Chasity was very helpful and knowledgeable. She made us feel comfortable the whole time. She made sure we knew about everything and did not push when we were not interested. She still did her job with upselling when she could and backing off when it wasn’t for us. Great service!

My wife and I were helped by Randy and he went above and beyond for us. We laid down on every bed in the store, while laughing and sharing stories the whole time. He made solid suggestions and was able to answer all of our questions.

The gentleman who sold us our bed was nice but told us MULTIPLE times we could return the bed within the time frame if we were not satisfied. We were never able to get the bed connected to our internet and when we tried to return the bed we were told we could return the mattress only but we would have to keep the base. This needs to be told to customers when purchasing the bed and asking if it can be returned. We were definitely duped.

Sleep number is amazing ill never have another bed. Call and ask to make an appointment with Kaleb. He helped us find everything we needed, and our only complaint is that we took so long to go check them out.

But one get one select pillow. Got 2 for a great price. Salesperson was excellent.

Customer service was exceptional... gotta wait a month for the bed but its cool... we got the i8 smart bed it has great reviews...

I am sending a shout out to Shelby. She is a great sales person and was very helpful in explaining the various options when buying a sleep number bed.

My husband and I had been researching the adjustable beds for the last few months. We had requested information from several companies and sleep number was the only one that had an actual store in our area.Ian, the salesman was very nice and knowledgeable. He showed us all of the features as well as mapped our perfect numbers. He saved us money and gave us the best deal for what we needed. He didnt try to sell us the most expensive thing in the store, I was impressed! He was very nice and had great integrity for a salesperson!

The most expensive bed Ive ever bought. But its awesome and I dont regret it. Go to the store and theyll walk you through the beds. Give a budget or specify features and theyll work with you to find a bed that works. LET THEM HELP YOU FIND YOUR SLEEP NUMBER AND TRUST IT!!

I have never had such a good bed. It is great. It is expensive and repair parts are very expensive. If you buy one dont expect to get Service ! I have had to do all my service work and to order my parts Ive had to wait as long as 40 minutes trying to get a representative on the phone. I tried for 2-_days to get them they say all reps are busey for 35 minutes the first time, finally held on long enough the 2nd day then the rep told me that they couldnt get a service person to my home for 7-8 weeks ! I ordered the parts and I will do the work ... I will though upgrade to,a better bed some day though. Ill just know they have no service when you need it .
