Halloween haul shopping! They had great stuff! I wish they had some online items, but overall I bought lots of items for my spooky home decor!

Its a Spirit, so theyve got just about anything youre looking for at a slightly inflated price.

Kiddo cant get enough of this place. He wishes it was open until 9pm. Halloween will probably be drive up this year, Im guessing.

The high rating isnt so much that the places are amazing, its because my kids enjoy just walking around them so much every year. Its truly something we look forward to every year! Also, we adults get to but some pretty damn cool things too!

Went to the one in Cerritos and was greeted. I was there for an hour after I was ready to leave with multiple things and had my money out the cashier says only card sorry. As she had a smirk on her face. They didn’t mention that once I walked in. So I left empty handed and wasted an hour of my time. Drove all the way there from Pico too. As I was leaving someone was walking in and they still didn’t bother to tell them card only. What a mess!

Was really fun to see the new Halloween stuff this year, the animatronics were really intense

I love Halloween so could never talk bad about any play with Halloween stuff!!

Not as much stock as other years, but they do have signs stating that more is on the way. Overall, I was very impressed with the selection of animatronics and the staff was very friendly.

Jade, so called manager was very rude, awful customer service. I really doubt she was a manager. Halloween Spirit should do a better job at hiring managers if she is truly a “manager”

Will come back again next halloween. Have been here every week to look at the new revolving animatronics.

Ok selection.. Not as big as most places. But did take the time to decorate well

Favorite seasonal halloween store!

Very nice a lot of customes selection, only 2 workers to help you one onthe cash register and the other one on the fitting rooms so we took forever to get to the cash register to pay for our stuff.

Poor service, no one wanted to help out when I asked if they had a size small for my daughter. I guess they only get pay to sit and look dumb.

Very rude workers I went to the spirit store at Lakewood mall and The worker looked up the costume I wanted and said that they have it at another went to the other store and the workers there just laughed and said that it was in the boxes y’all need more people that know how to treat customers right
