I called prior to coming to this location to confirm a Groupon which they confirmed over the phone. Upon arriving, the employee was high out of her mind and couldn’t speak properly.She then wouldn’t accept the Groupon and proceeded to argue with me.

Been coming to this location for years for oil changes and brake service with different cars. Always an excellent experience, they are so knowledgeable about the different types of vehicles and always get me back up and running! Reasonably priced too.

I had such an amazing experience at this Jiffy Lube, that I had to leave this review. Pulled in to get my brakes checked, and Pablo, the serviceman, told me what I was looking at. He was very thorough in his explanation, and we made a decision to replace the rear rudders and pads, as well as fluid. What we didnt know is that we would encounter a lot of rust from the cars previous owner living up north (I guess). Pablo and Bree (sp?) worked for almost three hours, right up until closing, making sure that my car was ready. I felt bad, but they kept at it and were persistent until they finally got everything taken care of. And kept a good attitude every 30 mins or so when I would check on them. THANK YOU Pablo and Bree!

The crew was awesome and helpful from the very beginning. They serviced my truck quickly and gave a full diagnosis of what should be done on my next service. Y they are my new oil change center

Went to check my battery Pablo was very nice and helpful. Checked battery and all other fluids in my car. I highly recommend Jiffy Lube.

I was told by an employee that they did not have emissions testing at this location. I was told by the employee I would have to go to the Buford Highway Jiffy Lube location. During a pandemic, one would assume wearing a mask is mandatory. She had her mask below her nose resting simply on her chin. Chamblee law also has a no-smoking ordinance within 50 feet of businesses. Witnessed another employee smoking a cigarette inside of the oil change garage. Yes smoking INSIDE the garage.

Absolutely horrible place!! Came for an oil change, a week later my driveway was a pool of oil. When I checked, there was no oil left in my car and a tool was left under my hood as well.. When I went back they admitted they had messed up the plug while changing my oil, and would replace it. An hour later they also let me know that the oil pan was damaged. They let me go with the replaced plug (said it was fine/safe to drive around), and management would call me back tomorrow. When they finally did, they told me it was not their fault the oil pan was damaged and could not help me. (If it was not their fault, why not tell me in the first place it was damaged???) A few days after that my car was leaking again, and now I have $500 in cost to fix the oil pan and get ANOTHER oil change. Besides the fact that there was nothing wrong with my car before the oil change, they let me go TWICE with a car that was leaking oil!!! Will not come back to Jiffy Lube!

They checked off that they vacuumed the car out but they didnt... its a little thing but a big thing, ya know? 🤔

Manager was incredibly rude and unprofessional she wouldnt even give me her name and when i asked the tech pedro he wouldnt give me her name either. She was belligerent and hostile for no reason.

Blake is the manager of this awesome Jiffy Lube.the entire staff was very kind, they did oil change and tire rotation very quickly. But when they noticed a tail light that was bust, they went the extra mile to replace it free of charge.This will be my new go-to place for all things car related!

WARNING! I have been going here for 10 plus years. The last time I went I brought my nearly brand new car for FIRST tire rotation. The manager of the location said my brakes were bad and dangerous and had to be replaced for $300. I said no thank you. Took my car elsewhere for another opinion and they said the brakes were in perfect condition and I was lied to. They not only tried to steal from me but took another 1.5 hours of my time to have the car checked by someone else. I will not be going back.

I went to get an oil change today at 8:30 and the place was closed, no one was around. Hours posted on the door state 8 AM, but I guess that’s if they feel like coming in and going to work. I have been to this Jiffy Lube many times and will not be going back. Apparently they do not feel my time is important enough to actually service my vehicle during the stated business hours.

Wasted my time. Told me it would be 15 minutes to get my inspections after over an hour and three items they tried to get me to buy, they told me my computer on my car had an issue and they couldn’t get a reading. I went two streets down and it read perfectly and I was done in 6 minutes. Thanks for the extra stress.

Quick oil change to my work vehicle. Cant complain. Had a guy there training others who was very courteous and asked if they could do anything better. Great training for new employees and couldnt have done anything better.

I’ve been going to this jiffy lube for several years. I just had my oil changed and both the exterior and interior(car seats in back and drivers seat where the person drove and vacuumed) of the car were left covered in oil. When I got home and realize the mess, I called the store and while the young woman was nice, she apologized and that was it. Sorry jiffy lube, You lost a loyal, long term customer.

DO NOT under any circumstances use this place to service your vehicle. They were very friendly and seemed knowledgeable, yet took advantage of my lack of knowledge about cars, and attempted to overcharge me. I went in for an oil change, and was then told that my rear brake pads were almost all the way worn down and were scraping my rotors, so they needed to be replaced and that it would cost $300. Luckily, we were unable to find my wheel lock and so I paid for my oil change and went to another location to retrieve my wheel lock. I had the other business check my brakes and was told that they looked totally fine, and I had plenty of life left on my brake pads. I asked how much it would cost if I did need to replace the rear brake pads, and was told about $180. I am thankful that Jiffy Lube did not have the chance to provide me with the brake pads that I clearly did not need. If you want honesty and do not want to spend money unnecessarily, I highly suggest you do not go here for any type of car service.

