Service Manager, Steve Bark is very knowledgeable. He was able to efficiently troubleshoot and repair our older compressors. Others might have spent more time troubleshooting by trial and error.

I am the facility manager of our industrial manufacturing plant. I currently run a 75Hp Gardner Denver screw compressor. I contacted Accurate Air Engineering and was immediately put into contact with Jon O’Brien who was my Territory Manager. I asked him if he was interested in coming out to take a tour of our facility and recommend solutions to the extreme amount of condensation present in our Air lines. Upon arrival he was friendly robust and eager to see inside. After inspection (Not much of one) and looking at the compressor we bought from his company he said “I am surprised nobody has recommended you an Air Dryer, I am going to save you a lot of money” Thinking to me self, no actually you’re not the first person to sell me that. Also no one else has recommended it because our plumbing is the actual issue. Which I knew and planed to re-plumb the entire plant after purchasing a suitable air dryer. So after entertaining him I suggested he send me an estimate for a Gardner Denver air dryer. That first meeting and his only was on 8.26.14. On 8.29.14 he sent me the proposal; a filter for $798 and a Dryer 400A4 for $6,965. After review I decided to go ahead and purchase the Dryer and filter. For over a week I tried calling Jon, leaving him messages after messages and even texts, saying “I am ready to move forward and buy the dryer please contact me back.” Nothing, so I call their office and the receptionist puts me in contact with his supervisor. When I explain to him the situation he assures me Jon will contact me. Minutes late Jon calls me. Again this is now 9.12.14. I tell Jon verbally that I am ready to move forward now and order the unit and to please E-Mail me confirmation so I can provide him with a PO. Ok great so that’s that, we hang up. No E-mail comes. So I call him, no answer! Another 7 business days go by. At this point I’ve had it I’m done with accurate air. It’s not my job to be calling them and getting product. There the vendor for sake. On 9.23.14 I receive a call from Jon. He tells me my unit is on the way and is being dropped shipped to my facility. I said wait a seconded. Ive been trying to contact you, I’ve sent emails texts and left messages and you haven’t responded. Then you call me out of the blue saying the unit is on the way. I said don’t you think it would have been a good idea to email me in writing sending an update that youve put the order in and details with a request for PO, Jon I said no Ive moved on. Jon then starts yelling and cursing me out on the phone. How unprofessional. Like REALLY! To all of you out there DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THERE PRODUCT. NOR DO THEY HAVE ANY COMMUNICATION SKILLS WHATSOEVER!!! AT LEAST JON DOESNT, The owner or Jons boss did and was a pleasure to talk to! Thank you for reading.
