I’m incredibly puzzled about your policy that does not allow walk in customers. I’m told you must make an appointment and take only one appointment at a time. Additionally, your mask mandate has remained in place for the duration of the pandemic.I sincerely hope you can remain in business. I’ve been a long time customer and have always been pleased with your selection and service. The extension of your lockdown precautions is quite excessive. I can only imagine that you have an employee who is extraordinarily vulnerable to the virus. If that is the case, I offer my apologies. If not, your policy is incredibly prohibitive toward customers

Went there looking for a ceiling fan that hugged the ceiling because the ceilings are low in my house. Andrew scammed me into buying a 700$ fan that he promised would be a ceiling hugger. Took over 3 months to get in. Then to top it off, after getting installed the fan hangs lower than the other fans in my house and is a good foot from the ceiling! Ridiculous. Will not shop there again.

We made a trip from Neoga, only to find out the store was only open by appointment. I can not find that notice anywhere on the internet. Very disappointed.
