If you think these groceries are inexpensive your living under a rock! You apparently havent gone to BBs yet. If everyone knew the information in the book The Walmart Effect you would know a lot about the character of the people who still continued to shop at the company. Because the ones that would care about there local communities would refuse to vote with their dollars and would support the local, smaller businesses owned by fellow community members.

This Walmart was all right I was traveling I needed a couple things and some of the stuff that I havent been able to find it some of these other Walmart they had it so yeah I mean I bought these tools for two pieces were missing but I needed the main piece so I didnt care so thats why they only get three stars

This is worst Walmart ever. 10 - 15 people in a lierayene and registers arent open at least not enough. Shelves are empty all through the store, this store needs a manager that can handle the volume this store can generate.

So I ordered food delivery to be delivered Wednesday between 4 and 5pm. By 6pm Thursday evening they had canceled my order all together. I called multiple times and no answer. So Thursday I made a new order with the same items for pick-up wasnt available til Saturday. So I pick it up today and got moldy Swiss cheese that is supposedly still good till Dec. Today is Sept 25th. I hope I can load a pic with this review.

The self checkout does not take cash anymore and while that section has 8plus waiting in line at both locations and only 4 other registers with the same lines. This is all the time and there are 2 other walmarts in my area I will travel 20plus minutes away to get better service and cleaner and better stocked stores. One or the 4 checkouts open was the express lane with people having way over the number of items and im.there with 4 items. I cant blame these individuals but this location really needs attention.

Better than the one in my town. Clean and extra helpful young lady assistant helped. Unheard of where I reside in poinciana.

Their inability to properly incentivize good work ethic and insure that spoiled product is rotated shows how badly the management needs replaced here.

I wish there were bonus stars. The ladies in customer service are beyond lovely. Just true gems of people and outstanding customer interactions. Keep it up Walmart team!

They only have 1 register open with a employee, otherwise you must scan and bag yourself....my thoughts on this is...prices are going up, I did my own shopping, and,...I HAD TO PAY FOR IT ALL! I DONT WANT SELF CHECK OUT! JEEZE

Pleasant experience. Associates in electronics were very helpful and patient with me (shopping with twin girls that are 1yr old and a newborn isnt always the easiest, even when their father is along which wasnt the case this time- lol). They answered all my questions to the best of their ability. The only complaint I would have is that some of them could be a little more educated on the printers and what they are/arent capable of doing. They did voluntarily wheel the tv n printer to the car for me which I think is policy however it was still greatly appreciated. Over all, GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!

Of all the Walmarts Ive been in, this one by far is the dirtiest, unprofessional and the slowest one ever.My wife went into the pharmacy to pick up some medication and it has taken her an hour now just to get medication.Good thing my life doesnt depend on it, Id be dead.We will be changing pharmacys !!!!

The shelves were poorly stocked. There were only 5 registers open with a minimum of 6 customers with carts full of merchandise waiting to check out.My sister & I are both disabled. I walk on a cane & shes in a wheelchair with only 1 leg.FROM‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️The only handicapped parking available was at the garden center which was where we parked & went in.After shopping we walked back the whole way down to the garden center to leave only to be told rudely by the clerk you cant go out there the gate is locked & Im going home.REALLY ?????? You couldnt take 5 steps back & unlock the gate so we didnt have to walk the whole way back to the registers at the front door where we just checked out at??????NO YOU COULDNT BE BOTHERED TO UNLOCK THE GATE YOU WERE LITERALLY 5 FEET AWAYTHIS is why we do all of our shopping at Dollar General!!! And if Dollar General sold house phones we wouldnt have come to HellMart today either ‼️‼️‼️‼️Thank you so much for reminding me why I HATE to shop at your pitiful store.‼️‼️‼️

The pharmacy took care of my prescription transfer from the Altoona Walmart to the Chambersburg Walmart for me in just a few minutes. That was great and they were very polite to help. Thank you walmart

Horrible store! Never fully stocked, moldy produce. Staff has no clue where stuff is and stock members are too busy on cell phones to actually do there job. Dirty floors. No one is ever at the jewelry counter. Dont go if you want good meat. They are either out of it or its over priced for the cut. Clothes everywhere. Poor selection of kids shoes n never restocked. Store has really gone downhill.

