I ordered an $800.00 leather office chair. It came very badly damaged. Cessi offered to send a call tag and repair it. I declined since I had paid for a new chair. Brook agreed to supply a new replacement chair in an email. They did send a call for the damaged chair.When I received the replacement 2 weeks later I knew it was the original. I had marked it slightly in quite a few areas just in case. I knew it was the damaged chair and was repaired. I am surprised whoever repaired it did not notice. There were also dings and scratches on the base area.I asked Brook if this were a new chair and he said that the only thing reused was the back. Well that was very far from the truth and not what we agreed on. The whole base was reused and one of the arms.This a company without honesty and integrity.