Just left this location. This is the second time at this location that weve specifically asked them to fill something. First was my steering wheel fluid and coolant. This time I asked them to fill my tire with air. They put on the receipt they did it but they didnt. I went back up there the first time when they didnt put the fluids in and they said I must have a leak in the car because they did it and filled it again for me. To no surprise I havent had an issue since. Meaning I dont have a leak in anything and they just didnt fill it with the fluids like I asked them to. I just left again after asking them to put air in my tire and upon leaving noticed the car still showed the tire was low on air in the tire. So I called to tell him that they didnt do it and it was the second time this has happened. He has the nerve to tell me that there must be a leak in it because they filled it. He must think Im an idiot to believe that it magically only went back down to 31 psi within 5 minutes. If it deflated that fast the tire would have been flat already. They dont do what they say they do with your car. Then charge you for all these things. I dont recommend this place to anyone. They lie and cheat you out of money. They dont check anything on your car. Horrible customer service and scam artists

Met the Manager Tyree for an oil change after a long day at work myself. Very attentive, insistent on our comfort for the duration of the work, and even went as far as to notice an engine diagnostics problem and refer me to another shop down the road that could take care of it. This shop will go the extra mile for you regardless of whether or not they make an additional dollar for it.

My mother just went in for an oil change service 3 days ago and had the worst customer service experience. The staff were extremely rude and impatient towards us, from the minute we came in. The most disturbing and unacceptable part of this experience is that we discovered that the oil in our car had leaked and there was barely any left to get us home safely, we had to call a tow truck, so our lives were put in danger because of their bad service. I hope really hope someone from Corporate can address this issue asap because this has affected us in almost every aspect of our life (getting to school and work) and not to mention the emotional trauma, stress and rage towards these individuals. Very unsatisfied and unacceptable.

DO NOT Go Here! 2 weeks ago we took our truck here for an oil change; not only did they spill oil every where causing the truck to smoke and smell burnt as we pulled in the drive. Fast forward to 10:30pm, Im getting picked up from the airport and the truck is acting up. We stop to check the oil and there isnt any!!! Not only did they not put the right kind or correct amount in but now they also potentially RUINED the engine. These guys SUCK

Reading these reviews that say bad service threw me off. I had a pleasant experience. By no means would I say they worshiped me but they were very cordial and got the job done correctly. Tre is who I felt with most and he even fixed a mistake that was my fualt. A+ Thanks guys

Im not normally one to write a review, but this place was great! The service was extremely kind and helpful to me!In short: offered help and service they werent required to. Went way above my expectations!Id had an oil change about two weeks prior when I noticed an oil leak starting to occur. I brought it in to have them take another look to double check everything. They showed me exactly where the leak was coming from and explained it as easily as they could. After they explained everything, they topped off my oil and cleaned it up so that I could get to the mechanic I needed to for the repair.

Job was done quickly, and service was professional.

I bypassed the bad reviews to take a chance, PLEASE believe the unprofessionalism this establishment presents. i needed an emissions test & saw that they offered. parked & walked in, one maintenance guy standing outside smoking a cigarette saw me approach the desk, we made eye contact then he skated off somewhere behind the building out of view. i stood at the desk to see exactly HOW long it would take for an acknowledgement - 7 mins. the front desk girl finally walks in from outside (from somewhere) asks what service i needed.. i answered an emissions test.. she then looks around and says umm we dont have an inspector. i smile, turn around & walk out. these millennials smh. i couldnt be anymore disappointed with the LACK of services today 1/17/19 ~3:15pm (i was the only customer there)

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Unprofessional and argumentative. I am TERRIFIED something is going to happen to my car. This particular location has gone through several Mgrs. The latest is pushing synthetic oil like its going out of style. No matter what year or make your car is. After having a lengthy covo regarding what type of oil I wanted in my car and deciding, was later told they put the opposite in it. Needless to say... Run from this place!

Do not give these people your business. They told me it would take 10 minutes to change my oil. I waited an hour before they let me know that they didnt have the right parts to change it and they would need to order it at an additional fee. I have a Volkswagen. Not a super rare car. I left and then found that they had left oil from their hands all over the leather in my car. Some of the worst service Ive ever received. Wish I could rate 0 stars.

Great service

(Great service gone really bad) I have patronized this location for years and have always had quick, efficient, oil changes and GREAT customer service. BUT the last FEW visits, the service has been sub par and there seems to be an entire new crew of technicians whos quality is no where near what Ive become accustomed to. Today they didnt complete my services (after I had paid); refused to rotate my tires because it was too much work and too time consuming (because they were short staffed) but told me to come back at a later date to get that service, didnt perform my glass treatment because they didnt have anything to wipe the glass with (said they only had tissue). They didnt even acknowledge that they didnt apply the glass treatment until I got back out of my car and questioned them. Hands down the worst experience Ive had with them and they appeared unfazed by my being upset. Will not partonize this location (maybe this chain) again. I recently had to change the oil plug in my other car, thought it was due to normal wear and tear, but now Im not so sure it wasnt a result of bad workmanship.

I was greeted by Jonaua within 1 minute of pulling up to the bay. She escorted me to the waiting area, pointing out the complimentary coffee, todays newspaper and restroom facilities. She kept me informed about the progress of my car thoughout the process. The techs, Quatazious and Royricas were fast and professional. I had a Groupon for the service and I plan on going back to this location with or without a Groupon. Great experience and Id recommend them highly!

Bad customer service. They were in a bad mood. Plus they didnt do everything I paid for. They told me the air machine to fix my tires pressure was not working. They forgot to wash my car and clean my windows like they told me they were going to, etc. etc.I am hoping they did my oil change correctly.

Washer fluid wasn’t filled, oil was spilled all over my engine cover, and customer service was absent from experience.
