Not friendly and argumentive. Strongly recommend you go somewhere else because the minute you have an issue they very unpleasant.

Do not recommendNot like a regular storage unit at all they have too many regulations . I moved my stuff out in August and they made me pay September .I filled out a documentation paper and signed it and the person working crossed out my information and changed it AFTER I signed it . Making it appear I was still using the unit .I’ve used many other storage units before and I’ve never had this situation. It was frustrating and I paid so much money.

Got a storage unit here and the staff were curteous and professional and made the sign up process simple and effortless. Loving the fact that I can access my storage unit anytime throughout the day as the storage units are able to be accessed and available 24 hours in a day. The property was clean and there was not a ton of trash laying about anywhere. If youre looking for storage this would be a good place to get one.

Acorn storage provided great service and was very flexible. The prices are reasonable and you can access your storage 24/7. The manager in Champlin was very professional and helpful. I would definitely use them again.

Excellent customer service (especially Sarah) who always went above and beyond to answer questions and make sure all needs were met. Extremely safe place to store things, excellent security and very clean and accommodating. 5 + stars!

Worked with Sara and was very pleased with my whole experience. At one point I did not secure my unit and got a notification that it was not locked properly. Found out they check every day, wonderful.Rates for a temperature controlled unit was very reasonable.Kudos

I’ve been renting for years and the time had come to get into a smaller unit. The manager was very helpful in getting me into the new one when I needed it.

Bring a tape measure. The demonstration space in the office is exactly 10ft by 10ft, but when you go into the actual rental space it is 10 feet by 8 feet. So you think youre getting 100 square feet when youre actually getting 80, or 20% less volume than you expect to get.

Liked the facility very much. Staff is very easy to work with.

Very nice and clean place

Im giving this 3 stars only because the facility is very clean. But everything else Id give it a 2. Most the workers are on the rude side. One even called me up and was practically yelling at me and gave me wrong info. They dont work with you if you fall behind. Its all or nothing. The prices of the units are really high in my opinion. Even for the small ones that cant fit a whole lot. When Im able to get my stuff out, I will not use this location again

Tried going during business hours and ended up having to wait outside for 20 minutes before leaving. Ended up renting from Uhaul instead, not sure who does business by locking up for an hour.

Renting a space for 4 years now, kind of expensive but its really clean, the staff is helpful and there is 24 hr access. Dont recommend paying late though, I understand the fees add up really fast!
