my corny jokes. I really appreciate his patience, making the transaction super pleasant! Thank you, Mike!

To whom it may concern,I arrived at your Champlin UPS store tonight to drop off a package. As I exited my vehicle and approached the door, your store worker proceeded to lock the door. I explained that I just needed to drop off a package, but he was not in any mood to assist.I would ask that you revisit the words and understanding of customer service with your employees and in particular the employee that locked up on Monday evening on 9/10/18.I will also be sending the same email to corporate for their information and tracking well.Please feel free to contact if you wish to discuss further.

Weve used this UPS Store for years for our shipping needs and they are consistently fast, friendly and efficient. Once we opened a local business, though, the real value of this resource became crystal clear. Besides their usual excellent shipping and packaging services, weve had brochures printed and folded and a banner printed. The brochure printing saved us time and effort. The banner is just awesome! Printed on plastic and fitted with grommets at all corners, it is sturdy and looks great.We are certainly going to use more of their services.
The people here are extremely rude. Walk in, they say nothing. The looks on there faces show that they are disgusted with you if you are trying to send something out. Zero customer service at all. They look like they hate there jobs. Every single time I go in there.
Terrible customer service. I missed a delivery yesterday and a notice was left to pick up at your location after 1pm. Today I triple checked to make sure it was at your location before I drove over. I got an email saying it was there; I checked on your website - saying it was there; and called customer service line which told me it was delivered to your location at 11:16am today. At 4:15pm I went to your location, and the young man at the counter went to retrieve my package after I gave him the notice and showed him my I.D. He came back saying it was not there. He then looked on his computer and said it was not there. I told him that I triple checked before driving over and was not going to drive here again. He said sorry but I should check back after 4:30 to see if the driver drops it off then. I told him UPS customer service shows it was left at your location at 11:16am. Then another employee asked what name was it for, and told him that the package was indeed there under my first name. He stepped over there, and sure enough my package was there. He was ready to send me on my way without going to any effort whatsoever to find out where my package was. Teach your employees some customer service skills!
The people here don’t even acknowledge you when you walk in and are always so grumpy. Too bad I live so close and it’s convenient otherwise I’d avoid coming here. Yikes.
Do not be a wish pick up location if someone cant pick up there stuff during regular business hours
Helpful staff, in and out quickly. I’ve only done drop offs with receipts. Indoor signage could be updated a bit, but that might reflect more on all UPS locations.
Very helpful kind people Ive had no issues and been in there 25 times.
I arrived by bike 5 minutes after closing time. The person there saw me outside and unlocked the store to take my package. Thats great service!
Very unprofessional. Went in for finger prints for a new job, the man that assisted me got my information from my paperwork and found me on social media, asking me on a date.This happened August 30th 2019. Im glad to know he no longer is there.
Was in and out and much cheaper than sending USPS
