Just walked in and bought our son his first helmet, goggles and gloves. Mike was EXTREMELY helpful, informative and patient. Ally then helped us order an additional lens, she was very kind. We really appreciated all of Mikes help as we are new to all of this and had many questions. Thank you for the excellent customer service. Dont have much for accessories. I have called there in the past two weeks and they never have anything I need for a 2018 rmz250 and the simplest items that should be in stock at all times air filters and brake/clutch levers your a dirt bike shop like come on now. Not very professional of them to not even carry simple necessities. I think its time for new management or a new owner someone who actually cares.

This place is garbage the mechanics will leave you with more work to do. They are incompetent and unprofessional and left me with mechanical issues. This is not my first bad experience with this place and they won’t give me a third time. Horrible.

Dont know much about four wheelers second time I went there the older guy both timesacts like your bothering him when you ask a questions. Plenty of other place wont make the mistake of going there again.

On August 15, 2015 my Wife and I were traveling from northern Indiana to Gettysburg, Pa. As we came to a stop at the first stop light we hard a noise come from our GL1500 and discovered that the front tire valve stem had blown out. With the help of a local citizen we found that Chambersburg had a Honda Motor Cycle Dealership M & S Cycles, being Saturday afternoon we found they were in the process of closing, however the owner Randy went ahead and located the part, helped us locate a towing service, He and His Mechanic Gary had us back on the road. The total loss of time was only 2 hours. Again would like to express our appreciation for the outstanding service. If I lived closer they would be my Honda Dealer.

I had a new chain placed on my bike. Same day service very professional. Two weeks later I came in to have my chain adjusted and wasnt even charged for the service. The mechanic even took the time to show me how to adjust my own chain and took his time with me answering all my questions and was very patient with me.

Knowledgeable friendly and fair staff. M & S has always been my place for motorcycles and accessories.

I go here very often purely because I need parts for my bike. The parts they offer are ridiculously over priced. And when they dont have something in Stock they have to order it and tell you it will be in by a specific day and wont get it for days after that.
