I took my car to CTT to replace a tire that it was still under the warranty. Although I was initially told that I wasnt in their records, I insisted I had purchased the tires only a few months ago at their Urbana location, they checked and fortunately found my name. Between looking for my records and changing the tire, I was out there in about half an hour. The shop was clean, and they had coffee for their customers. I had called a couple of days earlier to request the tire I needed.

Honest and backs up the work they perform. Highly recommend this place.

Our Honda Odyssey developed an air leak in one of the tires while traveling on the interstate which forced us to spend the night in Champaign. When I saw the great Google reviews for Champaign True Tires I decided to take my chances, and am so glad I did. Despite my skeptical nature, I found the Google reviews to be completely accurate. This tire store is is nicely appointed, run very professionally, and a comfortable place to do business. They tended to my car quickly and fixed the tire for a fair price and without any pressure for additional purchases. My family and I were back on the road with far less delay and cost than I was fearing. I highly, highly recommend this tire store.

Just had my tires changed and balanced. It took just 40 minutes, Matt is very nice and friendly manager. I ask to make balancing of one extra wheel, which I believed caused vibration and noise on highway.They made it perfectly, no vibration anymore and they even didnt charge me for that!Great service, exceptional quality, will definitely return for service (hopefully, not very soon)!

I scheduled a two tire replacement on Monday and was called within 20 minutes to schedule a time for the next day. They were quick and very nice over the phone. I ended up having an issue with my tire the day of the appointment and called the shop asking for a tow. They provided me with the number of Andy’s towing in town. Once my car arrived in the shop they had me in and out in 40 minutes for two tires. They were even able to just add the tow charge into my bill so it was easier for me to pay! They were very nice and I will for sure be using them for all my needs in the future! Matthew the manager and his crew are AMAZING!!

My mom and I have been coming here for years but no longer will be. I took my car in because it had a check engine light and the AC wasnt working properly. They charged me $109 just to look at it and then told me it will be around $900 - $2,000 for it to actually be fixed AND they broke my interior drivers side handle. They claim that they werent able to find a replacement part but I found it on Amazon after one search. They offered to install it for no charge but did not offer to cover the cost of the handle THEY BROKE. Years of loyalty to this place and this is how they thank me, by charging me $109 when the only change they made to my car was breaking something.

They were great. Didnt try and upsell me thing I didnt need, and charged a fair price. Had to come back in a week because there was a slight issue with my tire, and they fixed it free of charge. Would definitely recommend.

I came here bc its close to work, but these guys do a great job, have friendly and straightforward staff, whose suggestions are legit. For an oil change at a similar price to a 10min place, I know actual mechanics are looking at my car and keeping track of its needs. I keep coming back.

Just got my tires done here after a bunch of calling around and pricing other places. I originally brought in a single flat tire for repair, but they told me that it was not repairable because the side wall had deteriorated from age. They offered to replace the single tire but recommended that I get the full set done since the others were likely similar condition to that one.Out of all the places I called, this was the only one that would actually discuss the technical aspects of the tires with me. I was following for a while but then the discussion got over my head when it got to tread patterns. So they definitely know what they are talking about. Obviously prices vary a lot from the bottom to top of the range. I just asked flat out what their recommendation was and Matt told me straight up what he would put on his car, which I really appreciate. Tire reviews online are one thing, but they dont come from experts and arent standardized by where the service is done, the type of vehicle, driving conditions, and other factors. Trust an expert, not random people on the internet.I also got my alignment checked and fixed while I was at it. They were very transparent about the price when they called to confirm the additional cost. Service was very fast and professional. Im sure you can find somewhere that is willing to undercut their prices slightly, but theres something to be said for expertise and professionalism.

Best price on 4 new tires, mounting, balancing, disposal of old (did you know theres an environmental fee for that most places?). They checked my alignment, too and replaced a faulty valve for no cost. Their service was great, and price also includes free rotation for the life of the tires. Tires were about a month ago - am going back today for an oil change and have them look at my brakes.

I’m very pleased that Matt was willing to cooperate with me in getting my bent rim fixed and tire replaced and even took it to the silver machine shop to have it shaped back. Majority of places in town that I had asked wouldn’t touch a bent rim and he made a very frustrating situation a lot easier for me. Would definitely return in the future.

