I honestly would like to leave a good review since they were doing a good job servicing my vehicle up until the last one, they just messed up my oil pan and didnt hold themselves liable for it, tried to talk about it with current management and that person didnt even let me speak because he could guarantee that was not their fault, terrific attention from the manager.
Went in with nail in my tire and it was deflating rapidly. All I needed was a plug. Shouldnt take more than ~10-15 min to fix. Remember when you could pull into a filling station and they would help you right then? 2 guys behind the counter doing nothing but telling me I had to wait. God forbid they get their hands dirty.Worst service
I arranged the appointment to replace two front tires and have the wheels aligned via the on-line appointment form. I received confirmation for the next day. I arrived 15 minutes early and walked right up to the service desk. They had a work order for the alignment, but not the tires, and, of course, they werent in stock. The service advisor said theyd have them in an hour. Cutting to the chase, I arrived at 8:45A and drove out at 11:45:A - way too long. He deducted 10 percent for my inconvenience. I rated them at 4 stars because theyre short staffed and did the best they could. Ive used them before and have always been satisfied with their work.
The staff at this location are extremely unprofessional and rude.Don’t waste your time and take your business elsewhere!

Despite having an appointment I had to wait nearly 3 hours for a simple checkup. My tire pressure light came on AFTER the service, and the guy at the desk had a terrible attitude to top it off. Not coming back again.
Horrible service. I dropped my mustang off at 8am for a simple alignment. I called back at 12 to check on it they send we dont know we cant find the paperwork.. well call you back in 10min. In one hour I called them back and the guy stated...I said we will call u back we are busy. I called back again at 3 and stated I need to know about my car. John stated that ur car is ready. As far as ur exhaust u need a muffler shop for the right clamps. I asked a couple more questions and he rushed me off the phone. When I got there. He (John) cashed me out and never said what they found or have me any kind of report. John Britton the manage didnt even say thank you. Only here you go and gave me the keys. Horrible service. Do not use this location for your tire needs.I called ahead and was told to come in. I ask how long would they need to do the job. They responded, given the current customers ahead of me, It would be 90 minutes to do the work to change and install two new tires.After two hours, my tire replacement service had not even started.When I questioned the service adviser, I was told that I was next.Then other cars were taken into the garage and serviced before mine.I asked for my keys and left feeling deceived and frustrated. My time was wasted and not valued.Very poor management, customer service and reliability issues at this location.
I went for a wheel alignment on my Sprinter van. Steering wheel was still off but had no time to go back because I drive over the road. I come back 10,000 miles later and the guy tells me i need new tires because there is wear on the inside of them. I tried to explain to him if the alignment was done correctly I wouldn’t need new tires. He tried to explain that after me driving 10,000 miles that they will wear like that from being on the front. I have put 120,000 miles on my truck in a year and skipped a rotation or two and this never happened. And the kicker is that I had them do the alignment again the second time and it’s still not done right. Well I’m not going back and I’m buying my tires elsewhere and I’m out of money because they can’t do one job. This is the second time I had to go to another shop and have them correct their mistakes.
Dropped my vehicle off. Did not have my tires and couldnt get my tires. So was upsold on a lifetime wheel alignment only. Got a call that it would be done in about 1 hour. Waited 3 hours and called to see if it was ready. Was told by a southern man with attitude they would not work on it because of a rack in their way. I said it is easily removable and the southern man on the phone said I had to do that. So they had my van most of the day, but did nothing. Complete waste of time with attitude. Discount Tire gladly handled it.
Had a flat on the way to work almost in front of this place. They were severely understaffed and couldnt get to me right away so I left my car with the instructions to get 2 new tires with the good rear tire to be used as my spare. They closed early that day so picked my car up the next day. My flat spare in the trunk and an unmounted tire on my back seat. It doesnt seem like they really cared if I had a good experience or if I would want to come back, which I wont.
Always get me in and out even without appointments.Busy location as are most others but courteous professional personnel.
Very sad I make the appointment one day before, spending lot money on my work vehicles and personal on total 6 cars doing service in this location so think about, wasting Custumer time is money for everyone, your Custumer time is money for your pocket.
Customer service with John B. (Manager of Vehicle Services) are very sub par.. Not only did the customer with the white service truck have an issue, the customer in the lobby pulled me aside and stated she had an issue as well. I went in for tire check and oil change.. John nor his technician did not inspect my tire.. After demanding that they check my tire, he stated it just needed air.. After an argument with him he then saw there was a nail in the tire and wanted to charge me for a tire that has road hazard coverage.. If you are afraid to stand up to individuals like this, I would suggest not going to this location.. John lied on several occasions and for this, I will never visit this location in my life
They changed all my tires and I got an alignment--very quick friendly service. This is the second time Ive purchased my tires from this location. Great customer service will keep me coming back!
Quoted me $42 for high mileage oil. After it was finished they told me it was $75. I laughed and they adjusted the price to $46. Okay, add in tax, shop, and disposal fees. Got in my car and their sticker said my next oil change should be at 135,000 miles. My odometer says 132,945. They want me to change my synthetic oil at 2,060 miles? Then I look at my receipt/work order and they have my vehicles mileage at 332,300. They cant get anything right. I wonder if they put the oil in my vehicle they said they did. If they are consistent with their tactics to increase profit at the expense of honesty, they probable used the cheap oil.

