Overall I was impressed and I rarely say that especially about FD and those type of stores. The store was cleaner then I expected. The employees were a little rude, and ignored all customers so I cant take it personally I believe it was just a lack of training.

This is the worst run FD I have seen. They have the highest turnover rate of employees I have ever seen. In the last 2 months I have seen 3 different managers and 4 reg employees quit. They cant stock the shelves most of the time with new product when it comes in, even though they have 3 employees during the day and only one cash register.On top of this, the abandoned building that is attached to this store was broken into and the thieves broke through the wall and into the FD. And now the store is rarely open because either a manager wont show up or something else. I have never seen anything remotely like this.

This is a decent family dollar. Always find things here, even things I dont need. Good place to stop in. Will return.

It is 6:37pm on Sunday and the doors are locked…This is my 2nd time here on a Sunday and the store has been closed… The website stats the hours are 9am-9pm … This is not a good store @Familydollar.com

No I wish I could give a BIG FAT 0 BECAUSE THE YOUNG LADY BY THE NAME OF LISA, WAS TOTALLY OUT OF CONTROL. THE STORE HAD 45 MINUTES BEFORE CLOSING, AND SHE LITERALLY SHUT THE DOOR ON ME. IF I HAD TIME I WOULD HAVE CALLED THE POLICE ON HER.

It’s 9:41 and the store isn’t open. As an instacart shopper this is an inconvenience

I also came other day and witness a customer trying to return paper towels they told her she couldnt. Staff was ghetto and rude. Corporate needs to get involved. They get no stars from me but it force you to give 1 star.

If it was possible to put 0 stars I would because the employees are liars. They said it doesnt show up when you use a $5 coupon for whatever reason but my sister works at another location and she knows how it works. Yet we pretty much ended up giving them $5 away

Rude employees, says ring the bell for service if no ones around and so i did . The employee acted as if i was bothering her and said that i shouldnt have rang the bell. This is the closest family dollar to my home but wont be coming back here.

Customer service here is terrible.I wasn’t in the store for 2 minutes. And a cashier was assuming i was stealing. Having my wallet in hand. Me being a grown adult having to hear this..I will never shop here again.

I am in this store almost everyday ! Selection and prices are great ! The staff is always professional and friendly ! The manager is always present and attentive ! I give this Family Dollar location a 5 star rating because i can always find what I need at a reasonable price in a clean environment that is managed with great efficiency ! Well done !

Very messy. It seem like a lot of the products sat very low. You had to look under shelving to see the products and the prices seem obscured. It maybe because of Christmas and that everything was in disarray.

I like to buy in family dollar, but I ask the manager to have a good staff that has a good deal with the client, have cashier mad worried about texting and answering the phone and when you ask how much is the amount to pay, they are DISTURBED we are customers, we do not come to give us, we come to buy with our money, therefore we want a decent treatment, 90 0/0 customer is Hispanic, respect and show a decent treatment is all that is requested.
