Good place if one needs help with your bike.with that said, they took 2 weeks for a simple repair on my bike and their prices are expensive. in a different time i got another sales guy that charged me a bit less.for a similar job so I think that they dont have set rates and charge you whatever the agent wants. also they broke my rear trunk and they did not accept any responsibility about it. if you take your bike there make sure you take pics of it before, to prove any colateral damage. if i need their service i will go back cause they have good mechanics that fixed my stalling bike. I took my bike to 3 different places none could figure it out. but they fixed it.....if you are not in a hurry and can affort the high price take your bike there

I couldnt be more happier by the impressive work the shop has done. Took in my 2018 Ninja 650r for a new cowling replacement part. Not only were they able to get the replacement part in a timely matter but they were able to work on the bike same day they receive the part. Bike looks like new and nothing ever happen to it. Definitely will be taking my bike there again for more additional work.

Bought motorcycle battery there and they gave me the wrong size. A smaller size that cant keep my bike charge more than 3 days. I thought my bike charging system is the problem. I had the battery exchage with them and still gave me the smaller size and same problem. Finally bought bike battery in Bellflower and they gave me the bigger size which is the right size... I thought I had to replace the charging system of my bike but I solved my problem... Imagine how much money that will cause if they only they know what they are doing... 2 star for friendliness and accomodating for exchaging the battery without hidden charges.

So far they have done tune ups and some other work. They are pleasant to deal with and give you updates when you request them. Definitely my shop of choice.

Excellent work! I took my 14 R1 for a valve clearance check and adjustment job after 30k miles. I’ve done all the maintenance on my bike myself without any issues except this one due to the technicality and precision required. They got to it quick and kept me updated throughout the process with videos and pictures! Enough said, i picked up my bike, and the engine is now butter! Very noticeable power and torque restored, the idling, everything!!! I couldn’t be happier! And they nicely wash it and clean it for you!👍🏼

Had to get my tire patched. not only were they fast and friendly, they went above any beyond.Got a flat the night before on a 3 month old tire (no road hazard warranty >:|) and took it to these guys. They not only patched up the tire, but he re-balanced it, cleaned and lubed my chain, checked my oil and brakes, and adjusted my clutch. Honestly.... 10 star service. I only paid $60 and they had it done in 45 minutes. This is how you run a business. This is where Im taking my bike If i ever feel like not doing my own maintenance. They have earned a new customer and I will definitely be recommending them to my friends and colleagues.THANKS GUYS!

Got my rear brakes change at that place.. returned my bike with a ding/chip paint on the gas tank... I told him about it and turns around with that was already there that they didnt do it... And Ill have to wait for the owner to report any damages... Hire real mechanics brotha and your business will grow...

I have been going to Five Star Motorcycles for a while now. I knew the owner Pablo prior to him opening this establishment when he worked for a bike shop in Long Beach. He has always provided me with excellent customer service and his knowledge of motorcycles and how to fix them is top notch. He has built a fine team of skilled and knowledgeable technicians to help him operate his ever growing business.I felt compelled to share my happiness about the most recent service I had done just yesterday. A MUCH needed FULL maintenance on my 2005 Yamaha YZFR6. I just crossed over the 71,000 mile mark and really needed every part the full service comes with. Spark plugs, cleaned air filter, valve adjustment, fresh coolant and break fluids as well a chain adjustment and tons of moving parts cleaned and lubricated. My bike is so smooth now and I can literally feel its power restored. Such a great feeling!My only form of transportation currently is my bike. I really couldnt afford to be without my ride for too long since I have to rely on others to help me get around when I am without it. Five star finished my complete service in just one day without compromising the quality of workmanship.Thank you Pablo, Tony, Enrique and the rest of the crew for your excellent customer service and quality work!See you next oil change!

Great service. Took the bike in to have the valves done and got it back all cleaned up. Hit the guys up on some last minute side work and they got right on it. I was pleased with the work and service.

These guys towed and did a ton of work on my katana for a reasonable price and it didnt take very long at all. Very great group of people to do business with by far the best repair shop Ive ever been to. If you need any work done this should be the first place you go.

Picked up what I thought was a nail in my rear tire. Called 5 Star they said come on in. The tech took my bike to the shop then asked me to go in and watch, he pulled the small piece of metal from my tire and checked for a leak. No leak so he checked the whole tire for any more issues as well as the front. He then checked the air pressure on both tires, he checked the brakes and oil. He then told me there was no charge! I gave him a tip obviously, but what a great service from a small shop.Definitely recommend for any issues only the best hints to say. Thank you!

