First, parking is greatSecond, secretary speaks appropriately for those with hearing challenges and she is friendly and welcomingThird, Dr. is caring, understanding, gives answers to questions, listens too your concerns, is not eager to have you buy hearing aids unless there is a need. I could go to a group of audiologists provided by my medical insurance carrier, but will not as I feel I would never get the above. i.e. appropriate care and best price of aids for my needs. If one needs hearing aids they really need someone to care enough to make their use optimal as this audiologist

Dr. DeKreik really knows his stuff and is very easy to work with. Easy to get appointments, good systems in place, and he even uses a small in-ear microphone to analyze if the hearing aid is actually doing what its supposed to. Definitely my favorite audiologist, & Ive worked with quite a few between my mothers and now my hearing challenges.

After 12 years of wearing hearing aids with mostly unsatisfactory results I happened upon Dr. Cliff Olson’s YouTube channel and learned that my previous audiologist had not used proper fitting practices. I considered driving to Phoenix, Az and have Dr. Cliff re-fit my recently purchased hearing aids but then I noticed that one of his approved providers was located about a half-hour away from where I live. I made an appointment with Dr. David DeKriek located in nearby Cerritos. On that first visit he was able to readjust the hearing aids using real ear measures. The results were amazing. I was able to hear sounds that I hadn’t heard for years, if ever. I had not experienced the level of service that Dr. DeKriek provided from my previous audiologist at any time in the previous 12 years. Since that first visit I’ve used Dr. DeKriek’s services in sending my devices back to the manufacturer for some warranty work. Every appointment is carried out in a helpful, efficient no-nonsense manner. I highly recommend Dr. David DeKriek and Fidelity Hearing Center for all your audiology needs.

We were visiting from out of state when my hearing aid quit functioning.After getting the contact info for Fidelity from our Audiologist we contacted them and received an appointment the next day. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Dr, DeKriek diagnosed the problem, ordered a part and quicklygot me in the complete the repair. Greatly appreciated their assistance.

I visited Fidelity Hearing Center today in order to truly see if I had minimal hearing loss as this other clinic claimed during my Medical Examination for the California Highway Patrol. The environment at Fidelity is quiet and closed off as you would expect allowing for the perfect hearing test environment. After concluding the hearing evaluation I was told the great news that I indeed do have normal hearing and look forward to continuing in my hiring process. I have found Fidelity Hearing to be the source of choice for quality hearing aids. Dr. DeKriek is very knowledgeable in fitting one with the proper device for improving diminished hearing. The ongoing customer service is the best I have experienced anywhere. I cant remember waiting in his waiting room. Appointments are easy to get on short notice. The staff is always helpful, knowledgeable, and cheerful. For the best possible experience, Fidelity Hearing is the place to go!

Wonderful experience. The staff was courteous and I only waited about 2 minutes before seeing the Doctor. This was my first hearing exam and the Doctor took the time to explain every step and the details of the results. I recommend this office highly. When I finally do need hearing aids I will go back to this office.

Dr. David was great! He was very professional and explained everything I needed to know regarding my hearing results and my hearing protection. If you are in need of an Audiologist I highly recommend him. If you are in a career that my put your hearing at risk I recommend you see him for a hearing test and protection.

I began seeing Dr. David DeKriek about 7 years ago and his analysis of my hearing problems and subsequent hearing aids greatly improved my hearing abilities. Im now using new and improved hearing aids with much better results. The new aids have four independent setting for the wide array of circumstances and five different settings for the volume. They operate fantastically for voice, music in any environment. Davids personal interaction with his patients is nothing less that outstanding and always way about satisfaction. Honestly speaking there are not enough STARS to rate David and Fidelity Hearing. .

Have you ever experienced an emotion that brought happy tears to your eyes? That is what Dr Dekriek did for me! Three years ago I had an awful bout of the flu, the virus settled in my ear destroying the nerve, leaving me almost deaf in my left ear. After MRI’s, ENT appointments, Audio tests; it was determined I would not regain my hearing and the loss was not one that is often seen. I was sent to an audiologist and was given the best hearing aid for my problem. For three years I wore this hearing aid without really much help, I kept going back to have it adjusted without much help. Often times I ended up not wearing it at all. Finally, a friend referred me to Dr. Dekriek. He did his own hearing/audiology testing, understood my problem, and when he tried to adjust the hearing aid it was locked; he could do nothing, Dr. Dekriek recommended another hearing aid and helped me work it out so my insurance would pay for part of it. It came last week, I had my visit for a fitting and adjustment of the settings. Dr. Dekriek was so patient, explained every step as he went along to complete the settings on my new hearing aid and made sure I could hear loud enough and clearly. When he unhook the hearing aid from the computer and I could hear like I did before I got the flu and lost my hearing I couldn’t help but cry. I felt like I got a new lease on life. Dr. Dekriek is amazing. He takes the time to explain everything to you......with the reports right in front of you so you understand easily. I feel he is the best in Southern California! I recommend Dr. David Dekriek and Fidelity Hearing Center to anyone with any type of a hearing problem.

