Always seem to be out of many of the items I usually purchase and they have very (very!) few of the faux hair color samples that are usually attached to the front of the shelf so youre S.O.L. if youre shopping for a new color and want to see a hair sample.

This is literally the worst Sallyβs store that exists. It always feels and looks dirty in there, the parking is terrible and the employees are rude and lazy. It seems like they never have much in stock either. Sallyβs really isnβt the best company to begin with and having locations like this one isnβt doing this company any favors. Mom and pop beauty supply stores have a much better assortment of products and better prices. You can literally waste your time going to Sallyβs just to not find what you need and deal with unhelpful, useless employees.
As expensive as Sallyβs is compared to other beauty supply stores, the staff is rude and not helpful. I came into the store and I looked at the store hours before I walked in, but in a nonchalant and unfriendly manner the associate tells me that they close in 30 minutes while sheβs cleaning up. Sheβs working over people in the store while weβre in the store browsing and shopping. Absolutely the worst store! As weβre checking out she didnβt even ask for the member reward information.
Today I was in this store and the cashier or saleswoman with a horrible bad attitude. She seems like she doesnt want to sell or as if I went to beg to give me what I was looking for. consider this because this is the type of staff that bankrupt businesses.

Im so happy with the customer service I received from Victor. This is my first time bleaching and coloring. Victor went above and beyond to help me find what products I needed and products he recommends. To top it all off he texted me instructions in how to use the products to receive the best results. The worst customer service I have ever experienced the women working today 1/20/20 was extremely rude. Parking lot is already small I had a hard time finding a parking space then to get inside to realize that the woman at the counter was not going to help me at all was a big slap in the face.There was no customers in her line yet she was filling orders online but the customer in front of her was not important. You depend on customers to keep your business open.
Came in today and their associate Tammy was extremely helpful. An awesome personality and informative about the products. Definitely a pleasant experience and I will gladly go back to this location! Thanks again girl!

Good store with a clean layout. The only bummer here is parking. I highly suggest parking in the deck below and taking the stairs up. Otherwise you may spend 30 minutes trying to park at street level.
I would not recommend this Sallyβs to anyone, Iβm sure as you read down through this thread there are more complaints about how rude the staff is. Not knowledgeable at all about there own sales an promotions. Iβve went twice to this store first time there sale on gel polish they had no knowledge of which was right there on the hang tag but my question was is it stipulated to certain colors. After making my purchase regardless which was only for certain colors. I didnβt get the sale the colors I did get were old and sticky. I tried them later on down the road many months after same experience I just canβt with this location I told myself shame on me for trying again the 2nd time. I will never go back now I see why stores are shutting down nation wide itβs the lack of customer service that corporations donβt check for anymore horrendous
Every time I come into this Sallyβs location there is an excuse as to why they canβt do a refund or an exchange for a product. Sallyβs has a policy that if youβre unsatisfied with the product you can bring it back. Why doesnβt this location honor that? Ironic. Take a trip to the Piedmont location for better service!!
This store has made great improvements not only did I find out new staff but the store is clean and organized now,and the young lady Shawn was willing to help with my needs as well as checked back room for item I needed more of Great Job Sallys making changes to location.Only issues I had was clearance needed clear prices.
Extremely TERRIBLE customer service. The woman working this afternoon around 3pm on 3/14/2020 was extremely rude and unhelpful. I asked about the current promotion going on for the 4 for $20 and which size products and she told me to go read the sign because its written right there and she couldnt help me if I didnt look at it.I work in Customer Service and have never been treated with such disrespect as a customer, and will never go back this Sallys
Shopped this store Saturday morning young lady Chandra was having issues with system but very helpful to customers waiting, she knew the products very well and assured everyone she would get them checked out.Her calmness and humor keep the customers waiting happy
Went to this location to grab a advertised item MoKnows hair,they had entire line and a free bagbag,Shandra was able to help me nice gal my only issue was my coupon wouldnt come up because theyre system was messing up sales lady took my discount off anyway so I was happy with the service will be back.
OMG,So many new products Ive never seen Sallys with this much colorful new items and Chandra was very helpful she had a mental note of all the benefits of alot of the products went in to spend maybe 15$ but left with 70$ worth of natural hair items,let just say shes good of the key points Thanks Sallys
Customer Service is negative 1. The woman was on her phone when I walked in and rude the entire time. There was no price tag in front of the both items I selected as well as several others and when asked for a price check she treated me as if I wasnt smart enough to read the non existent sign made a noise under her breath and walked to look at the non existent sign. Durning check out she did not ask if I was a member, wanted to be a member or anything and was very rude about the cc machine being very slow. If it were not for the product I needed being available I would have giving 0 stars. I rather shop online then to deal with poor rude customer service period.
This location has gone down,it use to be clean,and friendly now all you walk into is gossip and when you ask a question the manager makes it know shes from a higher class location,as if customer care I shop for item needed I dont care that she came from a better location

Very hard to get parking here! Its a nightmare during peak hours. The store itself is nice and clean. I just dont feel like the selection is that vast and the stock is limited

I stopped shopping at that location when they got this new manager, Jasmine. Tone is very important when talking to a customer. Apparently Sallys doesnt care or they would have removed her from that position a long time ago.
Lashan the manager has turned this old junkie Location into a new looking store from what I use to see here.Store has some Sales,Sales,Sales Even Clippers on sale which usually you dont find as Sally Beauty oh an they price match now so thing I use th o leave and get elsewhere I was able to get one stop
