Have tried for 2 days to talk to a physical person. No one answers their telephone. Tried 3 different live chats, which those people all out right told me they will not help me. Finally the SIXTH time calling, someone answered. They put me on hold for another 30 minutes until someone picked up again! They only have TWO PEOPLE working in their customer service department. Totally unacceptable!

Worst customer care I have ever experienced. purchased a 9 x 12 Horizontal Metal Cutting Band Saw Swivel Base BS-912GR and it has not worked since I received it. Have been trying to resolve for a month and would like to return but all I get is the run around each time I call. No one returns calls to messages or emails. Stay far away from this company. The Better Business Bureau gives the the lowest rating that they have.

Bought a $7000 Ironworker from this company and they dont have accessories for punch and die set for it. Person on the phone was very unhelpful and quite rude. when I asked him his name he hung up on me. He told me I should of checked on line for punch and die sets before I bought the machine.Will never buy from this company again.

I wanted to buy a small cheap pallet jack to carry some bricks for me, I wasnt expecting it to work the best without some modifications but Erick was able to show me a Hydraulic lift table that was wayyyyy more of what I was picturing! Had a nice smooth surface for the bricks, tiles, whatever else, so thanks for the help man, we be back for more tools later on!

Can i give negative stars?? Took 13 months to get $100 in parts to get our tube bender working again. Countless emails, phone calls, many of which were run around or no responses. Finally got parts, to bad we had to buy a tubing bender to use while ours was down for over a year. Save yourself time if you want a tubing bender and buy one from Rogue Fab. That is what we have now, had a part break, called them, they had me the part in 3 days, free of charge. Better bender, customer service and countless YouTube videos to learn about it too. Stay away from Bolton.

I love this place and the customer service! I spoke with Jose and he is very knowledgeable on all the products and machines across the board that they carry. He is well aware of prices of other competitors and he helped me from the purchase process all the way till I had the machine running in my shop. I would definitely recommend Bolton Tools to anyone who needs a good quality machine for an affordable price. Call and ask for Jose he is the best!

Bought a lift table back in 2017.Good product when it works. Had 2 problems with it since we got it. Both took over a month to get corrected. Working with Daniel is like pulling teeth. Only responds to emails. Doesnt return phone calls. Wanted to purchase a second lift table from them. Probably will look for a different one.

Nigel ConwayAfter watching your videos on this lathe, I purchased the 9332a . Im very happy with the metal lathe, It met and exceeded my expectations. Also Bolton tools is very quick to answer any questions. I ordered my lathe mid day thursday, the next Tuesday it was at my shop. Very fast shipping for freight from California to Alabama. If anyone is hesitate on ordering this machine, Trust me its well worth the money.

Ordered a mill lathe combo, they said it was in stock so i paid for it in full, after many calls and 3 weeks later it showed up. Had it a week and used the lathe 2 times and it quit. There tech line is a joke as they dont call you back!! So i pulled it away from the wall and started checking voltage and found the master kill button was bad even though i have never used it, called them and told them i found the problem please over night me a switch as i had it sitting in the middle of a work bay and needed the room they said they could not pay for next day air but would send it 2 day air out the next day. Its been 9 days now and still dont have it!!! The 2 small parts that i made were aluminum and a 30 thou cut is all it will take then it stalled the 3/4 hp motor!! The motor is a bigger joke than the customer service!! What were they thinking!!! 2 hp should have been the standard for a 12 X 36 lathe. Dont make the same mistake that i did. Don Plowman Flint MI

Bought a mill & lathe combination from them, plus a stand. Stand arrived incomplete. After several communications managed to return it to them. Refund was nearly 2 months late. Then 2 parts on AT750 broke. Their diagram of parts is incorrect. I have tried for weeks to get the parts, even said Im willing to make one of the parts myself. The other part is too difficult for me to make. After several emails, phone calls and talking nicely, I still dont have the part. I will never recommend anybody to buy anything form them with such poor support.

The absolute worst customer service I have ever had. First, they back ordered several of my accessories for months on end, well, then I changed the order because a piece broke on the machine and it was back ordered for at least a month, and now the piece I ordered is available and they canceled my order and now won’t do anything about it. Do not order from here, it will be a nightmare!!!!!!

Placed two orders on March 11,2020. Paid in full including shipping charges. Have never heard from them again. Called dozens of times, emailed management several times with no reply and no product to this date. Beware of this company.

Ordered a machine, called the day I was told it was going to be delivered to find out where it was and was told it had not even been shipped yet and they have no reason for that. Guy tells me he will call warehouse and then call me back with a new delivery date. Some hours later I call them back (they never called as promised) and find myself faced with a very unhelpful and sarcastic representative. I asked to speak with the CEO and was informed that he does not speak with customers! BUYER BEWARE

So I decided to purchase the BT800 from Bolton Tools.I called and talked to Daniel who said hes the manager and he told me they are in stock. So when I arrived to the company to pick it up I didnt see anywhere that said Bolton Tools just said Toolots. So I called to confirm that this building was indeed Bolton Tools or if Daniel Gave me the wrong number. After confirming it with a customer service rep that this was indeed Bolton Tools he told me that I could go to the will call area to take a look at the machine. When I arrived to the will call area no one was around. I waited about 30 minutes till someone named Draden came by and asked me if I have been helped I told him no and he told me that he would find someone to help me out. I told him I am here to see the BT800 and can you believe what he told me? We dont have that machine in stock I told him I called before hand to make sure its in stock and Daniel told me its in stock and now youre telling me its not in stock? I drove all the way down there and wasted my time for nothing. Seems like the warehouse and the management dont have a lick of clue what they are doing. BAD BAD SERVICE DO NOT BUY OR DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!
