I can’t say how much I loved this place! London was our Bride specialist and from the moment we stepped in till the time we left she was amazing. Although I did not find the dress for me I will be back in hopes that I do. My mom did end up funding her MOB dress! I highly recommend working with London, you will have an all around amazing time. I don’t have anything negative to say.

I had a great experience here with Tiffany and Kiki! They helped me with trying on gowns, suggesting different pieces, and gave me as much time as I needed. The concept of renting a wedding dress is so refreshing that more places need to do it!Prices are reasonable. Renting a dress and dry cleaning twice runs you between $300-800 depending on the dress. They have lots of different styles and all are great quality. They do reversible alterations in house for a flat $300. If you want to buy a dress they can help you do that too, either new or some off their rack of rental dresses.I would definitely recommend this place to all my friends who are getting married in the future.

From the minute I walked in I was treated with so much love and care. We were offered a toast of champagne and when my Mom said she didn’t want to drink, she brought her water in a glass for the “toast” effect.I tried on about 7 different gowns, various veils, and hair pieces. For each, I received help putting things on and making sure things fit properly.I even got some space to enjoy the moment with my parents as I tried a dress I loved for a second time.I loved hearing about the price of my dream dress and knowing it was well within budget.Thank you so much for such an amazing experience.

They have a lot of unique dresses that most other shops don’t carry, they didn’t make us feel rushed and even had Shay, come over and discuss if possible alterations are doable. I had an amazing experience today with Tiffany! This was my first time trying on dresses trying to figure out what I like and don’t like. They immediately gave us champagne and got us looking at dresses to maximize the hour appointment. Tiffany was really helping narrow down the styles I liked and listened to what I did and didn’t like to help get me the dress I want. Even though they had another appointment right after me they pulled me to another area and let me try on a couple more dresses she wanted to see if I liked. We visited this store about a month ago for a Bridal appointment. First off, we were not offered any Bubbles/Bites or a music selection of our choice. We looked at several dresses and the bride to be had a favorite dress she was interested in. Tiffany stated she would text over quotes that day, but we never received any quotes. I called the other day inquiring about dress quotes and was told, again, Tiffany would text dress quotes the same day and still no messages, emails, or calls....very disappointing. We will be looking for a dress elsewhere.

Once I learned about Laine London, I went ahead and booked an appointment to look for some dresses.The staff was responsive and on my dress fitting day, my family and friends were guided by the lovely Tiffany, one of the founders and the lead stylist. For reference, Im under 50, so looking for dresses can be challenging. Fortunately, Tiffany found some dresses that fit my height as well as my preferences from my Pinterest board. She also introduced some that I hadnt considered before - and wow, did that work beautifully! I walked away choosing the perfect dress, thanks to her and my crew.Alterations soon came after, and the process was fairly easy. Nancy gave some great advice on how to walk with my dress and bustling it before reception. Shes hilarious, too! On the final hand-off, Lundyn, the founder, gathered everything for me and made sure everything was perfect. I first went in to look for a dress for my wedding with Tiffany she was absolutely amazing, extremely accommodating and tentative. Very impressed with dress options for a plus size bride. I absolutely loved how we had the place to ourselves to pick choose and try on freely! It is a one stop shop for brides. I recently went to Laine London to pick up shoes I’d won through a contest they ran online. Since I pushed my wedding ceremony and reception to this fall, I decided it’d make sense to possibly try on new gowns. Since I bought my gown in 2019 at another store, I’d lost over 20 lbs. plus, I had a new vision in mind.I went online to book my appointment. It only cost $1 to book and the calendar was easy to navigate. I instantly received information on their sanitation and COVID protocols which was comforting. I invited my mom and best friend to come with me since the party size was limited to 3 additional people. That was fine.We arrived on a Sunday afternoon. Tiffany was the stylist that assisted me. She was personable and informative. Since I had somewhat of a vision in mind, she allowed my party to browse for gowns on our own. I thought that was nice instead of trying on gowns that didn’t rock with my dream aesthetic. She helped me zip up which helped. As I tried on every gown, she’d text me the photo with price and details. She also texted me about a sale that was running to the end of the month. The first gown I tried on became *the one* for me. Tiffany found complementary accessories for me to review as well. I didn’t rent my gown that day but came back later to do so.I inquired via text about a follow up appointment a few days later and they made an appointment for me for that evening. I tried on the gown one more time and booked it! Super excited!The entire process was super easy — I’m sure I’m getting this gown for at least 50% off and it’s beautiful. The overall experience was superb and id highly recommend others to rent their look, too! They have a wide selection of styles. There’s something for everyone! I had a wonderful experience at Laine London today. I arrived feeling a little worn down from all of the obstacles thrown our way by Covid-19, and left feeling hopeful again. Tiffany was so personable and took time to listen and learn what my likes/dislikes and comforts/discomforts are. There was not a dress she picked out that I said no to and all six I tried on could have worked. Our wedding is only a few weeks away and Tiffany made me feel at peace about getting alterations done in time. Hands down the best experience you could have. Tiffany was a huge help and made some creative suggestions I wouldn’t have chosen for myself. She moved furniture and changed stuff around to make sure that my mother, who could not join us due to health concerns, was able to see every detail of every dress and got every question answered via video chat. She encouraged the bride-to-be to try on a variety of styles, including those she wouldnt have selected on her own. And you know what? My friend picked the exact style Tiffany recommended - it was literally a DREAM on her.Tiffany/Laine London created a vibe from the very beginning - including the music selection of our choice, and champagne to top the night off! Loved that she provided dress feedback when necessary, but ultimately let me friend decide which dress was the one.Concerned about COVID? Dont be! Everyone was completely masked up in the shop, and the space was only open to us for the appointed time.
