The store is clean, the prices are reasonable, the pharmacy technicians are very nice and helpful, and the other employees are friendly.

Not very good availability and employees always hide from helping you. Also heard two employees complaining about customers very loudly while restocking the aisles. This target is rude and I would recommend Hagerstown or Carlisle instead.

This store is extremely clean. The person at the door is helpful. Employees are cleaning baskets and carts and wiping down counters and shelves. All personnel wear masks and there are shields. If a line gets long associates come and help by opening up cash registers and directing those waiting to open ones. I often extend my visit by walking around the store areas (wide aisles) to get a little more exercise in. Target is the only retail store I will visit at this time.

Great place to do one stop shopping. The staff and the customers create a far better experience than going to Walmart. The prices may be a bit higher than Walmart, but personally I feel its worth it for the better shopping experience. Friendlier staff for one and the entire store just feels nicer and cleaner.

Nothings perfect, but Target comes pretty close. Im not just a frequent shopper, Ive worked at this location for Target Mobile and Ive worked seasonally too. In my opinion, Target provides one of the best shopping experiences out of any other major retailer, and theres a few ways they do that.Firstly, customer service is better than most because they have made it their focal point. Target made Vibing a thing before the internet. Its their approach to the customer service experience, having a great connection with your customer. Anytime someone provided a great experience at the store, if another employee saw it and mentioned it, or if the customer filled out a card to acknowledge that person, Management would always show their appreciation. Hearing from your peers that youre doing a good job and creating a culture where hard work, customer care, and teamwork is rewarded, appreciated is important.Second, Target has the best app out of any major retailer. If youre not using the Target app, youre not getting the full Target experience and thats why you think Target is expensive, or always get disappointed when you go to the store and theyre out of something. Heres how the app helps. Target Circle is a feature in the app to save 💲💲. You use coupons, right? Before you go to the store, check out the deals on Target Circle to see how much youll save on the things you want and the things you didnt know you wanted. Save the deals in the app and show the barcode on your phone to the cashier or enter your phone number in the card reader. Bummed that you went all the way to the store and they were out of something? Use the app to check ahead if its in stock, and if the inventory is low, which the app will say if it is, do a pick up order so you know for sure youll have it when you get there, if the inventory is off and theyre actually out of it, theyll let you know that your order cant be completed before you go to the store, and you saved some frustration and gas money. In my opinion, inventory and logistics is something that Target could work on as a whole and is why I havent given them five stars, but its not solely the fault of this store.Lastly, Target has adapted very well to Pandemic shopping. Ive grown very tired of every Kevin, Karen, and anti-masker out there and I very rarely go into the store. My heart goes out to everyone working retail in this time, you guys rock! Thanks for making it very easy for me to order what I need on the app and pick it up for free. Thanks for bringing it out to my car in freezing weather and carefully putting everything in my car and wishing me a good day 😊. Ive used other drive up services, in my opinion, Walmart has the worst experience. It takes too long for the order to be ready, it takes too long to wait for it to come out when youre parked. Target makes this experience way easier. Whenever I place an order with Target drive up, it rarely takes more than 2 hours for it to be ready. I dont always need it that soon but it helps. When I get there and say Im there, someone comes out with my order in five minutes or less. Sometimes it can be busy but it seems theres always enough people working in the drive up department to minimize wait time.So, I hope my review has helped you and provided some advice on making your experience better. Please, understand that the people working here (anywhere) are human beings, they have families theyre trying to feed, theyre trying to make money to get through college and make a future for themselves, and they deserve our appreciation when they provide great customer service. I think its a very friendly store with lots of nifty things in it esp this time of the year. I was Christmas shopping BUT I think some of your management or higher need to get on one of your handicap carts and drive it around the store and see how hard it is to maneuver around the store with it being the way its set up and how difficult it is to drive the cart. They dont move very well.. My 12 year old had to keep moving displays you had at the end of your aisles. I understand being a marketing major that you need to sell your products and need the space to display them but its very hard to get around the store in those carts!! I cant help but I do need them. I dont understand how this isnt an issue with people with disabilities dont complain more often about this. Your stores are nicer than Walmarts so I dont understand why you arent set up better and have better carts. Other than that the visit went very well.

My daughter and I went to the Mobil department to change cell phone providers. The staff was very helpful asked the right questions and made sure our needs were met. They did not try to sell us something that we did not want and actually left with a better service then we had and will be saving money in the future. We will definitely go back for any future cell phone needs.

At Taget 12/23. Very stressed after 30 minutes in traffic traveling across the parking lot due to traffic. The electronic department was super helpful and polite. Great experience.

I was able to find exactly what I needed for my craft room but didnt find the heel grips for shoes. After finding out that the item wasnt on display, several sales ladies went looking for them in the back room.

Seems like everytime I try an shop at this store they are out of the items I want. I was just there to purchase some simply apple juice and some halo top ice cream and wouldnt you know it they had neither. This seems like a reoccurring theme at this store.

They have a queue set up for returns and exchanges. I bought something this morning and had to return it. The associate was so rude and condescending about not taking returns now. You know this time is stressful for everyone and a little respect goes a long way. I don’t shop at Target for a reason and this confirmed why.

Customers walking everywhere in the store WITH NO FACE COVERINGS despite Targets sign at entrance citing theyre required. Where are the managers ensuring our safety?!

No one stopped to ask me if I needed help with anything. I noticed the manager just standing around not doing anything. I have been here a few times, and I noticed she doesnt do anything to help the sales floor employees. Maybe hire better management, and maybe the place would look better.

Well laid out, easy to navigate, with wide aisles. Quality products at inexpensive prices. Its had a diverse selection of merchandise.

I was forcefully stopped by an associate refusing to let me in without a mask. I walked around after getting a mask and saw several customers and employees not wearing a mask. An employee then yelled at me for taking my mask off, stating it was target policy to wear a mask. I then checked out and the same employee who forcefully stopped me from entering was ringing up a customer who was not wearing a mask. This company has lost my business.

A great Target! The store is very open and spacious. Lots of great discounts and offers! Store often does not seem to have enough people for checkouts and usually always run into long lines.Has a Starbucks inside for those who need coffee. Lots of seating available inside the Starbucks as well.

The pharmacy is great. The people know me. They have always been helpful in every way. They are super friendly. Ive seen them be extremely patient with people whose insurance civerage has changed, elderly persons who are confused, and those who are upset that a med isnt covered by their insurance. I never mind when I have to wait because Im seeing their kindness in action even though they might be stressed. The store itself has a nice atmosphere and employees are helpful and polite.

I absolutely LOVE Target and shop at the Chambersburg store regularly. However...I was in there earlier today in new pet location and overheard two young ladies, tags said Bri and Ashley?, talking about an older employee (not sure of name). The older woman asked if someone could get her a latter and one of the younger ones said What was I saying about old people acting entitled? to the other young girl. I bit my tongue, but I have to say that was extremely rude and disrespectful. Management may want to make sure these girls realize that there may be customers within ear shot of them at any given time. Maybe just being nice to begin with might suffice?

Target seems to have everything you need.Its not too crowded (unlike Wal-Mart were its crowded) You can find the stuff and checkout easily. Staff are helpful and the place is maintained.

Love the deals I find but truly last 2 times the cashers were awful and rude. Then they dont want to acknowledge deals that ring up wrong. Also they no longer let you keep hangers that come from the manufacturer with the product. My family is done with Target.
