I wont go anywhere else. The service is alwaystop of the kine. The team members are respectful. The prices are decent. Even in a post pandemic world where the world is short staffed, I am never disappointed.

I take my truck there because of my hrs at work and they are generally fast with service. When I got my truck inspection last time I did notice and I even made mention that one of there technicians were wearing the same dirty gloves to drive the vehicle they were working on . I personally didnt care for that. I got tires on recently and I didnt see that again . I also like the fact they have a huge window so I can watch as they work on my vehicle.

As before the service was great from the first phone call, had to order parts and was not sure how to go about it, Jim that answered the phone looked my truck up and informed me what they had in stock and what they would have to order, took truck in the next day dropped off in the am and had it completed by mid afternoon. They even offered to pick me up at my work so I could get the truck back before close of the day. Had the works with tire rotation, new front rotors & pads and also a new battery installed all for a fairly reasonable price. Thanks again Guys & Girls.

Called this morning about an alignment price and availability. The employee said no appointments needed $84.95. Drove 30 minutes there. When I get there he tells me he has nobody that can do an alignment and hes short staffed. Something you should have mentioned on the phone before you make someone waste their time! Thanks for nothing

Have been getting my oil changes done here for several years. Thanks to John and the staff for taking care of my stripped oil plug. John stood by his word that he would take care of it. It is important to know people still stand by their word these days.

Fairly good place for tire rotation and oil changes.

I arrived at 5:15 after work and they said they close at 6pm and couldnt do an oil change. I was told to come back another day. If thats the policy, then post it on the website so people know. What a waste of time.

I got my serpentine belt replaced and was in and out quickly. Fair price for work done. Good customer service.

Terrible experience getting 4 tires mounted and balanced. I provided the tires and wheels. Waited 2 1/2 hours for a simple mount and balance. Asked prior to have the wheel weights mounted on the inside, they were placed on the outside. Worse yet all 4 of my wheels I just painted where scratched up horribly.I cant speak to their repair work, but avoid taking your vehicle here for tires if you can.

Staff was professional and thorough. Found a fog light that had fallen that was burning through a plastic panel. Found which tire pressure sensor needed a new battery. Very knowledgeable. Good value add.

I wasn’t satisfied the first time I visited this place. Here are the issues:1. Mechanic couldn’t aligned and balance my car. Instead, he advised me that my perfectly shaped rim was bent.2. Tore my front bumper off and ended up destroying a sensors, causing my dash to lit up like a Christmas tree.Solution:I eventually took my car to a nearby dealer and they were able to aligned and balanced my wheels without any issues. I ended up having to pay the dealer extra for installing a new sensor.My car is now perfectly fine, but I will never take it back to Quick Lane!

Im new to the area and have three vehicles. So, I looked for a place to do my regular oil changes. I had my first two vehicles serviced without incident. The third vehicle, a 2017, was taking forever. When it was complete I was told that something related to the filter housing broke during the service and they had to order a replacement part. When I pulled out of my garage the next day I notice a puddle of oil on garage floor. Instead of going back there, I took it to the dealer. They fixed the oil leak, which was related to the filter housing and performed a new oil change. I travel long distances for work and Im lucky I caught it. I wont be going back there.

Good quality work. Every oil change they give me my vehicle health report, with my air pressures always checked, and fluids always topped off. Wouldnt take my vehicle anywhere else!

I have never had a problem with this place. They are the most honest auto care center I have ever been to. Youll want to get there early though as they often stay pretty busy.

Every experience here is great! Staff is friendly and approachable. I recently came in for a state inspection and regular maintenance. It was done quickly, and the service advisor, Joshua, kept in contact with me. There was no guessing and I knew the status of my vehicle at all times. After my service, I had a strange rubbing noise from my front wheel. When I came back, they took it right in and investigated. The cause was a heat shield that was falling apart. Had nothing to do with what the technician had done. And yet, they still didnt charge me. The service advisor, John, said I didnt owe a dime. Stellar service. I wont go anywhere else

Got to this Quick Lane this morning, ~10am, under a light snow with the warning tire light on @ dashboard. Place was already packed, but manager asked us to wait a couples of minutes to take care of our case. With little kids waiting, heading to NYC, the manager was fast, detail-oriented while fixing the pressure in our Honda Odyssey tires. The four were with considerably lower PSI than recommended by manufacturer.The service took less than 10 minutes and the manager only accepted our Thank You, nothing else.That is how you earn a customer. Place was pristine, with good coffee and even books and crayons for the kids. Kudos to this team for the great service.My wife informed shortly after we left that we have no Quick Lane nearby our home in New Rochelle. Open one shop anytime soon?For a Happy 2018!

