Recently I took in a framed family Crest where originally it had a thin piece of plexiglass protecting the velvet crest honoring both my families for which my father had made for me.I went up to the counter and got quoted $102.00 for a piece of glass that was 16x24.....Hobby Lobby did it for $26.00Now you do the math.

They do not carry fabric, disappointing.

Small store, not a very large selection. Hobby Lobby is your best bet for variety, selection, and better pricing.

Great staff that are always helpful. They assist with ease, and urgency. I would still recommend hobby lobby for your crafting needs though.

It was an excellent experience! Friendly staff.... Clean and very organized... Everything I purchased was on sale anywhere from 40% to 70% off... spent way less than expected which is always awesome!!

A little disappointed in the sale prices that were only 30% off of fall merchandise. It seems to me that in the past, the sale prices were usually 40% off the original price.

I found lots of deals today, cute Easter deco, and bogo picture frames for my oh so cute grandbaby pics. I got lots of help with my matting and framing supplies too. It was a quick stop in and out.

This is a lovely place to go to they have have one woman whos employed there whos a little older and very wise to the customers needs she always makes it a pleasure for me and my wife to visit the establishment

The store is usually crowded in set up and tight to navigate. My biggest issue is having to hunt down employees to get help. I think its because they are understaffed. But they are usually quite pleasant. I only go maybe 3 times a year.

Very overstocked with Christmas. I was there on Veterans Day. It was very busy. Hard to get around through the store. Lady in the picture framing department was very helpful in finding the Command strips hooks. They have a large selection. I purchased a Christmas tree and 5 wreaths. Also bought bows for the wreaths. Checker was very efficient and nice. She gave us a free nutcracker figurine. I think it was because of how much $ we spent. It was over $150. I used a coupon that I got from an ad in the Sunday newspaper.

They beautiful 7th of July decorations. The stem flowers are 60% off. I love this store. Always fully stocked. Pretty busy buy everyone was social distancing. Good experience.

Always my go to when I need to pick up art supplies or something creative for a gift. Staff is friendly and store is easy to nagivate. I prefer this location to the other Michaels in the area.

I like that they have a wide variety of arts and crafts supplies.

Very friendly and knowledgeable of their jobs. Paid close attention to what I wanted for my daughter and I. Did a fantastic job. We were walk-ins and although they were busy we didnt wait long. Will be back and will recommend to family.

Nice sale on craft storage carts. Good selection. No one to help U locate them. They were scattered from the entry way to several locations inside the store. Had to hike around until I located an employee. The only 2 visible employees were on the cash registers.

I brought a knitted picture that my grandmother made before passing to get framed as a gift for my mother. They went above and beyond and I couldn’t have asked for anything better. I almost cried when I saw the work they did. Everyone was so nice, understanding, and professional. I think I worked with Amber who was literally amazing but I went back in to change the frame I wanted because of second thoughts and worked with another woman that was also amazing and understanding. They didn’t get mad at me for changing my mind or anything. Also, the original day I came in I spoke to I believe Adam. (Could be wrong but he had red hair). He advised me to come in the next day because he wanted someone with more experience to look at it since it was so important to me and I appreciated that so much. I will be going to them for ALL of my framing needs! I wish I could add a picture of their amazing work!!!

I went there to purchase a few things and found upon opening the bag of purchases that the daily face covers were in fact already opened then stapled shut and they sold these to us.... who does this... now we have to go back to a Michaels when we can find the time as we both work, to get either replacements or our $$ back.

Well organized store, great selection, and great deals on seasonal decor.

Excellent selection of crafting materials. Michaels almost always has what I need for making costumes for my sons to wear to Comic-Con. The only real drawback is that I can usually find the same items elsewhere for cheaper. I like that this Michaels, for a while, appeared to be staffed exclusively by goths.

I spent a hour in the store and wasnt happy that they didnt have what I was looking for.

Its got all your basic crafting needs, but I cant always depend on them if I really need something specific. The aisles are often messy, but they do have a lot of cute stuff and a lot of sales.

I personally like this Michaels location. The staff is friendly and helpful, they have a nice selection of items, and it’s overall pretty clean. I’ve never had an issue but today I got home and although I didn’t do anything to the product I bought it was broken and cracked in 3 spots. The product is a good item but I was disappointed it was cracked.

All kinds of different craft stuff. The cashier was a little rude though. Most of them seem to be nice except the young one I got yesterday.

Couldnt find a clerk to help find items needed. So we left.

I wanted window electric candles and they didnt have any.

Great craft store, Friendly atmosphere, good prices. I dont care for the minimal amount of cross-stitching supplies at this location. But overall a good location.

Unfortunately Michaels doesnt carry baby shower items but they have such a wonderful selection of other crafty items all you really need is just a lil imagination and youll find a plan B in no time.

I love this store, and their prices are usually very fair. Plus they usually have great sales. You can usually find anything you need for crafts or artwork.

Often has the items that are difficult to find anywhere else for your crafting needs. Consistently jacks up prices before they put coupons out for a sale. Local stores are difficult to get help in as the staff often seem to walk away when you try to approach them for assistance.

A lot of variety but without coupons, can be expensive.

I could live in the store, I love it, though prices are a little high I down loaded the App & got 40% off +everything was just about 60%OFF Alot of useful things ! Love this place!!! Great stock of new items! I love the fact that I can go get what I need and my daughter has her section to be creative, she has been doing the premade kits for awhile, lately she has been in the DIY projects! Great mother daughter time plus we get to create something awesome!!

I like coming here for last minute arts and crafts supplies, they are very organized and well stocked, the girls there really know their stuff and help me out every now and then. Fairly priced items plus great coupons deals.

I love Micheals. They have so many craft ideas. They also have the 10x20 picture frames that I like. Otherwise they are so hard to find.

Michaels stores are mostly the same everywhere, with the exception of size. This isnt the largest or the smallest Ive been in, but it is one of the more clean and organized stores.For some reason, most Michaels are a little dirty and items are misplaced and scattered everywhere. This store was very organized. Their Christmas section is a little smaller, especially the lights section.The cashier was super friendly.Ill definitely start clipping their coupons and stopping in when on Norland (which is constantly).

The floral supplies are the highest quality, so watch for sales or grab a coupon from the website if not on sale. Seasonal decor is gorgeous as well.

If you are idea hunting this is a great hunting ground.

Surprised to see that Christmas decorations and other items are reduced by as much as 70%. Good time to visit them if you are looking for bargins.

Worst customer service. In just one of many examples: called today to look into the status of a pickup order that I’ve yet to be contacted about. Lady says she’ll look into it and put me on hold after trying to dismiss my request in the first place- then hangs up instead. Lol