I got a flat tire really late in the evening on a Tuesday. I needed it fixed asap since we are a family of 3 with just one car for now. I called around 8am the next morning and they scheduled me for a tire repair at 10am and gave me a quote. I ended up needing a new tire since the tire wall was punctured. They were completely professional and very helpful as I waited with my toddler in the lobby area for the service. Their prices were also reasonable. My only complaint would be the time that it took to change the tire. I wish it had been a little speedier. But I understand that they had other appointments and that I had just called that morning.

Excellent service and honest reliable technicians. Always flexible whenever they can squeeze in a vehicle on the fly or honoring an aftermarket tire warranty. This is the place to go if you want dependable service for your vehicle. They are honest, charge a fair rate, and they will exceed your expectations. If a mistake is made or something just doesnt seem quite right after service (sometimes even new parts have manufacturing flaws), take your vehicle back in and they will make it right. As we all know; there are mechanics out there that take advantage of people, fix things that arent broken, and give you a laundry list of things that they say need to be done. At Champaign True Tires, they will only fix what is broken, period. I would easily give them more than five stars. I have been a loyal customer for years for a reason. Do not hesitate to go here for service.

Went in to get my tires fixed because of a leak and the tire still leaked days later. I went back in and Matt was extremely helpful and fixed the tires and even found another leak on a different tire and fixed it all for free. Great service! Definitely recommend!

I am new to the area. I had a lawnmower tire with a slow leak. They plugged it and turned it around in less than 30 minutes. They would not accept any payment for this. I have not had service like this in the last decade. Definitely will go back when I need tires or major service. Thanks CTT...just awesome service!

First came here about a month ago because I noticed my passenger front tire was crooked. They misdiagnosed the issue and had me pay $500 for ball joints and an alignment then gave me the car back just to have the tire immediately go crooked again. Do you not test drive vehicles before returning them to the customer? Upon further inspection they figured out the subframe was cracked and needed to be replaced. It took about 2 weeks total for them to find the part and fix it. There goes another $200 in repairs and $200 for a rental vehicle while mine was in the shop. Then a few weeks later my drivers side tire falls off completely while Im driving/pulling over because of a faulty part on the subframe!!! Now they supposedly fixed it again but my drivers side door is bent now to the point it barely opens and they are refusing to fix it!! Horrible excuse for a mechanic shop!! Im lucky to still be alive after my front end coming lose and losing a tire after their repairs and now I have to pay someone else to fix my door!!!

Matt was very helpful and got us in for new tires within 6 hours!

The place to go for flats and 1 new tire

I can not share enough amazing things about this place. The guy, who I presume is the owner is so honest and does not try to upsell any unnecessary repairs. He is also super knowledgeable and extremely fair. I have a GMC Terrian that I brought in for a diagnostic. The issue was the cam shaft. A few months later I was having the same issues, so I brought my car back in. Turns out my engine was eating up all the oil, which in return was damaging the cam shaft (common issue with this car from what I have heard and read). The owner replaced the cam shaft for no charge and told me to check my oil level frequently. He also said I could stop by anytime and they would come out and check it. Today I brought it in because I could tell my car was sounding funny, he promptly checked my oil level found that it was low and added what I needed at no cost.This is just one example from my many great experiences with this place. I would highly recommend this place to anyone in the area!!

Changed my rear brakes in record time....accurate work

I brought my MB for wheel alignment because they can do wheel aligment for Mercedes Benz. Eventually, they asked to get new tires instead of alignment and additional repair which I didnt need. They dont have a device for MB cars. Dont bring recent or luxury brand cars to there.

So thankful I found this tire company.Great folks, awesome service, will return again.

This place is beyond racist. I went in with my Focus ST 2016 with stock rims that I had plastic dipped them months ago. I have special nut locks since I dont want anyone stealing my rims. An old gentleman at the counter tried try to argue with me that they were aftermarket rims for 10 minutes. I had to showed him pictures through my phone that those are the standard stock rims that the car comes with. These people are not even professionals if they cant even tell between stock and aftermarket rims.
