When you push the button on the receiving side, wait patiently it has to cycle through an office that no one is there to answer, then it will ring through to security. Ours always seems to be a double drop and hook. There is a door around dock 118. You will pickup the paperwork there and there is a bathroom inside also. I dont have info on the shipping side bc we only ever pickup out of the receiving side. The gate you come in is the exit gate also.

I can only speak from the shipping end of this operation. They are efficient and well organized. The shipments are typically ready before the appointment time.The loads are well packaged and thoughtfully loaded - no shifting or collapsing loads. They are quick. They get you out of there with no delay. They can load twenty six skids in about 30 minutes.The yard is secure. You gain access through a remotely operated gate via security monitoring you on camera. They do all of the loading and securing.The only drawback is that they have no lounge for drivers. No micowave, coffee or tea.Overall it appears to be a well run company.

This is a warehouse, it is not open to the general public. A good place to work if you can handle the heat during the summer.

Shipping is fast and organized. We picked loads here every Tuesday.edit: Delivered here and picked up loads a lot of times. They are very fast for loading and unloading. If you miss an appt, they will work you in but call them to let them know.

Worked there during the busy season as a temp it was good money. Somedays were slow and a lot of VTO. Some hired on employees feel like theyre so much better than you and can be rude. The break room and parking lot is a crazy mess, people are up on each other no room to breathe. But they sell really good stuff.

I work here as a temp right now!! It is a pretty decent job. Have to learn to become somewjay fast paced to get your job done but that comes later after youve been there awhile to learn where things go and making sure they go to the right place. It is good money.

I worked here for almost 2 years. It was okay at first but everything started going downhill. Terrible communication. I was always out of the loop on all of the policies because they werent communicated very well. I always got a run around when I needed something important done and when I tried asking for help everyone acted clueless when they had the capability of reaching out to the right people.

AWESOME PLACE. LOVE THE WAY NO1 IS BREATHING DOWN UR NECK WHILE WORKING. GOT ME LOTS OF EXCERCISE THIS EVENING. IM HAPPY 2 OF GOT GIVEN A CHANCE TO WORK HERE. ITS A NICE PLACE TO WORK.
