I came here to get my fingerprints done (Live Scan) and the gentleman helping me was kind and efficient. (He has a very calming voice.) I just called before heading over to see if there was a wait and if I needed an appointment. No appointment was necessary and there was also no wait to be helped. Thank you for your help!

I came in to get a livescan (no appointment necessary). I was tended to quickly and got my paperwork processed in 5 min! It was quick and simple and they employee who helped me was nice & informative.

Tried to drop off a boxed/taped package with my printed out FedEx label. Owner boxed it up, without saying anything, slapped the label on it and charged me $3.29 for the box that he put my box in.When I told him I didnt need a box of I already had one, he unboxed it, gave me a new pouch and told me to stick the label on myself.Not very honest by not telling me he was going to charge me before boxing up my own box.
