A 5 star for a great people person place- excellent cars for great prices

Honestly? Go somewhere else. Sold us a car, with everything wrong. Motor? Broke. Worked for like a week and then it just stopped working. A WEEK. It wasn’t a cheap car either for it to ruin in a week? Tried to deal with the dealers owner for them to get the issues fixed...took the car like a month and didn’t do anything. We had to take the car back from the on our own because they couldn’t care less if it got fixed or not. Long-short story, we had to change many pieces of a car that was supposed to be ready for the road. We had to change the motor, which wasn’t something we were expecting judging by the fact that the owner keep on saying they had just changed the motor for a newer one. Clearly a whole scam, but since this place was recommend to us we decided to give it a try. I hope the owners are happy with their scam and the advantage taken from us. Think before purchasing anything from here, and make sure to bring someone with car experience else you’ll end up buying a piece of junk.

Bought a vehicle from here last weekend. I asked open questions and test drove the vehicle twice. Was told that the A/C was not blowing cold air. I was told by them that all it needed was Freon. In confidence I trusted them and their mechanic. Went back the next two days to pay the rest of the balance. Hearing a funny noise coming from my pullies, I went to check them out. Was told the compressor was locked up and the a.c. was tampered with as if someone took a part out of it. I went back to pay the remaining balance and explained the situation. They Did not offer for me to pick another vehicle after I had put a LARGE LUMP sum of funds on the vehicle and had a remaining balance of a few hundred. I paid the balance, went to mechanic to fix my A/C system and it costed me over $1500. I understand it says buy as is. I test drove the vehicle, but not even a day when it became a problem I was not offered to try to pick another vehicle out. I do believe they have some good cars, but better customer service could have been better.......

I bought a Ford van two years ago, they gave me a duplicate title I tried several times to solve the problem, in addition to being mistreated saying that the error was mine, I looked for unreliable people to transfer the vehicle. In short, I had to go after it on my own to be able to solve the problem (resolved this week). Personnel totally disqualified to serve the public, especially the person responsible for the titles area. I, the person who was dealing with the title for me, were very badly treated, both by the company and by the office responsible for titles.