I had a bad accident a few months back took my R1 in and in no time at all the guys put her back together and then some. I dont trust anyone else but the guys at five star motorcycles with my bike they are great value and awesome customer service. I recommend all to come see them for all your needs and if you want something special done ask. I had some custom race rails put on by them. Very knowledgeable as well

So far so good. Called needing a tube, they had the tube, came in, they changed the tire quickly and for a decent price. Although I am not looking forward to another flat I will be coming here for the next one, and will try them out for bigger service.

Bought a used bike 2002 Triumph Bonneville that needed work. I took it in and Pablo and his guys inspected the bike, and gave me a list of items that needed attention that was prioritized by importance.These guys know what they are doing, and know. I replaced the tires at that time. Since then I have had two flat tires, and the fixed both for just the cost of labor. Great guys to work with nothing but good for me.

Its more expensive then going to a dealer, they didnt seem to want my business so I went to a authorized Harley dealer, much cheaper...I asked for a complete oil service, then asked about a minor tune-up, got everything done at a Harley dealer for less money. It looks more like a hangout to play video games.I will try them once more, I want to give my business to a local place.

I wish they had no stars to post these guys are liars and unprofessional I was fooled by the reviews I saw online thats why I brought my bike to them they had my bike over 2 months now and I am $1700 in to repair and its still not running after Pablo the owner who every time I call is not in at the moment which is a lie he just doesnt want to tell you 1 hes not working on your bike and 2 months after that ur bike still not running and might be a few more 1000$s this has been a horrible experience these guys dont know what they are doing and lie dont waste your time and money here dont get fool by there reviews like me!! 06/01/18

Excellent work and great service

These guys definitely know what theyre doing. I had a persistent electrical problem with my ninja and they managed to diagnose the problem the same day. The parts needed were expensive and on backorder but they managed to repair the oem harness without any problems. It took a about a week to get my bike back but thats only cos of parts availability. Jose kept in touch and was able to get my original quote substantially lower. Take your bike there for any issues you might have. I got the referral from a buddy of mine so consider this a referral from me. Knowledgeable affordable and great customer service experience. What else can you ask for!!

I had the fork seals replaced on my R1 at the shop, the same day it was done! Fast service and they did a once over on my bike all nice and clean. Great local shop.

I tried this place because of the high reviews. I was quoted at 1 week turn-around. But it took 4 weeks to do valve check and carb tuning. Supposedly their mechanic who does carb tuning was out and nobody else was trained to do it. I mean my bike is 2000 F4, not really that old. Price was meh. Needless to say i wont be coming back.

Brought my bike in because it was overheating. The repairs started inexpensive, ended up being much more than I planned to spend. Overall ok experience.

Loyal customer for years, Pablo, Tony, and the rest of the crew are professional, courteous, honest, and I wouldnt trust anybody else more than five star when it comes to my bike. From telling me exactly what was wrong for free on a 1994 Suzuki Katana ( visual inspection). Taking the time to help me locate a good condition used motor, at a good price for a 2012 CBR1000RR. And swapping it without any flaws or set backs. Replacing the entire electrical wiring on a 2003 GSXR1000. Free towing as part of their troubleshooting/ inspection service whenever my brothers 1996 ZX-7R would spontaneously break down. Five Star has always delivered excellent work in a timely manner. Theyre all riders, they host and sponsor some pretty massive events all year round, and they understand the value of your ride and the need to get back on the road. I recommend this shop over Del Amo, Hudson, Motorhelmets. And any other one in the area. You wont beat Five Stars prices, or customer service. Trust me, Ive dealt with all of them.

This is the only place i will every take my bikes. I have been to other mechanics over about five years and every other mechanic has screwed up my bike in a way i always had to bring them back to refix there mistakes.Well thats not the problem here at all. They treat your bike like they own it. Great shop, Clean facility, professional staff, and there is no messing around once you get there they start working.The other day i had a blow out on the 605 luckily i got off the freeway and Five Star was the first place i called, Tony picked up knew me by first name, no waiting around he said Ill send one of my guys. BAM in no time there my bike was on the trailer and headed for the shop.My bike has never worked so well thanks to Five Star. These guys are honest understanding that people these days need to save a buck and will give to the truth, and a great deal.

It took 2 months to finally get my bike back when it was only supposed to be 2 weeks. The bike was my daily driver and I needed to get it back ASAP. I spent $1,700 trying to get it fixed and it’s still not rideable. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