Just went here last Sunday. I was so happy that they open on Sunday because I have 2 flat tires and need to be repaired before school starts. Alvin was very nice and he helped me a lot. He gave me a lot of professional advices of how to keep my tires in a good condition in the future. And he gave me a very good deal which was the best thing! At the end I got 4 tires repaired and did an alignment. Anyways, good service and would recommend to my other family members.

Service is fast and staff is friendly. Nice waiting room and I have never had a problem with any of the people like I read in other reviews.What I cant believe though is the quality of the work. Twice I have brought my vehicle here for the same exact pull to the right. Upon inspecting both my alignment sheets alongside a factory alignment specs sheet from the dealership the problem is obvious.First of all, their machines angle spec allowances are not the same as factorySecond all they care about is getting it close to the numbers, not getting it right. As soon as they are close move to adjusting the next part.Third, and it doesnt take a genious to realize that negative camber one side and positive camber on the other (even if its within spec) is going to push and pull the car simultaneously from each wheel. Come on! Its a tire shop, any dingle can replace a tire with the right tools but youre paying techs to do everything that goes along with tires. Most importantly one of the simplest adjustments, alignments... I know of at least 10 shops in a 2 mile radius That know how to do a proper alignment and thats where youll find me from here on out until this issue is resolved.
Do not go here. Took my car in for service on the front brakes. After looking at the car they insisted that my back brakes and rotors needed to be changed as well. I went ahead with the front brake service and asked them not to touch the rear brakes. After the service I took my car to a different auto shop and they informed me that my back pads had plenty of life left and the rotor was fine.
I needed new brake pads, they said they had to give me new roaters too by their company policy because one was warped. Then they wanted to get a shipnent of brake pads because the cashier girl doesnt like putting different manufacturers pads on at once, which is something I had to figure out on my own, and they were lying about having already changed our the roaters to scam me. I will not go back to that store or any Firestone because they are liers.
Definitely great service and upfront pricing.My tire decided to blow out when I was on Peachtree Industrial..., it wasn’t far from this Firestone location. Even though it was late (close to 6pm), I immediately went there for assistance. They had no available appointments and one technician, which technically meant I was screwed. Eric (service manager) decided to step in and change out my flat while getting me scheduled to come in the next day for tire replacements and alignment. Much appreciated!When I picked up my car the next day, Val (the store manager) assisted me. I made a pretty big purchase error and he quickly went over it with me and allowed me to “redo” it. There was another service tech that helped me at some point, but I can’t remember the name...anyway, just goes to show you the high service level isn’t a one hit wonder.My experiences were nothing short of amazing (I was pretty fortunate to interact with both the service manager and the store manager), so I definitely recommend.

