Very unhappy. Beware of this bookstore policy! My daughter ordered her books. Just received her psychology text last week, which was very late. She had to purchase the online text prior to keep up in the class and have access codes. She tried to return the book today, since they got it to her late and they said no returns because it is past the policy date. Really???!!! They were at fault for getting it to her late. Thats over $100 book.Disgusted with this bookstore.

Decent bookstore, sells a lot of useful items, however the quality of some of the electronic accessories and chargers is somewhat lacking.
Bad customer service. Whenever I go to pick up online book orders the wait is ridiculously long. Ill ring the bell and employees will see me standing there, but no one says someone will be with you in a moment or offers to help or anything. I understand there are other priorities, but I dont think picking up pre-ordered books should take 15 minutes. Most of the employees arent friendly either. Several times when checking out Ive had cashiers who are apathetic and speak in monotones. Theres also a rule where you have to put your backpack in a cubbie as you walk in (which is understandable), but as a new student last year I was unaware of this and was rudely hollered at. The bookstore itself is nice and has a good selection of items, but the customer service could be MAJORLY improved.
I called the parkland book store to order a text book and they were extremely helpful. They were kind and told me everything I needed to do to get the books I needed.