I have a love-hate for this Chambersburg Walmart. It usually has all the items that I cant find anywhere else, which is great! But this store is ALWAYS a mess and feels dirty throughout! I witnessed a man, just hanging out in produce, gathering tastes of different fruit that he could find. Just disgusting.

Store had what we needed but the lines at the register were ridiculous. While other employees and managers were standing around doing nothing, there was one hard working young man working the only open register. We waited in line for nearly a half hour watching the team leader for the registers standing around on his phone doing nothing to help the situation. I am sure he knew how to run a register, but he steadfastly did nothing to alleviate the long lines.Not a well-managed store.

Everytime I use this service at Chambersburg Walmart, I wait at least 20 minutes. Typically, a half hour. If no one answers when you arrive and call, youre given a voice mail message. Never experienced this at other Wal-Marts. I waited almost an hour today. Will never use this service here again.

Nice friendly staff showed me which aisle to go to to get what I needed which was awesome

They were out of many things in the store. I understand given the current climate this is problematic. Ive been to many walmarts and this particular Walmart is the worst Ive ever walked into. The service Leaves little to be desired. I think this has to Be a result of poor management.

Used to be pretty good but has gone down hill. Associates walking around like they are just there to hang out with each other. Over six people were asked for help and they all disappeared and zero came back. If you call the store they just hang up on you. This place is horribly managed. Seems like managers are probably just hiring their friends so they can goof off and get a paycheck for doing nothing. We used to be regular customers but will probably take our service elsewhere.Update: I just noticed the baby yogurt they gave me at the grocery pickup was over a month expired and its the kind that has to be refrigerated... I know accidents happen but I am thinking this is not a coincidence. Sometimes things do stay good past the expiration date but over a month for a refrigerated yogurt for a baby.... Im glad I was checking.

Wal-Mart in Chbg is always crazy busy. There is never enough help it seems. I had an online order of 2 cans of flex seal and I went to the store an hour after my purchase and it wasnt ready. I said I live 30 mins away could you please fill it and they basically told me sorry about my luck and that if have to wait until I got a text. I cancelled the order and left. Other experiences have been better but this one was awful.

This Walmart has everything I needed and wanted to get. The employees are really nice and help you find whatever it is that you want. I needed a price check on a few items and didnt know they took all the price check scanners away so an employee took all the things I needed checked and used her little price gun thing and checked them all our for me... Super nice.

Why does second shifts cap teams do nothing while first shift cap team cleans floors? First shift cap team is the only ones that do anything maintenance should be made to do the floors now first shift will try to kill their selves getting caught up like please start using common sense please

Prices are great here but they need to order stuff more frequently because they are always out of something! It’s not uncommon to find bare shelves. Bathrooms are always clean and well stocked but you’ll find clothes thrown all over the place in the clothing department and the ladies that work the fitting room area can be quite nasty and rude. Employees from other departments are usually much more pleasant. Theres never enough registers open so the lines are always long. I have a love hate relationship with Walmart. Wouldn’t come here if it wasn’t for their unbeatable deals.

Its a miracle if more than two registers are open. Self checkout or online order highly recommended.

I visited Walmart pharmacy today for a Covid vaccine. I want to acknowledge the wonderful people in the pharmacy. It was non stop action the entire time I was there. Each and everyone that I dealt with was polite, patient and devoted to helping me. It wasnt designed to be a vaccination area, but they made it work. All the while handling all the normal pharmacy duties. They made my visit special.

Not so crowded. On a day trip. Stopped in for a card. About the same as any others.