Fast, courteous, friendly, attentive, knowledgeable and economical. They do not just work on tires. Our 2009 Cadillac CTS had several serious issues at one time and they accessed, addressed the problems and fixed them quickly and efficiently within a reasonable time frame. I would highly recommend Firestone and especially this location. The entire staff were extremely professional. Be sure and see and ask for Val K.and Eric. Thanks again for everything.
Finally they fix my truck, but guess what, my employees were driving it to service a customer and the engine through a rod. They mis-diagnostic my truck and due to the new manager Israel told me himself his employees were sabotaging customers to make him look bad. He came form the #1 store in the country to fix this place. My truck had no issues until after i took it there for and oil change and now I have a blown engine. Yes a blown engine. I need someone form upper management/owner to get in touch with me please.I took my work truck there and told him if you can’t get to it today please call me and let me know. Well they never called and never got to my truck, I lost $3000.00 because of them. I will never go here again. This place is the worse. My second truck was there and they called me and said it was ready and when I got there they had never touch it, but told me it was ready for pick up.
I had a screw in one tire and a nail in another at the same time and as a walk in, I was treated with professionalism and a sense of urgency. They repaired both tires by working me in even though they were very busy. Since I had bought the tires from them originally and had the hazard coverage, everything was free of charge and I drove away a happy camper!
OMG Darrell was amazing. I called first and told him my dilemma. He was patient and kind. He was also very firm and informative making sure I understood that just because a tire has a warranty there are things I needed to do to extend the life of my tires and alignment. They are always professional. Going back in a few days for a rotation!
I came in here a year ago to get the new tires for my car. Alvin was the person that helped me with picking out the right tires. Alvin is so helpful and so sweet. I didnt get my tires from Hyundai because of the way all the men in the dealership spoke to me. I had a problem with them talking down to me like I dont know anything because I was a female. The way they spoke with me like I was a dummy and I wasnt going to give them a dime for my service.I drove by Firestone all the time, so I decided to come in here to buy new tires for my car. Alvin helped me go through everything. I didnt know there were so many different tires to choose from, but he explains to me and even tell me which tires will be worth it for my car. Alvin didnt speak to me like I was a dummy. He was very patient with me and even showed me all the different kind of tires they had. He also tells me some of the options I could get with my tires and whats the best package to go with and whats better for me.Most car dealerships have a driver that can take you to any location within 10 miles from the dealership; I asked Alvin if they have the service for it because I knew it would take a while for my car to switch out the new tires. Alvin said No, but he said he could take me if I need him to take me and pick me up, which he could say No they dont offer this service. and walk away from that, but he didnt.I was pretty blown away at the service he gives me and how fantastic everyone is. I would highly recommend this place to everyone. Customer service here is excellent and not only that, and they wouldnt speak to you like you are a dummy just because you dont know much about car.
DO NOT USE THIS PLACEI made an appointment at this Firestone for 7:30 am. When I spoke to someone about putting new tires on my car, she assured me it would take no more than an hour and a half... It took OVER 3 HOURS to put tires on.When I arrived at 7:30 am as scheduled, there was one car being serviced. I checked in and also agreed to an alignment. Somehow, several cars took priority over mine even though I was waiting at the store. After 2 hours, I checked in and was told 15-20 more minutes. Another hour goes by, and its now 10:30 and the alignment hasnt even been finished.I will never have another service done to my car at this location. Dont waste your time.

The young man who took care of me name is Miguel. The staff was very polite, mannered and courteous. The location is clean a well maintained. They went straight to the point with my car and addressed my concerns. I am very happy with my experience there. And I will be back I hope for similar service. The only reason why I did not rate Excellent is because, I had to wait 3 hours at the shop.

10/10 will NEVER recommend again. I have used this location for 5 years. In the past, they’ve been great - have always done a good job and treated me fairly - but I would be doing a disservice to the Googlesphere not to share my most recent visit. I made an appointment to get a brake light bulb replaced. I had been pulled over the day before and the officer informed me my left brake light was out. When my car was ready, the guy at the counter informed me that unfortunately it wasn’t the lightbulb that was the problem, it was my brake light switch. Then he tells me the total for the new light bulb.....the bulb that he just said was NOT the problem. When I asked why I would be charged for a lightbulb I didn’t need he said “because you said on the phone you needed a brake light replaced.” (I’ll pause so you can try to figure that one out. Bless his heart.) I then ask the guy if they did a diagnostic to make sure the brake light switch was in fact the problem. He said no. When I asked why not, he said “because I didn’t charge you for the inspection.” (Honey, what on God’s green earth kind of sense?....) So anyway, I adjust my corset and pick up my hoop skirt to walk out front (jk - black midi, Dress Up, $26) where the mechanic pulls up my car and is fumbling around in my glove box saying he’s plugging my cabin air filter back in “because they always do an inspection” (an inspection of everything except whatever brought you there in the first place I guess, what do I know, I’m a woman🤷🏼♀️) He then informs me that actually NONE of my brake lights are working (funny, the officer forgot to mention the others...🤔) and a replacement brake light switch will be $113 (At this point I would’ve shown him my tail lights, but you know...) Moral of the story is if you’re thinking about using them, I promise you that check engine light can hold on a little longer! Shout out to my dad who was on the other end of the phone to witness the complete idiocy that I had to endure while there and is making the hour drive tomorrow just to fix what they messed up. You da real MVP! As for Firestone Peachtree Industrial, you know where you can go! 🙂
I am a believer in preventive maintenance but...sometimes things like nails pop up an end up in tires. Usually we go to Firestone in Stone Mountain but there we were in Chamblee stuck and behold there was a Firestone (the drama of it all). I MUST say...we received great customer care and service. Thank you for fitting us in!
Every single time Ive been here they take a very long time to complete even the most simple of services. Even when the place is empty with few cars on the lot they seem to think is perfectly OK to take their time since there is no line. My opinion is based on experiences over the last few years.

