Purchaser a HP Color Laserjet from here.Love it. Recently had a problem with a toner cartridge. They replaced the defective one right away. I use the recycled cartridges they sell here. They work as good as the HP ones at less than half the cost. I like that they work on your equipment here. Fast great service. Won’t be going anywhere else!

Great place to get your printers fixed.

I live in Indianapolis and needed service on my Epson scanner and this was the nearest Epson authorized service center. I called and described the problem, they were good enough to order the part, call me when it came in and then I drove over there and Randy fixed the scanner while I waited! It now works like new. Above and beyond in terms of customer service!

I recommend Lazers Edge very highly. I have used them for a disabled printer and computer that needed scanned for problems. They did a great job, called me at every turn to report the problems, and kept me apace of the cost. I think they are very honorable and good for business in Champaign-Urbana.