Fidelity Hearing Center’s Dr. David DeKriek is a top-notch professional, and a caring, helpful doctor. About 7 years ago he tested my hearing, explained clearly what he was doing and what it meant, and fitted hearing aids that helped me regain so many sounds I had been missing out on.He was available for help when I truly needed it. When I was out of town, he mailed my repaired hearing aid to me. Also, when I had unexplained overnight hearing loss of 30 decibels in one ear, he tested my hearing on a Saturday (yes, you read that right!) morning and advised me that it was a hearing emergency, and to seek an ENT’s care on Monday morning. This advice was critical in helping restore my lost hearing in that ear since I’d never dealt with that before.Later, he helped me when I needed to move on to improved hearing aids.When a friend with tinnitus asked me for a doctor recommendation, I had no hesitation in passing on Dr. DeKriek’s phone number and being sure my friend would be treated well, and be helped.Fidelity stands for the accuracy of sound reproduction, but it also means loyalty and support. Dr. DeKriek is a doctor who does his best to help with your hearing issue, and he will treat you with respect and he will go the extra mile for you.

I had molds done for IEMs twice here. They are efficient, affordable and very friendly! No more than 10-15 minutes in and out, and I was able to take the molds home with me... And theyre perfect. A+ experience!!

Our audiologist moved and after shopping around for new hearing aids for my daughter for quite a bit and feeling pretty frustrated, we found Fidelity Hearing Center. I went in to get a pair of ear impressions done for custom in ear monitors. Dr. Dekriek was incredibly nice and welcoming from the moment I walked in. My appointment was for 9AM, but he was already in his office when I came around 8:55. He let me in early, and we got started immediately. He explained the process to me thoroughly, and the benefits of the steps used to allow for proper construction of the CIEMs. He also offers new impressions if the ones originally made do not work for whatever reason. Overall great experience, and will be going back for any other hearing needs.

Dr. DeKreik is very competent, thorough, and thoughtful. I just left his office once again with complete satisfaction. I had lost one of my hearing aids and he completely tuned the replacement to my situation and then he also re-checked my hearing ability. It showed a decline that I was not really aware of. He seems to really care about helping his clients. He also looked at my other aid because of my complaint. He found that it needed repair that I had not been able to detect myself. Got my in-ear monitor impressions done here.Friendly, fast, simple, in and out in about 15-20 minutes.Dr. DeKriek guarantees good impressions and offers to re-do them at no charge if they dont work out.Really pleased!

I went over here to get an ear impression (for custom in-ear monitors) a couple weeks ago and I just got the final product - the custom earbuds - in the mail from the custom manufacturer .The fit of my custom monitors feel great and the seal is very good (keeps outside noise from disturbing whatever I am listening).The doctor was very friendly and the entire experience was great - even the pink sticky goo ;) that is used to make a copy of the ear was put in very carefully so it wasnt a bother.Although I certainly hope I never have to go here for hearing aids, I certainly would trust this place if such a need arrises.

I visited Dr. DeKriek to get impressions for in ear monitors. Both the doctor and staff were friendly and welcoming. The process to get my impressions done were extremely quick. The particular company, AAW, that will be making my in ear monitors are pretty specific and required me to send pictures of the impressions to them for approval before I can send them my impressions. It is reassuring that Dr. DeKriek was willing to redo the impressions if this company wasnt satisfied with the impressions. Fortunately, the impressions came out perfect. I highly recommend going to Fidelity Hearing Center.

Dr. DeKriek has my highest recommendation. He has been truly helping my elderly mother ear for the past 5 years. She had previously tried many other doctors and hearing aids and was never happy.Dr. DeKriek is so very kind to his clients. Hes extremely knowledgeable and patient.

I am a drummer who just came from Fidelity Hearing Center and could not be more pleased. I went there in order to get molds of my ear canals for custom In-Ear Monitors (CIEMs; I am ordering them through Drum Earz). Although I made the appointment over the phone, they knew who I was right when I walked in. I arrived early and they took me in early. The mold process took all of 5 minutes and was very easy, comfortable, and painless. Dr. DeKriek was very friendly, explained each step of the process, and was extremely professional. He informed me that if there was any issue regarding my ear molds with my CIEM manufacturer, I could return and he would do whatever he could to rectify the problem at no cost. He even gave me half off the normal ear mold cost ($50, now $25) if I merely agreed (on the honor system) to write a review online at a website of my choice. Dr. DeKriek works regularly with musicians and seems to understand their needs very well. If you need ear molds, a hearing test, hearing aids, etc., I highly recommend Fidelity Hearing for their professionalism, courtesy, efficiency, very reasonable cost, and experience. I will definitely return back should I need any future audiology services.
