Absolutely amazing customer service! The transaction was smooth from beginning to end. Very high quality product. I have already referred them twice!

They did a great job of delivering my hot tub. But months later I have tried contacting them several times. Calls go straight to voicemail and they never return my calls. I have no idea whats going on with their customer service but it is subpar.

So unprofessional. I will never do business with this company. Toni the General manager is the worst. Heres the story. I order a Spa, and another company offered a better deal. Toni said she could match it so I gave her the opportunity. What a mistake, they send my spa over with the wrong color cover, no directions to the spa and they drilled holes in my spa for the cover, only to find out it is the wrong cover lifter. I had to keep calling to find out what was going on. Never a call back (customer service is horrible). Then I had to send a email and make a call to follow up on that. I cant believe how this company runs their business. I will not refer any of my industry friends to this place. Stay away.

Great experience with these guys. They really know what they are talking about. After calling around to other places these guys made me feel a lot better about doing business with them and offered a lot more information on what I needed without having to hear any kind of sales pitch. I was even told by one place that my spa was to old. And now Im up and running without have to purchase a new one.

These guys really know their spas. I was thinking of buying one of those costco spas but I was worried about stories Id head about warranty problems. They got me great deal on a better quality floor model spa, and I can call them when I have a problem. Plus, they give me a discount on my chemicals now.

I started my hot tub search at one of those Mega Hot Tub Sales at a convention center done by a company in Anehiem. What a joke that was. Then I came to White Swan Spas. I couldnt believe that I found the same spa for almost $2,000 less. Now my spa has been delivered by a top notch crew. They didnt leave until my spa was filled and running. Thank You to a great team, Tony, Ryan and Micha are the best. Not only did I get an awesome hot tub, but I also made some new friends.
