Their service continues to decline! I went in, to pick up a prescription on Sunday to be informed that pharmacy closed at 430 p.m., than was told they were going back to regular hours Monday, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., came in at 5 05 p.m. their closed, came on my lunch today drive through closed, long long line inside! I will be moving my prescriptions, yall need to learn how to run a business! Theirs alot of pharmacy out here, heck cvs is across the streets

I had a bad experience with photo at another location some time ago. I ordered from this store and naturally, called to ensure the project was received and would be done. Miss Heather, the assistant manager, was very helpful. She let me know that it had been received, exactly where it was in her queue, and ensured me it would be done in time by her personally. Thank you Miss Heather for restoring my faith in Walgreens photo.

Walgreens store #7415 (Pharmacy)Express counter pickup you have to get in line with the other customers. Calling the pharmacy be prepared to hear along automated speech then be placed on a average 30-45 minutes wait until they answer the phone and hope they dont pickup and hang up on you.

Worst customer service you can imagine, they make you do all the insurance, refill and doctor footwork for them, no help at all, on top of that, they are rude, and they close the pharmacy earlier than hours stated on site and signs.Then if you complain, the store manager argues with you, and still wont help you. Bring your business elsewhere, they dont care about helping you or getting important medicine promptly

Can’t stand going to this store because the employees are so rude & no one wants to help you. They are too busy playing on their phones to help anyone!! Tammy is the only employee at this Walgreens that is helpful & does her job. If it wasn’t for her I wouldn’t shop at this Walgreens anymore....

COUNT YOUR PRESCRIPTION THEY SHORTED US ON TWO BOTTLES OF PILLS AT THE PHARMACY. THAT IS A DISGRACE AS HEALTH CARE PROVIDERS.

Monique was AWESOME! She was informative and quick. My daughter had to have pictures for school tomorrow. They had to be downloaded from my phone. Only one picture machine was working (it was being used by a couple) and it was 8:30 pm. Monique said I could do it online. Did that while still in Walgreens. Within minutes we had the pictures. She made it happen! Thank you Monique and thank you Walgreens in Chalmette (corner of Paris Rd and W. Judge Perez) for having her there.

Ive been a loyal customer of Walgreens for 25 years. This is the worst one Ive ever had to deal with! Nothing but problems EVERY month or less with the pharmacy!!

I couldnt find what I was looking for and was about to leave then Ms. Rose (beauty consultant) stopped me. When I told her what I was looking for she informed me the product wasnt on the shelf yet and went to the back to get it for me. I asked her about another product that she also had to go back to the back and get it. I left very happy. Great experiences like that just make the day so much better! Thank you Ms. Rose!

Worst pharmacy in existence. Terrible service and even worse customer service. Vet prescribed 10mg heart meds for my dog and they filled 100mg for 4 months. Thanks for not caring and keep an eye out for complaint with LA board.

I used to love this pharmacy, but now I can’t stand them. They make up rules (policies) everyday based on whether they want to fill your prescription or not. The intern Rae needs to go back to school or reconsider her career choice..it’s too soon for her to not want to do her job, or she’s just not good at it. They have lost all of their rapport with their customers.

The pharmacy people have an extremely rude attitude. The woman who served me mumbled and when I asked her to please repeat what she said, she talked.....slowly......and......loudly......in a belligerent, mocking way. I was appalled at this behavior. Has no one thought to give this woman customer service training? Does Walgreens think they can treat people terribly because St Bernard has few pharmacy choices? They definitely lost a customer and others should go elsewhere.

I absolutely hate the pharmacy, some employers are not set up for customer service. - partial my fault for not having the insurance card, but obviously I dont have it, why dont you just tell me how much they are, or call me to maybe get it while Im home? Anyways took a 2nd employee to give me a price so I can just pay and leave. STAY LOCAL TO SMALL BUSINESS PHARMACY THEY DONT TAKE 2 HRS TO FILL 2 SCRIPTS.

Only go when I know the friendly night staff is working, Lan, Gloria and Treva are the best, the only reason for the low star count is because of Management!!😡😡😡

The only way to speak to a pharmacist at this Walgreens is to drive there and do it in person. Ive been waiting on hold for over 30 minutes. I had to call last month and the same thing happened then, too. Ill be taking my business to CVS across the street from here on out.
