Our favorite lunch stop on the east coast. The best sandwiches made to order, fresh snacks, hot soups, friendly service and home made ice cream. Its the best.

Some of the best ice cream Ive had, however I picked up a pint of Snallygaster from Capitol Candy Kitchen which had no pretzels or peanut butter cups. Its an awesome flavor and hopefully that was just an anomaly. I still get a cone, but no pints for now.

Wonderful time this evening at South Mountain Creamery. We had dinner and got chocolate milk and Ice Cream. The sandwiches were excellent. Good, fair price. My sons got kids meals which included drinks and cookies or chips. So pumped to try the ice cream and organic milk. Love the glass bottle. Cant wait to go back (I need to get the $2 bottle deposit back). Love old-fashioned and local.

The Twisted Hamilton is absolutely incredible! Its the best pretzel sandwich Ive ever had. My wife loves the chicken salad wrap. Everything is made fresh and tastes amazing. Check it out!

We needed to stop and stretch our legs on a 6-hour drive home on Labor Day and found this gem right off the highway. Our ice cream and sundae were delicious! Fast service and lots of outdoor seating.

Adorable little creamery! I am new to the area and they said it is completely remodeled from the previous owners. It also has great ice cream!! Will be trying food next time Im there.

Fantastic ice cream that is made on site, made to order sandwiches, fresh local hot dogs, home baked cookies, and more. Great local find with lots to offer. Great outdoor seating with decent indoor space as well. Very patient, helpful, and knowledgeable staff too. Be sure to stop in if in the area.

This is amazingly delicious milk. It comes in a glass bottle. Organic whole milk. The only problem is that after tasting this milk, you never want to drink any other.

The new owners have done a nice job with the decor. Love seeing former employees. Pumpkin cheese cake ice cream is awesome, and of course love the milk. I was a faithful customer and absolutely will be with the new team.

Reopened under new ownership, some previous employees re-hired. Best place to go for milk, ice cream and specialty gourmet items.

Sandwiches were good burgers not great. Chicken salad was well above average. Friendly staff, fun experience. Excellent ice cream.

The website says they are open on Saturdays until 7pm. Got there at 6:15 this evening and they are closed. It was dark put the flag was outside that said it was opened. Very disappointed.

So glad we stopped at Trickling Springs. I had a scoop of Peaches & Cream and one of Blueberry ice cream. Both were very yummy and creamy. I also bought some chocolate milk for later. It was so good. We didnt buy anything else, but tons of people were stopping for sandwiches and subs. Ill definitely have to try their lunch menus next time.

I dont give 5 stars easily. This place deserves it. High quality fresh ice cream, for $3 dollars a scoop on a delicious cone? Super friendly staff too. I wish a lived closer ... then again better not, Id be 100lbs heavier lol

I am an ice cream connoisseur and Trickling Springs truly has the best. Plus it’s mostly organic. It has a short ingredient list too. My new fav is chocolate cookies. The subs are cheap with a big heap of goodness. Trickling Springs Ice Cream 🍦 is DELICIOUS 😋 yummy in my tummy!!!!!

Had to wait 20 min for sandwich. Only 1 person before m . They took the order behind me firs . This has happened a lot. Girls stand around & talk. Every time I go there.say it will be my last but then I think it has to get better

The ice cream is delightful! It is among the creamiest that Ive had. They have soft serve in the summer, and hard dip year round.They also have a really cool window where you can watch the glass milk bottling operation.

I discovered this place when I found their chocolate milk in our local Whole Foods. I grew up in New Mexico and we had small local owned dairy that had the best chocolate milk Ive ever had. Since moving away Ive never found any that compare until I found Trickling Springs! The chocolate milk is truly incredible. Ive had a 1/2 gallon every week for the past 12 years. Ive only experienced 1 bad batch in those 12 years which is amazing. The only problem is that I find myself hiding the bottle from my kids so they dont drink it all before I get to enjoy it. Its that good. Ive lived in 5 states and traveled to many countries, but this is the chocolate milk I would choose for the rest of my life.

Truly excellent ice cream. Also offers made to order salads and sandwiches. I had the Indonesia Vanilla flavor ice cream which had an extra kick of vanilla. Really good- you should give it a try. I also had an oatmeal raisin cookie which hit the spot. Reasobable prices.

It has a very cozy feel. Tons and tons of fresh great food. You can buy all sorts of fresh dairy (ice cream, cheese etc)They also have food made to order by filling out a sheet with exactly what you would like made.I am obsessed with this place. You will never leave with a bad meal or empty stomach!

Typical mto sandwiches, but you can easily find better at the local gas station. Reasonable prices. Ice cream is only average for a creamery. Inside and outside seating. Dirty bathrooms.

We live in western PA and try to stop every time we are in town... their ice cream is out of this world... seriously the best ice cream we have ever eaten. Their subs are very good also. Their staff have amazing patience, as they always have to wait for all 5 of us to make up our mind, and they have a ton of flavors to pick from ;)

This place is good but not great. Hard to get good customer service because they seem understaffed. We bought a few things but nothing to truly go out of your way for. We just happened to be in the area. The milk does rank up there with the best of the best but good milk can be found elsewhere. I do enjoy their cream-line milk.

I purchased a bottle of the regular milk from fresh direct. Received the bottle, opened it and poured it into a glass. Drank some and noticed a small piece of glass in the milk, along with some small red plastic bits. I look at the rim and the inner rim is chipped. Contacted the company and they apologized and sent me a check for $8 for the “mishap” and said they will look into the matter further.

Fresh Farm to table products. Really rich old fashion ice cream like we used to make at my Grandpas dairy farm.

A little confusing at first when ordering. You need to fill out a paper to order a sandwich. Everything else you do not. Regardless, the pulled pork sandwich was delicious and the chocolate milkshake even more so. They even made it double chocolate with chocolate milk and ice-cream! Also a variety of cheese, milk, cookies, and ice-cream you can purchase.

Was rerouted by WAZE that led us to Trickling Springs and the best ice cream weve ever had. The blueberry and blood orange creamsicle ice creams are deeee-licious. Only wish we lived closer to take some home as well. A real gem.

My family loves going here. The house made chocolate milk is amazing and we were so excited to try the dark chocolate milk when it was rereleased today. It was just as imagined, perfect! You can go here for organic milk,.farm friendly milk, half and half, heavy cream, ect. Also a great place for lunch. They serve hoagies, soup, beverages, chips, and ice cream. Definitely recommend this place.

Absolutely amazing milk in glass bottles - i pray this company stays privately and locally owned and does not succumb to the tempting high monetary offers from conglomerate greedy water-like dairy corporations that thin out their milk to the absolute minimum cream solids required by the USDA - locally owned, locally grown is the way to go !

Every time I go there its at least a 30 minute wait to order then pay. Always seems to be full of workers but none taking orders. Milk is expensive compared to same you could get at Aldi. Ice cream is ok but always too softcover a cone.
