Bought a pair Jordan 6 carmine and they smelled like marijuana. Somebody was obviously smoking in the back of the store I think they should be shut down. I have nothing against marijuana just not at a place of business where customers have to deal with it... the only reason I am upset with this is because I tried to sell them on goat and I was going to put the money towards a pair of off white 5 but now I am out of the 218 I spent on them and I no longer get the 260 from selling them on goat

The customer service was the worst and the workers looked like they were annoyed when I entered the store

If you’re Hispanic or white, they don’t want you inside their store .. lol. They will be OOB in no time. No wonder they’re struggling to make profit after over head. Just save yourself the negative energy and shop at a different store with a better selection.

My teenagers love the shoes here. Employees are always helpful. Prices are better than most shoe stores

Im older but the kids were super cool we were in there looking for shoes from my boys and that everybody in their all the sales people were really really nice couldnt have asked for a nicer kids just their overall great experience with those kids that you have working for you keep them theyre worth it the great kids very friendly and patient

There customers service is the worst they are also racist and made fun of my son

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I walked in the store one day & there were two ladies & a gent. They never greeted me nor asked me if I needed help with anything, it took for the guy that was working there to assist me. AS SOON as a man walked in, they ran to help him, greeted him & all. Stop hiring biased teenagers!