Limped in on a road trip and needed a diagnosis and some care. Quick, thorough and informed on what they were dealing with. Great care and calm, clear explanation.

Failed inspection by a tech who thinks lifter tick is an exhaust leak, declares a power steering fluid leak without checking the reservoir, and considers a lower ball joint failed at 20,000 miles only one year and 2100 miles after one of their other techs passed the same vehicle and called it immaculately well maintained...even though he couldnt show wiggle and I couldnt move it while it was on the lift.Fortunately they didnt charge me for such a cockamamie stunt.Its a 1998, so of course its not gonna be mint. Mechanically its rock solid and Ive even got a spreadsheet detailing the date, mileage, price, and name of every part installed/replaced. Heck I even record tire rotations and mileages when I swap out the winter tires.They overheard me and another customer talking about their ridiculous hard upsell and it clearly pissed them off, although they wont admit it. That same customer was annoyed at their attempt to scam her on an AC repair on her 2015 Explorer.Ive got two newer vehicles under warranty so Ill get my oil changed so Ford cant claim I didnt have it done, but forget em for anything else. They dont like it when you dont fall for their sales tactics and openly discuss it with others in the waiting room.Their loss as I WAS bringing all four of my vehicles to them for inspections, oil changes, and alignments.

Walked in and he said it’d take hours for a simple alignment. Wanted to charge me upwards of over $300!!! Went to Byers Tire Service and t was $77. Don’t go here. Go to Byers.

Seem to be honest people who arent trying to trick you into expensive repairs. They are careful to inform you about every step of the repair, even if it is just an oil change.

I was very pleased with my service. It was my first time using this service and I was impressed. I definitely will use it again. I asked for an oil change and tire rotation but they also did a vehicle check-up. I eas greeted cheerfully and it eas a nice environment.

I’m from out of state and this tire shop is the 2nd shop I’ve been too. They found the problem instantly and gave me options and the staff is very knowledgeable and amazing! Quick and easy service and if I could refer people to get their tires fixed it’ll be this place no doubt at all. Thank you quick lane you guys are awesome! P.s. don’t go to Mr.Tire they sent us off and said nothing was wrong and they don’t know why my tire was going flat when it’s leaking air constantly. 🙄

Charged me $115 just have a diagnostic done on why my trunk wouldn’t open. Absolutely ridiculous. If they charge that much just to have a diagnostic done then I can only imagine how much they charge just to have work done. I bought my car from Ford but I will never go there again to get something fixed.

If all you need is a simple oil change and tire rotation this place is quick, polite, clean, and quite affordable in comparison to many others in town.

Second customer through the door at 7:00am. One service tech showed up for work around 7:15. At 7:30 I requested my keys be returned and I took my business elsewhere. Either the techs at this location are unreliable and unprofessional and possess a poor work ethic or the management is incompetent and places little value in their customers or their time. This kind of poor customer service should not be rewarded with anyone’s patronage. Go elsewhere.

Great services for 99% of cars, but clearly not equipped for anything out of the ordinary. Brought in a specialty car, they did not bother checking the manual for specs, and performed a run of the mill oil change resulting in a message of oil and brake cleaner all over the undercarriage, along with improper torqueing of the oil filter requiring an over night stay for dealership technicians to disassemble, clean, inspect, and fix underbody.

Came in for oil change only. The clerks are friendly enough but seem poorly trained. Wait was longer than expected or what I have waited at other service centers. Hopefully the oil change was conducted well. (How sure can you really be?) All in all, this place seems about average when compared to other places I have been for an oil change. Nothing special though.

Was charged $100 for a headlight bulb replacement in August....which just blew a week ago. Waited there 2 hours for something that should’ve taken no more than a half an hour (and cost no more than $15). Will be taking my business back to Total Lube Center in Shippensburg.
