Over the phone customer service is very poor. The employee was not clear when speaking, and when asked for clarification, she became quite rude. I have purchased in person and found the owners to be good business owners and great with customers, their employees on the other hand would do well to reflect grace.

We walked in the door and asked to see some dryers. A young women showed them to us with an attitude like I couldnt care less about you. We then went to look at the new dryers and saw there were no prices. We asked the very annoyed sales woman why there were no prices on them she said, I know them and everything here in my head. She was so snip and matter of fact. We walked out and went to Spichers and had such excellent service we bought a dryer.

Friendly honest service, they give thoughtful answers to questions even ones you didnt know to ask to select between models, they service what they sell, and when our stove died the week before Thanksgiving, they had it replaced by Tuesday, they would have come sooner but my wife was willing to wait a few days to get the exact model she wanted.

Twilah was so helpful in locating and procuring the 3 appliances we needed and arranged delivery on the day we needed them. No other store, local or big-box, was able to help us get our specific items in time, which is understandable during Covid. So, we were especially grateful for Twilah coming through for us! The two gentleman who did the delivery and install were fantastic, too. They got our washer/dryer set up in a VERY tight space and were helpful, efficient, polite, and professional. Thank you, Spring View!

Show room would use some updating and replenishing. Need a drop trailer or something for all the used and junk units sitting around. The young woman inside isnt great with her customer service or knowledge. The older woman twilia, seems to be very knowledgeable and willing and answer all your questions and help find the answers if she doesnt know. At the end of the day I plan on purchasing my dishwasher there next week, over the big box store.

Will never buy anywhere else! My Fridge quit the day before Thanksgiving, and the new one was installed at 7:30 that evening. Same experience this year with a dryer--same day delivery. They are exceptionally friendly, helpful and accommodating. They go above and beyond to provide a great customer experience.

The good: they probably have the part you need. the bad: they charge $35 for a $15 element. not a fan of prices tripling to pay for him to be in tv commercials. I was a customer for a long time but no more.
