My son and I went to Verizon and they said my sons phone was done and told us to buy a new one! We went to Kj and he was able to get it all worked out and save the phone and also we were able to meet an amazing person! He is great at what he does! I will definitely be sending everyone I know to him and his business!

This is my phone currently. I had reset it from the computer because I forgot my passcode. The reset went fine but I could not operate it from the top so I could set my phone back up. Tech Ed was a LIFESAVER! I tried to do my setup for hours with no luck because of the screen damage. KJ was able to get me through the set up process in 10 minutes! Amazing knowledge, service, and money saver!

I was so impessed I went to a store and they just activated me and didnt help me set up. I got home 40 miles away and my phone wasnt working properly, because the guy was rude I didnt want to go back.
