NOT OPEN 24/7. Claims they are closed for sanitation yet three employees are inside making pizzas? I knew I should have stopped at the QT on the way- racetrac has disappointed me since the start of the pandemic.

It’s totally unprofessional. I was one of 3 CUSTOMERS in line and the checkout cashier was actually on the phone texting! Wow! I wish I had a quick thinking to record or take a picture. And they almost never greet anybody. After I checked out there was an awkward pause like, oh is that it…..🤦🏼Corporate needs to really look into this.

If I could I will give this a zero star the shift manager at night told me that they were closed and I try to ask him but he was rude so I proceeded to ask him for four Newport a box of backwoods 11 Swisher sweets and five black and mild and told me that was too much that I couldn’t spend that much because of policy. That’s strange because the same person that sold me 10 Blackwood box was I other then the store manager at night so when I told him he lied to me couple times and he told me that I shouldn’t buy anything please whoever own this race trac needs to be accountable for their actions with rude employees

Tried to go in on a Friday at 9:15PM and it was closed! Decided to go to the Quiktrip down the street instead.

Randomly closing in the evening, just throwing up a sign and disappearing. Would not answer call button or problem at pump. We could see people darting around the back. Disappointed. Off to QT which surprise, was open as advertised.

Walked in and the man at the cash register yelled (and I do mean yelled) at us to put on a mask. Racetrack if you don’t want my money there’s more polite way to say it.

Its 1:30am on a Saturday night. About 7 cars pulled up in 10mins. Why would you be close for hours cleaning if you are 24hrs.? QUICKTRIP COULD NEVA! yall are inefficient.

I hate this racetrac. It seems like they’re never open. I came here to get coffee at 2am while I’m at work and of course they’re closed. This is so annoying.

Inside experience is always nice, employees are polite. Someone deserves to get reprimanded for how often these pumps are out of order though. QT got the gas money today AND last week because someones lacking 🤪.

Never open ! I work overnight and I love coming to RaceTrac but 3 nights out the week y’all are never open! If you need help hire some people SIMPLE 🙄 I’m trying to be polite but y’all getting on my nerves

Clean and efficient.

Staff is always nice at this location, Employees are always working and cleaning to be sure that the store looks nice, even the ice cream stand which is typically messy at most places, but here they keep it in good standards one of my favorite race tracks to go to, and also my neighborhood race track.

All the stores say 24 hours on every website.I have gone to 3 stores tonight at 11pm. They are the only store that carries what I need. All three stores closed. Paper sign taped to the doors. This is ridiculous. This is the first one star review I have ever given. Now I’m giving it to three. Work with businesses everyday yo help them with customer retention and managing their reviews. With racetrac at a 2 star rating I don’t think they care anyway.SMH.

Went here Thursday night because I didn’t have an RaceTrac coffee in months. Next day a boat load of fraud charges are on my debit card. Now I understand why they were looking so suspect when I was at the register. They were stealing people credit card numbers while at the register. STAY AWAY if you see a gay with blond hair and a shirt looking ghetto chick with blond hair also.

Seems like the one employee has an issue with wearing the required mask. The one with the bad attitude the one with the black root in blonde strands. I say avoid this location.IN ADDITION: The clientele doesnt seem to be the smartest 85% of them do not wear a mask lol lol lol

This gas station actually opened on December 29th, 2017. It was very spacious, incredibly organized, and clean. They should have done some type of advertising to promote their new business in my opinion. That would have helped them to attract more customers. A grand opening sign or something similar, would have also done the same thing. Nevertheless, it’s still a very nice new gas station that helped to replace the eyesore that was there before.

I drive by this new location all the time and visited for the first time today. Purchased a sugar twist donut and I knew it was stale the moment I bit into it. What a disappointment Ill continue to stick with quick where the pastries are always fresh and less expensive.

Closes overnight. Go to QuikTrip .2miles from here. Do not give them your money they wont take it

Reese the gas station attendant came to my vehicle to car to collect cash when my 2 year old was sleeping and I didnt want to wake her up to get gas. Ty Reese.

I’m a regular because I live down the street, customer service is consistently terrible, and today was extra. The “manager” was unprofessional and dressed like he rolled out of bed. Extremely rude and unknowledgeable about RaceTrac policies.

I come to this Racetrac all the time its always clean and the staff is great. Needs a little more attention to the restrooms because the outside workers mess it up but i understand. Keep it up Racetrac staff thank you.

Surprised how low the review average is. Went there tonight and the woman working there was sweet, and I was happy with the selection and store condition.

First 3 fountain drinks I wanted were out oven was not working so no pizza then the hotdog bun warmer was not on/working and the hotdogs were not hot all the toppings were frozen cold and out of many of them this is a new store and 11:30 am

Ive been to this location 3 times for ice cream. All 3 times the strawberry slices topping tub was empty .I asked for more every time. Once a Danny went to the back and got some. Another time a man (silently) went to get more. But the last time I asked for more a girl said its the end of the night so i asked what that was supposed to mean and she said its the end of the night im not getting more untill the morning made zero eye contact and walked away from me as she spoke. Very rude little girl. Maybe get a bigger tub for the more popular ice cream toppings .

Thank youMy old review:I was very happy when this ractrac opened last year (since QT on Buford HWY is always busy) everything at this racetrac is perfect (specially new coffee makers) except customer service.I don’t judge their behavior, maybe they’re not happy with their pay or hours because they show zero interst in customer service. But hours and pay should be the same for all Racetracs and I notice this problem only at this location. That butiful building that’s a huge investment, don’t lose your customers over customer service.Clear example of my comparison of QT on Buford HWY and this Racetrac:QT: you don’t see line of more than 5 customers, because when their employees see more people are ready to make purchase and line’s getting long, no matter what they’re doing (coocking, cleaning,etc.) they jump behind the register to make the line go fatser.This Ractrac: mornings you see line of 10 cutomers and one cashier, and another employee is making pizza or doing other stuff and waits for all 10 customers to give him/her “WE ARE IN HURRY” look so he/she slowly go back to register.I’ll remain Racetrac customer and will update my review if I see a change.

I have tried to support this Race Trac near me. I must say the staff is rude never happy and the door glass is always nasty. Which says alot about a store. And i come here at leat 3-4 times a week. Its very sad that service, GOOD service is hard to find. I have talked to management a few times. And unfortunately they seem to be disconnected as well. Im in the service industry so i totally get it. But you must have staff who care. And you can see that this is just a job for the staff at this store. At least at QT you get a hello when you walk in.

The bathroom was closed for cleaning I hope they cleaned it when he wanted to enter the employee told me that I could not use it I wait for 15 minutes and I ask him again and he tells me the same wax because of my skin color one goes to the quiktrip they are cleaning it one once it comes out it says that you can use it badly by racetrac