Had to bring my vechile back they changed ny brakes on vechile but didnt check the cabiler had to bring it. Omg the whole time waiting the sun was is all of the customers eyes waiting in the lobby

Avoid this place at all costs. If you have a flat, go the extra mile to a different place! A tire shop should specialize in tire replacements. These people are amateurs. I replaced all 4 tires after I had a flat. The new tires were leaky and I had to go back to this place an additional TWO TIMES before they figured out they put the wrong valve stems in all the tires (hence why they were all leaky). They then proceeded to charge me an additional $80 for a re-alignment on top of the $667 I paid for the tires. On top of everything, they never apologized but just made excuses and were rude. Absolute nightmare of an experience.
Awwwwesoooome! I got sent here from Tires plus on Piedmont in Buckhead after they told me they had my tire, which they didnt. Close to closing, Firestone still took me in, got my tire changed out, and at a reasonable price in a matter of less than 30minutes. Im happy about this because I have to travel 4 hours tomorrow morning and everything will be closed. Val K was a very friendly service member and made sure my experience was satisfying. Will make this place my first stop in the future.

STAY AWAY! They reel you in with low prices on something and you walk away with more problems. Car was fine but tires needed a rotation. Went and did a rotation on a promotion they had. My car started to vibrate after that when I went from 55mph to 65mph. Went back and they told me that I did not have a balance done and I told them that I did not care what I had or didnt have done, what I cared about was that before I went in my car was fine and after I went in my car vibrated. They gave me a free balance and the car continued to vibrate. Went to another shop and they told me that the outer rotors needed changing and that was probably the reason. NEVER COMING BACK.
I am a firestone card holder... YET I HAVE THE MANAGER...Im assuming... That do not want to fix my vehicle and trying to deter my business....although they have already trashed my brakes... Threw away my shim kits because their technicians are not knowledgeable nor certified. If so theyd known not to put cheap parts on a toyota... MY BRAKES SOUND TERRIBLE. I DONT FEEL SAFE. AND IM OBVIOUSLY BEING TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF BECAUSE IM A BLACK WOMAN.

Pulled in with a sputtering car at 5:48PM when they clearly are marked as closed at 6PM. I was told there was no one to assist me. I then asked if the mechanic I saw in the bay could maybe come out and take a quick look and offer any help. The lady at the counter went to the back and asked him but he says he was clocked out already. Mind you they do not close until 6PM supposedly. I asked if it could be done as just a favor and she told me that she asked him that and he said no. His name is Alex...this is an example of what is wrong with society today. I will be towing my car away from this place and they will not receive my business.

They dont know how to take care of your cars at all. Got my two break pads installed here, after 2 days, the squeak sound came out. The only thing they can do is suggest you spend much more money on the services that you dont have to take at all.

Its been almost four hours and they still havent finished rotating my tires and doing an alignment. Seems like the employees are lazy and dont care. Sorry workers, Id expect better service from Firestone.
Went in for simple checkup that included oil change, and tire rotation. They didnt put my tires on correctly and I would have lost one on the highway if I didnt notice and pull over. All the nuts had fallen off. They were apologetic and offered free service as a result, but I dont really trust them.

Scammers scammers scammers.I was here yesterday to get my flat tire repaired. They inspected the tire and told me it cannot be repaired and i have to buy new tire. I asked multiple times but the only reason they say is sidewalls cannot be fixed. Then i called another privately owned shop and the guy asked for pictures. I sent pictures and he said he will fix it. I drove to him and he fixed it in 15 mins for 20$.
Buy the unlimited alignment and tire rotation and balance package to keep your tires in great shape.

