There a tall slender gal who has helped me each time, & I just love her. She’s a wealth of information to educate those of us who are beginning our health living journey.

They had exactly what I came in to buy. However, the experience was very uncomfortable because one of the store employees was standing next to us the entire time, with her jacket hood over her head, pretending to use her phone but she was staring at us out of the corner of her eye. I can find the exact same stuff online cheaper and not be stared at as if I were some shoplifter.

Very friendly, knowledgable and personal service -- they remember your name. Prices on supplements noticeably lower that the other health food store in Urbana, and the knowledge freely offered (by Gay) has been a god-send.
