Ordered an ice cream cake 2 weeks ago for a birthday. Went to pick it up and they couldn’t find it. This such a poorly run store. I will never go back this store.

Service was terrible. They were “closed” at 9:30 even though they close at 10. After several employees acknowledged us they told us it was drive thru only. They didn’t have several items on the menu and they didn’t take cash. Very disappointed and I will not return.

Horrible place. I went through the drive through and waited for 10 mins and no one replied. There were two cars in front of me and they got their orders taken. I yelled hello in to the mic and no one replied. I drive around and I see the two workers talking. Then another car pulls in and they took their order. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!! DONT COME HERE (this hasnt happened once but this was the last straw)

Never have what they advertise. Usually close AT LEAST an hour before their times state. The owner is rude (per everyone that has literally ever used this location) and clearly doesn’t order enough supply. Don’t waste your time, especially if you plan on using the Baskin Robbins portion of the store.

Hadnt had a cappuccino blast in a min! Delicious! Staff is very efficient.

Very unprofessional. The owner needs to update Uber Eats tablet for pick ups and deliveries. I asked what do you all have in stock to complete the order he just said nothing balled up paper and went to the back.

Hours say close at 11 arrived around 9:50 employee in the front outside said only drive thru. Went to drive thru and they took my order. When I payed rude owner said you know we close at 10, ok then why didn’t you just say that before you took my order and why would you say it after you took my card? Nice girl made my order asked for help and rude owner said don’t worry make it slowly. I get if I came late but change your hours on here and then tell customers before the order and especially before they pay. Rude for no reason

Ordered ice cream cake. You clearly could see it was a sloppy job. Paid 30$ for probably 4 scoops of ice cream and they call it a cake. Never again

I couldnt get lemon filled, blueberry or Boston Creme donuts.

Plz only call and go .. we reached there at 9:30 pm and they were closed ...but closing stated is 10 pm on google

We have been going to this Baskin Robbins in our neighborhood for five more years customer service it’s OK if they understand what you’re saying secondly the ice cream is always super soft just terrible! I received my pint of ice cream yesterday via drive-through the container and the ice cream just raise up out of the container that is just too soft turn the damn freezer down stop trying to save a penny “Please”

The management and employees at this Baskin Robbins are below average. The attitudes of everyone in there is rude. Horrible service.I got a mint chocolate chip milkshake and it might as well of not had any ice cream in it. It tasted milky and watered down. No thickness at all. This has happened before.I have also gotten bagels from this Dunkin Donuts and they barely give you any cream cheese at all.I’m not saying all Baskin Robbins are bad. The ice cream is good, but DO NOT get it from here. My night is ruined!

I visited this location on today and if I could give a negative 0 I would. This young lady was sweeping the floor then put the broom away. She then asked if I was ready. I said yes very hesitantly due to the fact she never washed her hands. She never moved as if I didn’t reply then a few moments later she asked again are you ready I replied yes then asked as she prepared to fix what I desired are you going to wash your hands after sweeping the floor,and now wiping your hands on your face. She got an attitude and said to the other staff member she going to ask me if I’m going to wash my hand. The other staff member said really is she serious. The staff has to be the nastiest people that can work in any restaurant. The very reason I dislike going in some of theses store!!! I hope the owner takes a better look at the people serving there customers!!!

They are very nice but the selection is very slim, very!

I’ve tried to visit this business twice. Both times I visited 10-15 minutes before closing time and both times they refused to serve me, stating they were already closed.

They always get the order right and the ladies are super nice (even when you come within the last hr of closing, sorry!!)

They have many varieties but still need some more seasonal varieties. You cannot sit outside as homeless people are walking around and we didnt feel safe outside. Limited sitting inside.

Was able to leave E Cell and use my #TmobilezTuesdays gift card for a free cone for dessert. The cashier was super friendly also (the locale near my home is not always 😞)

We arrived here at 10:40p and they were closed. Per Google Maps they were open yet we drove here only to find they BEEN closed.

I ordered a banana split last Friday. As the person was preparing it, he took VERY SMALL scoops of ice cream. I didnt even get a full rounded scoop on any of the ice cream. When I said, Thats a little light on the chocolate. he just smiled and said hed make it up on vanilla (which he didnt). Paying almost $7 for not even full scoops, I wont be back to this location. Ever.

Manager prepared a banana split for me and didnt follow my instructions. I accepted the order anyway because I didnt want the food going to waste but he made no attempt to compensate me for his mistake. Lots of flies always in the building.

I love the selection of ice cream. The store is always clean except for the homeless people always outside.

Place is closed for remodeling as of april 12 2014. So dont waste ure trip like we did.

Went there with a $2 gift certificate to purchase an ice coffee which they refused to take. I told the lady that Ive used it at this exact before, however, she said that it was a mistake.

It never fails, I order a milkshake and have to remind them to add whip cream. Its as if they dont put it on on purpose.

The bubble gum ice cream had actual bubble gum pieces in it. Not a good idea.