As I entered Firestone Complete Auto Care Store located at 5578 Peachtree Ind Blvd Chamblee, GA I was kindly greeted by JHERELL DAISE Manager of Tire Sales he presented me with amazing and excellent customer service he was very patient with me as a first time customer at the store by going above and beyond to satisfy my needs when it came to tires making sure my experience was a great one Mr. Daise provide helpful suggestions I was so thankful for his extreme gratitude I couldnt wait to brag and refer my family and friends I also would like to thank the mechanics who serviced my vehicle and now my car is back on the right track I am a satisfied customer if I had to rate Firestone I give it 5 stars and would definitely recommend people.

Take van THERE they try to sell you tires..liers jahrell is a Lier did not call me at all after I told him no on the new tires..i had to call.the tells me my alignment was perfect is the tires.then tells me he was busy so he could not call me.the before and AFTER results of the alignment was not produced only the final reading showing the alignment was okay...he said it is the tires..then he calls a mechanic to be a witness to me being upset.Lier Lier Lier. Ive had my breaks done a thousand times in my life so i geel by experience alone i should know how my breaks supposed to feel and drive on my 🚗 now ive never had a toyota befor but breaks are breaks unless u driving some weird foreign 🚗. So when i get my breaks done and then a couple ove days go byaand then i hear the same nois like they was never ✔ something is wrong. And i go and you tell me thats normal. Humm i wont be going back and i will be looking into an endangerment of life case
NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE! I went in for a simple oil change and coolant exchange. It took 4 hours to get my car back and as I was driving away, my brakes let out a HORRIBLY airy noise when I came to a stop. They did not bleed my breaks correctly (or at all for that matter). I was FURIOUS! I felt unsafe and quickly turned around to go back to the shop. While on my way, I called my boyfriends favorite mechanic place, Carma MotorSports on Chamblee Dunwoody, and they were nice enough to allow me to drive it directly there so they could see if there were any problems with it. I HIGHLY recommend Carma MotorSports if you ever need maintenance done on your car. They specialize in Mercedes and BMWs so if you drive one and need a good mechanic shop, look no further! They are awesome! I drive a Mazda 3 and they were kind enough to fix Firestones mistake free of charge for me. Knowing the professionals at Carma looked at my car put me at ease and I was able to drive home without having to hear that horrible noise each time I hit the breaks. I will NEVER go back to Firestone and I strongly advise everyone else to not waste their time going there. It was so bad that the Firestone employee waived the charge of the oil change and gave me her managers card so I could contact her. I never did because I am 100% confident that it would be a waste of time. Maybe she will see this post and take a hint..... provide better service for your paying customers! People should not be leaving Firestone feeling complete unsafe while driving! If I could give them a rating of zero (or a negative number) I would!
I always love Firestone but folks dont get taken in. This particular store on 5578 Peachtree Industrial Blvd, Chamblee, GA 30341, is indeed disappointing. Donna is the worse and most arrogant service attendee.She has a terrible attitude. I had to quit patronizing this location and switch to the store on Buford Highway in Doraville.
Do not take your car here. they put after-market oil filters in your car that cause your car to die they cost me countless hours trying to figure it out and over 300 dollars.
Dont go to this shop unless you want your lug nuts stripped. Now I see why they had no wait on Friday when everywhere else had waits of 2 to 3 hours.

Went in to get a new set of tires put on about 2.5 months ago, got a new set of BFG all terrain T/A KOs. I was recently in an accident and took one of my wheels in to get the tire looked at. I left the wheel + tire with them while I went to work. They called me and said I needed a new tire as the sidewall was damaged (which I didnt doubt). They proceeded to order me a BFG all terrain T/A KO2 which DOES NOT match the other 3 tires i had very recently bought from them. When I came to pick the wheel up I asked to see the damage on my practically brand new tire and they refused to let me see it.When asked about why they put the KO2 on they claimed that the KO is no longer in production, so they were forced to get a KO2. This is not the case, and KOs are quite easy to find. Walmart even has them.I will not be going back. You would think they would treat someone who has spent over $2000 with them a little better.

Screwed up my car with an alignment. Cost me over a thousand dollars in tires and finally a new alignment. Told me my calipers needed replacing, instead I went elsewhere and got a proper alignment and all my problems disappeared. STAY AWAY.

These guys will RIP you off. They warped the radiator support on my truck and told me to take it to a body shop after they charged me 300 dollars more than they quoted me.