Always great very busy as always cant wait until theyre open 24 hours again

As usual Chambersburg Walmart sucks. Empty shelves, out of stock, no customer service at registers or sporting goods.. Go to Shippensburg, Waynesboro or Hagerstown instead.

Long long long lines lol and it really wasnt that bad once lines started to move but wow lots of people yesterday but was really sucked I was their only for a couple things and I had to wait in a long long long line for literally 2 things but all in all nice place good customer service considering the lines and amount of people

Im from the area but moved out of state...came back for a visit. lots of different things from the Walmart here where im at now....very clean and friendly workers here...just hard to get a motor cart to use when i was there they were all off limits due to them needing charged up the 1 day i stopped in

Horrible store. Items all over the floor and dirty. Lots of things out of stock. The fact this store needs a security service to patrol makes my wife and kids feel unsafe. If you absolutely need to go here make it first thing in the AM.

Excellent food, great service, clean, very friendly staff. Only small issue I had was the judgmental older couple talking smack about me yet couldnt stop staring at me because I have tattoo sleeves down my arms, back shoulders and chest. We smiled and waved though! Would definitely go back again!

Most the time Walmart has the products Im looking for but occasionally not. Most the staff are friendly and helpful.

It has a lot of options but you have to deal with 4 cashiers and long lines(including self check out). They check receipts selectively and the security drives like they have the right away.

This is the worst Walmart store to visit. Shelves not stocked, Walmart employees pushing those damn carts around shopping for lazy people always in the way. Displays and other skids of stuff in between displays blocking passage. I truly despise this Walmart.

I personal would rather order from online then go to Walmart. Its easier and the checkout is faster. If I had to pick one improvement I would say that they need more cashiers at closing time so you dont have to wait 20+ minutes to get out of the store

Updating my review. Gave it 5 starts before due to the grocery pickup option, but now that Ive been in the store I will never go back. It looked like we were about to have a major snowstorm since they were out of so many different things. What was there was not organized. As I was finally getting out of there I had to deal with my cashier complaining to another employee about the way someone talks over the intercom yet someone complained about her.I would highly recommend going to the Shippensburg store instead, unless you are doing a pickup order at Chambersburg where you do not have to enter the store. In that case the pickup is great because theyll probably be out of stock of whatever you wanted and theyll have to upgrade the item to a bigger size or a more expensive brand (for free- which happened on multiple items both times I ordered).

The store is not clean dont have half the things I needed, I dont like the store at all.Ive been to other Walmarts and they look a 100 times better

I was very disappointed in this store a lot of the aisles were a mess. I could not find anything that I need because of the mess. I left the store without anything because it disgusted me. I was afraid to touch anything.

Our Chambersburg PA store stays busy during the pandemic, and have taken extra steps to ensure customer safety. You are required to wear a mask, and they offer sanitizing wipes and sprays for the carts.For the most part, shelves are staying stocked. I realize the call in orders are increased so you have to navigate around the big blue carts as the employees stock up for customers. But all in all a good experience for grocery shopping.

Horrible. Fights break out and nothing is done. Employees stand around and watch while Im trying to keep my family safe.

Avoid if youre trying to do an order pickup as there is a good chance itll be wrong. Their employees will pick the wrong item and then try to blame their website for not telling them which item you bought. Drove for over an hour to find out they didnt have the item I purchased and was then told I should have called first to make sure my order was correct before I drove there.

No carts available. Had to go back to the parking lot to get a cart. Many empty shelves, especially in the meat area.

Usually stays pretty stocked and generally clean. Their clearance area was a mess, to be expected but the reason I took 2 stars away due to the CONSTANT bickering between employees all over the store. Talking about other employees and scheduling. That shouldnt be openly discussed and complained about in front of customers or on the clock at all. Almost every trip is like that with the employee chattered, and I dont frequent the store much anymore after moving but still come for specific items. I would rather go to the Shippensburg store.

Found everything I needed and got out in a timely manner! The only thing I don’t like about the Walmart on Lincoln Way in Chambersburg PA is that their clothing section is always a mess!
