I am so excited for my new bras from Confidentially Yours! I was able to walk in and be fitted on the spot in addition to having a customized selection of bras brought to my fitting room. Talk about premiumcustomer service! Cannot recommend them enough.

These are some of the nicest, nonjudgemental, knowledgeable, helpful, sweetest ladies. They make you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in. I got there about a half hour before close but did everything they could to help me and didnt rush me at all. They told me of their special but wasnt pushy about anything. It was an amazing experience and will deffinately go back. It truely made my day. You gotta check them out.

I have been recommended for years to go here and I finally made the decision to go to it. I haven’t worn a real bra especially one that fits in almost 2 years. I was helped by two different ladies to find my correct size and some bras that I could buy. I felt so awkward and Not confident and left feeling like a happier different person. The ladies here are truly here to help and know what they are talking about. I will be back!

Drove an hour to this place to get a proper fitting. Sales woman was extremely pushy. They didnt have any bras in my size so she kept trying to put me in bras that werent my size. I told her I didnt like the moulded cup style and prefer an unlined bra. Eventually she found one (30FF), Im a 30E. It kind of fit but not really. She kept pushing me to buy it so I did. A couple weeks later I still think the fit is off so I go to return it. The tags were still on and never worn. The same woman is there. She said you cant return sale items. Thats not what their website says. It says items ending .99 cannot be returned. Nothing about all sale items. I walked out with a $60 bra I cant even wear. They dont care about the customer. They just want to make sale. I wanted to like this place. Will never shop here again!

I had an excellent visit at CY with their sales associate Christine! I went in to get fitted, because I knew I wasnt wearing the right size. Christine made sure to make me feel comfortable and listened to, and brought me a range of bras to try on and gave me privacy and attention in the process.I came away with 2 incredibly comfortable and high-quality bras that Im genuinely excited to wear. She also put my information in their system along with the bras I liked and my size. Ill be back to pick up the other 3 that I loved!I agree with other reviews that the cost is higher per bra than I typically pay (were looking at 45-65 per bra in my size, 36D), but also definitely agree that youre getting a great experience and quality item for that price.

I was trying to find a good place to get fitted after having 2 kids and not really having much support left in my old bras. I showed up around 5:20pm and the store closed at 6pm. Unfortunately I will have to shop elsewhere since the associate who was on that evening was focused on getting all of the closing duties done instead of giving me advice and helping me find a great fit. My sister in law recommended this place but I have to say the service was simply not good.

I had a great experience recently, early May 2018. Having a larger bust and a small frame, nothing in the department stores fit me. I needed a couple of new bras for workouts. I was fitted by Mary. She was really attentive and listened to what I wanted. Made good suggestions and I walked out with 2 running bras that feel great. Not only are they comfortable but they give great support and they dont chafe or cut into me like my old one. Its really helped me a lot. Its amazing what a difference a GOOD bra can make.I also ended up getting a new pretty bra, too. Fits amazing.Ive always had a hard time getting bras because Im a weird size. I was really happy with my bras and the service.

I had one other place tell me my bra size, years before coming to Confidentially Yours. To no avail, I was still buying the wrong size, and cup. Ive never had a bra shopping trip NOT end with tears of frustration, until i went here. Now Im wearing a bra that i think is super cute and actually FITS my girls. Mary was exceptionally knowledgeable, and it wasnt at all awkward getting fitted like I had worried. I will be back!

All of the ladies that work in this store are so wonderful! I have a larger chest and this is the only place I’ve found that has something that fits perfectly. It is more on the expensive end, but you can’t really put a price on having your “girls” comfortable and right where they should be. 😉

I am so happy Wen to Confidentially yours!!!! I have been searching for a bra to fit my daughter. She is 13 and we have not been able to find a bra to fit. I was told about this store, and I am supper happy we did and wish we had known sooner!!! I cant remember the name of the lady who helped us but she was wonderful. I was able to fir my daughter in the right size bra!!! As soon as my daughter tried it on she had the biggest smile on her face. She now can run, play and have a good time with out having to adjust. Thanks to the ladys at Confidentially Yours.

I ordered a bra online and the saleslady called me to let me know it was discontinued (I know! A girls worst nightmare) She said the company was coming out with a new improved version of this bra that coincidentally was her fav bra too. She said once they arrived, shed try it and only send my order if she thought it was a better bra. Otherwise she would call and let me know her findings and see if I still wanted to try it. Well, it arrived and it is truly new and improved and I love it! I really appreciated the extra care and concern she showed. It would have been easy to just say, sorry theyre discontinued but she took the extra time and saved me from the daunting task of finding a new bra. Thanks!!

Ive been shopping at this store for years. Being a 42GG (UK size) theres nothing I can find thats even close to fitting off the shelf in an American store. The staff is *always* patient, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful, going out of their way to make sure I find a bra that not only fits well but makes me feel comfortable and beautiful. A very tall order when your in larger sizes. They never fail to have more than just one or two styles or brands in my size and always bring me a variety of brands, styles and sizes for me to try.Best store in the area for larger sizes to get the correct fitting bra by the most knowledgeable staff!

If I could give negative stars I definitely would. I have had nothing but problems when dealing with the staff, and now the owner, of this store. They overcharge prior to billing items to insurance and then refuse to refund the difference. Ive had to get my insurance company involved for two years in a row now to get them to do the right thing, and this year they still refuse to do so.The in-store service is deplorable, the staff seems to be either under trained or completely untrained. It takes them months (literally) to submit a claim, produce a refund and respond to inquiries.If you just want some underthings and dont mind a self-service place this store might be passable, but if you are undergoing or have undergone treatment for breast cancer I would strongly suggest you look elsewhere for the things that you need.
