Terrible. They were supposed to be an authorized service partner of the company I had purchased the electric scooter from. I took the scooter in and they had never heard of the brand/model. I called after a week, they said it would take another week. Long story short, it took them 8 weeks (!) to fix a front brake and change a back tire. Well, the front brake isnt fixed, and the back tire was put on in the wrong direction (tread was reversed), and they couldnt inflate the front tire as this scooter repair shop doesnt know how to set tubeless tires. Avoid. Wasted 8 weeks and $90.

My lamp was supposed to be fixed because the cord needed to be replaced. He changed the switch a to double instead of a triple switch( which mean I can not turn off the lamp. He did not secure the base of my lamp and said “you can glue it back together wit crazy glue”, and he also did not replace the stem of the lamp and wanted to charge me $100.

My 8 yr old bike I couldnt put it together so I called this shop and it was PUT TOGETHER fast and he was very friendly !!! I GAVE HIM A TIP ! Even tho he didnt ask for much but his service was great !! Will be going back again !!

I finally found the perfect bike for all my needs! The people who work there are extremely courteous and friendly, and the owner Ed gave me all the tips I need to keep my bike in perfect condition so I can use it to its full potential. Highly recommend this store for electric bike purchase or repairs.

Excellent customer service. My electric bike was broken down and the guy spent 20 minutes explaining to me how to easily fix it myself instead of paying hundreds of dollars for them to repair it.

I bought a Xiaomei Mi365 electric scooter in December 2018. Its a lot of fun, but I hit a rather big pot hole and gave the front tire a flat in March. With all the Bird scooters in ATL, theres literally no one locally who can fix these scooters! I found Gforce in Chamblee, and they were able to get scooter repaired and back on the road very quickly! For those people who buy scooters (not rent) and need a repair - I highly recommend Gforce. Thank you Edward (owner) and Guy (technician)!

Please listen, DO NOT GO THESE GUYS. YOUVE BEEN WARNED. I brought in my scooter to get it fixed. They had it for two and half weeks. I never got a call regarding an scooter or the status. So I then go in to the store and was met by one of the rudest people I ever met. I explained to him my situation and how long Ive been waiting. He told me they ordered the part and I just have to get in line and wait. Ok. So I waited another week and a half. Never got a call so I called them. My scooter still was not fixed. I picked up my scooter, called the manufacture, ordered and got the part I needed in 3 days. Gforce Electric Bike & Scooter, poor customer service, over priced, and they dont no how to treat their customers.

Black people please use cautionToday April 25th 2019 I visited GForce electric at around 2 p.m. . Overheard conversation between customer and clerk about the work ethics of the owners son. The conversation turned to his ethnicity and then the clerk made a comment about black people being lazy. I couldnt believe what I was hearing in 2019. Black people beware, you may be treated differently here at this establishment. Also the clerk was not very knowledgeable on 18650 cells for e-bikes. Battery repair is done by an outside vendor and not done in-house. Cant recommend this place for the DIY crowd. This place also does vacuum repair, half the store is dedicated to it.

I was really in a bind and these guys helped me get my scooter there and fixed it up quickly. I will be back here for all of my scooter needs.

Took my ebike here to get a tune up. Came back an hour later, it was severely scratched, had some kind of paint on it, and the tires were missing. Never going here again.

I went to Gforce electric bike & scooter and asked them to install an inner tube into my 50cc scooter front wheel. When I got my wheel back the rim had been severely bent and damaged and my tire beads were busted causing my wheel to go flat again within 5 days. Never going back again...

The woman who works there is extremely rude and despicable to be a customer service person it is sad to meet such people as unfriendly and rude ... customers would come to this store to fix OUR gadgets they have obviously fixed, we paid for their services do not do it for free ... next time Id rather throw away my vacuum cleaner or whatever it takes to repair it, before I set foot in that store again
